Ein wunderbarer, herzlicher Empfang mit Kaminfeuer, eine wunderbare Tajine abends.

The location is just outside town in a very quiet street. The swimming pool was very clean and the water blue as the picture. The staff was so nice, they are making an extra effort to provide a very good staying (they washed our clothes without charging us, we had a welcoming tea when arrived and they very extremely polite with us). They also have wine and beer which was a plus.
The garden is beautiful with apple trees and roses…we had breakfast there and we finished up the bottle of wine we had for dinner there..awesome atmosphere! We loved it!
You could hear the noises from the other room next to us, but overall was not a problem

The accommodation with its apple garden and large pool is super well maintained and cozy. We were able to extend a day because we spontaneously decided to take a day break here. The staff is incredible accommodating, always friendly and trying to fulfill all our wishes. It is the perfect place to relax, also because the temperature here are a bit cooler. We will come again!

Lovely peaceful riad in Midelt, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, swimming pool and gorgeous gardens filled with fruit trees, highly recommend!
3.5
Generous twin bedroom with a/c that worked well. Comfortable beds. Very poor wifi. High pricing of bottled water (1litre=20MAD) and glasses of wine to go with dinner. Traditional Moroccan breakfast was fine and dinner generous. If you are not big eaters, one dinner shared may be sufficient!

host was exceptional. waited up late in the evening for our arrival and still had welcome tea and snacks for us. loved our stay. wonderful breakfast. loved the environs too.

I realize that many people travel between Fes and southern areas, or vice versa, in one long drive, flying by beautiful scenery en route. They pass by the town of Midelt, the halfway point between south and north taking little notice. But I would encourage travelers to slow down and make a stop at this town. Midelt is delightful in its own right and away from the tourist hustle. A stop will allow you to slow down and spend more time sightseeing along the way if you wish.
And it will allow you to stay at the Riad Villa Midelt. Tucked away in a back street, it’s a real gem. The rooms are big and spacious, the food is excellent, and the owner and staff are so welcoming that you’ll want to stay longer. There’s a garden and a pool in the back to relax in.

The place is just perfect for a stop on the way for Merzouga from Fes (o viceversa).
The staff is amazing and there is a real Moroccan environment. Highly recommended is also the food, dinner included!
The rooms are a bit old, but well heated up by AC

Excellent breakfast, beautiful place
Our bedroom had a smell problem, sewage smell coming from bathroom. Also TV didn’t work.

Loved everything about our stay here. The staff are gracious and polite. The beds SO comfy. The Riad was cozy and warm, heated with a fireplace in the lounge and rooms heated before arival. Shower piping hot, and everything clean. Just so perfect, thank you.

Very beautiful riad! It was off season in January so they lit a fire in the fireplace for us. The dinner was good. The car was safe.
It was all good.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. the location is outside the city and surrounded by high walls, making you feel safe. We also didn’t find any better alternatives in Midelt. We do recommend a visit to Midelt, we enjoyed our stroll through the market, which was really down to earth and not as touristy as your usual Souk.
We did not have a good stay at Villa Midelt. at night, we could not sleep due to the non-stop noise from broken AC fans around us. The room was also gloomy and not very comfortable.
- Noise!! We are usually sound sleepers but could not close an eye that night. The noise from the ACs and other machines did never stop, it sounded like a laundry machine at full spin (we were in room 9).
- The walls surrounding the villa are so high, you don’t get to enjoy the view of the neighboring mountains.
- Our room was located next to the kitchen and in the evening, fumes from their oven came in.
- The room needs a do over. The sofa looks like it’s never been properly cleaned.
- bath room was very basic, looked mostly clean but the toilet seat was missing pieces.
- Dinner was expensive (150 DHM pP) forMoroccon standards
