La stanza era bella, abbastanza pulita, aggiungerei solo qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più, ma se lo richiedi alla reception te lo davano senza problemi

Great service as the apartment I originally booked wasn't available on short notice but I was immediately given another apartment to stay in in the vicinity. Great and very helpful desk staff, and the way to get the keys was very easy.
Would have liked to stay in the apartment I chose, but alas, see above. The new one was only one metro stop further away. Maybe a bit dated, some stains on the curtains and lamp shade but overall totally okay.

Nothing really it’s not suited for tourists to Paris.
The man that served breakfast was pleasant.
it’s was hot with no air conditioning.
The staff at the front desk were particularly unhelpful we were there for a week and had to ask twice for clean linen.
The area felt unsafe even during the day where we observed in person drug dealing out in the open.
Very few employees of any service industry in Paris were pleasant. We were so pleased to leave.

I didn't like anything.
When we arrived at the reception, we were told that there were no rooms and we were offered a room in another hotel of this chain.
You had to take the subway to another hotel. We had a doubt that it was generally within the city of Paris. The hotel refused to pay for the taxi.
We didn't have that option. We canceled the reservation and rented another hotel in the center.
The reception had a large list of people who were going to be moved to another hotel.
I think it's a common practice for a hotel to sell rooms in a nicer and more or less well located one, and then ship them far away.
terrible.
I am disappointed

it was perfect for a long weekend. the bed was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped.
nothing, good value for the money, although the room was small and a bit far from the city center, but very well communicated by bus or metro.

Location and the surrounding was ok despite of being away from the main Paris area. The price was low compared to the other available hotels.
Very tiny room. Had a concrete pillar going through one side of the room which took most of the space from the already a tiny room. Requested to change to another room but unfortunately I was told they were fully booked.
The smallest room I have ever stayed in anywhere. The shower is so tiny it was difficult to do anything without hitting the temperature control handle. Maybe I was expecting too much after looking at the pictures.

The breakfast could be better for the money

Clean and convenient
Staff could have helped more with a request for a room for 30 minutes to hold an online interview

Nice big building with elevators. Location is good, the metro station is nearby, supermarkets are also close by. The breakfast is rather good, pastries and yoghurts are excellent.
There was indeed a coffeemaker in the room, but the one which requires ground coffee, and we did not have any with us, so the coffeemaker was useless.

convenient location, easy access to tram and metro. the room was clean and included a small kitchen to make coffee and food. good value for money. the staff were all helpful and speak both french and english.

I enjoyed this experience. The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood with proximity to tram and metro. There were a lot of sweet restaurants close by, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. Our room was clean when we arrived, and we felt like we were living in a tiny house because of the design of the “apartment” we rented. I would do this again :)
The walls were quite thin, so we could hear everything the neighbours were saying or doing.

Location near the metro station
No room service the whole stay, I asked twice but no one showed up during my 4 nights
No soap and towels not changed during whole stay
Receptionist need to be 24 hours service, as I came late at night for checking in and it was only the security who showed up after half an hour of waiting with my 3 years old daughter

- Stuff friendliness.
- They do their best to help you.
- Delicious Croissants (Plain & Choco).
- Hotel is far from public transport that supports accessibility like strollers. Had to pay a lot for taxi transfers to & from the attractions in city center.
- Communication in English is hard. And not everybody speaks English, so sometimes you feel like you are stuck.
- The smell is awful in the restaurant area serving cheese and cold cuts. I have reported this to serving stuff but it seems that they already know and ok with it!
- Breakfast has limited options and portions served.

The staff was kind and allowed late check-in
The room itself looked fairly clean and bed was really comfortable
Close to a metro station and good location to get to Disneyland
The area was not very nice and looked quite rough, though we didn’t experience any problems
The room was really warm despite temperatures outside around 20 as there is no AC
It is still quite far to get to the centre ~30 mins
Have to pay extra to have the room cleaned and have to go ask to get more toilet paper/clean towels which are not always available
Bathroom shower was broken and fixed with tapes though water still splattered all around, the area around toilet didn’t look clean

The room was well furnished with cookware, crockery and cutlery. The laundry downstairs was very helpful, €3.50 per load, tokens available at reception. You need your own detergent. The hotel is right opposite the Mairie de Miribel tram station, you need to take the tram to the metro or walk 550m.
It was very hot at night despite a fan. We had the room cleaned once during a 7 night stay, the cleaner did not empty bins or wash dishes. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. Reception stated that irons and ironing board were available to use, but they were never available whenever we asked. Perhaps have one for people to use in the laundry room?

Staff is wonderful. Good value for the money.
Downside is the location as it is quite a distance from tourist activities.

when we arrived they said they had a technical problem and send us out to another location in the middle of the night. We had no idea how to get there and they did not care.

Everything was great - stuff, location, cleanliness.
Metro is 10 min walk, a lot of supermarkets and cafes around.
The coolest feature, that wasn't mentioned in the description - the check-in time is pretty flexible. Our flight got delayed and we came to the place only at 1 am. Not sure, if there's always somebody in reception, but of course, I made a call in advance to inform about our late arrival.

There are supermarkets downstairs, so it’s convenient if you want to get groceries and cook
My room was quite dirty, from the floor to the chair and the bed runner (picture).

The breakfast is excellent!!! The room is clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff is very nice!!! There's a subway station nearby.
It doesn't had room cleaning services

sufficient equipment to prepare food.
Despite the 7th floor bit too much noise from the
street.
