I would happily stay here in the future if the opportunity to return is presented.

Well appointed, spacious, very clean, great hosts. Loved the elevator, hair dryer, balcony, separate kitchen and dining room and the privacy of the two separate bedroom areas. Plenty of room for six people. My favorite thing? Wash clothes! They appear to be a rare commodity in Europe. The hosts were available when we needed them and extremely helpful.

The space was decorated with lots of love, super clean and spacious for us!

The stove was difficult to use, didn’t work for us in the end Andrea apologized but came 30 minutes later than agreed, we messaged her way in advance and she didn’t inform us about her delay. She was friendly but that was not nice since we waited in the heat outside..

Beautifully decorated and very cosy homely apartment.

It was more than perfect ..lovely decor and all needs catered so well ..Little little things taken care of like they had a frame for taxi no., police ,ambulance,fire ..a handy safety box ..kitchen well equipped with all utensils ..dishwasher , washing machine .All perfectly managed .

Absolutely perfect! Great location. Highly recommended

We were only here for one night and grateful for the excellent location - beautiful area well within walking distance from both the station and the center of town. Some superb restaurants in the surrounding piazzas. Andrea, our room manager, was charming and met us on our arrival and provided us with all the information we needed. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us! The place is beautifully decorated and well serviced for everything we needed during our stay.

There is no central living area (but this might be common in Italy?) but this did not affect us too much as we were only there one night and the bedrooms for the kids were huge! And equipped with TVs etc.

the kitchen equipment didn’t quite work together (eg some pots did not work on induction stove) and no lounge meant it felt a bit cramped for our large family.

Great apartment at excellent price.

Well decorated apartment with all amenities including a washing machine and cutlery. It was central and quiet at the same time. Bathroom was clean and new.

Nothing, everything in the apartment was satisfactory. Getting a transfer from Como to Milan airport was an issue due to lack of taxi services who speak English on the phone!

not a pleasant smell in the bathroom, thin walls so you hear quite a lot of voices and noise, the host was not easy to come into contact

amazing would recommend to everyone. Paola was fabulous

almost everything, except the fact that the air conditioning did not work. the staff was fabulous, it was so close in town, the apartment was superb, breakfast is great.

Wonderful

So is was very helpful. She met us even though our train was late. We really appreciated her hospitality The apartment was spacious so it was nice to spread out a bit.

Exceptional

Apartment was nicely decorated, very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect for our family as we were a walkable distance from everything we needed. Sonia was lovely to communicate with and help us get settled into Suite 11.

Superb

The apartment is designed very uniquely. It's comfortable for a family of 6 person's , very equiped kitchen if you like to cook or just prepare a breakfast. Sonya was a great host and even booked us a place in a restaurant .

parking is not allowed inside Como's historical area. , If you are coming with a car , you need to take it into consideration. However , Sonya arranged we will unload our luggage near the apartment.

GORGEOUS APARTMENT, would book this place again ....

Beautiful apartment....decorated so lovely, comfortable beds, fully stocked , nice welcoming bottle of wine)........will return To this FANTASTIC APARTMENT....Sonia the greeter with keys was exceptional... Thank you for a wonderful visit....

Just couldn't find the flatware( forks, knives and spoons)....no big deal...

A unique interior and really cozy place

The great location, in the calm street but not far away from the all attractions. Interior is a very unique and cozy. You will find in the apartment everything you need from coffe to umbrella. Highly recommended to stay in this place.
