Staff friendly. Dinner available and good value. Breakfast is included although booking.com doesn't mention it, and rooms have private bathrooms.
Bedroom very basic for the price vs elsewhere we stayed in Morocco.

It was quiet and peaceful. Just the getaway we needed from the busy city life. The host was very polite and friendly, and we had a lovely chat over a cup of a hot Moroccan tea by the fireside.

The place was easy to find. The room was clean, with no smells. We got a good recommendation for a local restaurant that was tasty with good local prices. We booked the same day, about 4-5 hours before we arrived. They accepted this, which was good. You never know. Our car was definitely secure behind their gate in their parking lot. That made me feel good. The shower did have hot water and the room had heat - but it was very slow. It needs to run more during the day to keep up with December weather.
Bathroom, breakfast, beds. Even though we paid the same price as all the other hotels in our 16 day stay, this one was the lowest value for our money. The bathroom had a broken plastic toilet seat, a sink faucet where cold water didn't work, hot water leaked out of the handle onto the floor and the faucet was loose on the sink. Also, the door handle to the bathroom was broken from the inside. The bedroom was a disappointment since I asked for a double (2-twins pushed together) but the room was left as 3 twins. The heat was not on and didn't start until 7 or 8 pm. I think it took until 1am for the room to not feel cold. Most of the walking area was not covered in carpets, so the tile was very cold. At breakfast, we asked for coffee and milk and were only handed coffee. We had to fetch our own milk. No orange juice, no eggs, basic breakfast. We also asked for breakfast earlier than 9am because we had a long day of driving but the manager was only willing to go to 850am. That's 10 minutes. We were hoping for 8 or 830 - not unreasonable. This was the latest breakfast we were offered in 16 days. The beds were the worst - short and I think one was broken because it indented in the middle, causing back pain. The manager also forgot to tell us the wifi code - we got it from another guest. And he only accepted payment in cash, which was also rare - esp since the room was above 50 euros. They are cutting corners everywhere. Oh, as for a farm experience, the house is on a major road in a residential area with land next to it for farming. Not what I expected, but there are some animals and some crops. While easy to find, there was no instructions on how to ring the manager to open the gate. We accidentally rang the bell for the neighbor. It was all a bit confusing.
