Most overprized hotel, we’ve ever stayed in!

View from the roofterrace at breakfast!

Terribly overpriced and far below our expectations for those prices! Touristic snackbar on the ground floor, instead of high quality restaurant says it all….

Perfection and paradise on Lake Como

Wonderful!!!!

Our view was very pretty, but not the construction. I’m sure the hotel will be very happy when that is over.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything. The staff from start to finish was amazing. From the greeting to our departure. Our butler, Alberto, was over the top great. Loved our time there.

staff were very friendly and the location is fantastic,the room was so extremely fabulous.

the price of the hotel quiet pricy,no balcony for my room,no shuttle from the train Como San Giovanni ,the hotel wanna provide & charge me €50 for the taxi within 1km from Como San Giovanni train station to hotel.

exceptional. a memorable couple of days , felt extravagant booking a junior suite but worth every penny. the 3 hour boat

superb attention to detail. probably among the top 3 hotels we have stayed in around the world

the rooftop restaurant was perhaps prohibitively expensive for the space, but the restaurant of the sister hotel next door was exceptional value and quality

Excellent hotel and service. It is exhilarating the way the staff pay attention to detail. Comfortable beds and nice location. Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff who provided impeccable service.

Hard to critique anything at this property, though perhaps breakfast could be better / more diverse.

Terrific! Alberto was great, as were all his suggestions!

Everything was great. Alberto was terrific!! I know people complain Ed about the construction outside, but that didn’t bother us at all. Besides, that’s the city of Como and the hotel has no control over it. Wonderful stay.

The gem in the heart of Como!

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Como! The luxury interiors and refined details bring reminiscent of grand italian Palazzo. A rooftop bar is a fantastic place where you want to stay all day long. I enjoyed the breakfast experience: a pleasant atmosphere, a wide choice of food, and a super friendly team. The service is unexpected; everything is so good! The hotel staff go above and beyond, and the Butler will introduce you to the best of Lake Como.

1700 € per night. A major construction site right in front of the windows. Huge disappointment. View ruined. Experience ruined. We also booked a room with a small balcony but got small windows on the last floor. But a balcony wouldn’t safe the experience anyways. That construction is horrible. Noise starts at 8 in the morning! Yes the staff was nice and helpful. But the hotel itself doesn’t cost that money even if there was no construction. Save your money and stay somewhere else

best way to spend you money - so much value!

the food and service were exceptional. the room was perfect: clean, a window looking into the palazzo, and a beautiful bathroom. the staff was so friendly and helped us get a great information and a dinner reservation, and as a tourist that is hard to beat!
