Very good place

Stayed for a week. Perfect location to everywhere with a studio which has everything. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The condomimum has two elevators, and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. It was very very convenient for everything! I can recommend to anyone this place.

There's ants 🐜 everywhere, especially on the table and kitchen. You have to watch out for the food crumbs, otherwise you'll see "some of them". Luckily we did not see any on the bed... Personally I don't like all the insects in my place so I'm not sure that I'd come back if there's ants. But if there's no ants, I will definitely come back 😂 And sometimes Wifi was unstable.

Great location in Nimman

Great location in central Nimman, close to 7-11 and restaurants. The apartment was a great size and very comfortable. We only stayed for two nights but I think it would suit someone wanting to stay at least a week because you have your own cooking facilities and a big fridge.

Complicated check-in after 5 pm and had to call for instructions on where to find the key.

Would be great If not for all the construction noize

Clean, good location, 7/11 on the first floor, great value for money.

They are doing some renovations so in the middle of the day there was a lot of very loud constrction noize.

The door is only a slide door with a simple hooked lock, felt a bit unsafe.

Cosy home nest in heart of Nimman

Cosy studio on quiet side of building away from traffic noise and can see Doi Suthep mountain from kitchen window. The studio has nice homey touches and generous with replenishing drinking water. The building is old but secure entry and unit is nicely apppointed. Excellent wifi and shower water pressure. So for anyone wishing a home space the middle of Nimman area surrounded by convenience stores, and all sorts of places to eat, coffee, shop or spa, this place is great value.

Great!

Central location in a good neighborhood and everything within walking distance. Large room with a kitchen. Friendly staff who changed the towels every noon. This is the first real accommodation where the knife is sharp.

The water in the bathroom did not drain properly. The kitchen utensils could be renewed because the pan looked very used.

Everything. Nicely furnished and quite spacious condo with well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was clean and comfy. Condo is cleaned and resupplied everyday.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, offering easy access to a plethora of delightful dining options nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and their friendly and efficient communication added an extra touch of warmth to my stay. The cozy and comfortable ambiance of the hotel provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the area. If you're looking for a conveniently located hotel with excellent service and a variety of nearby food choices, I highly recommend this gem.

The host was very responsive, helpful and nice

The place is old, and small. It had ants going around, furniture is old. It just didn't feel clean enough. For the same price you can find better hotels.

Really good.

Great location, in the heart of Nimman. Excellent to enjoy coffee places and restaurants in th best neighborhood of Chiang Mai. The apartment is great too and communication was excellent.

I didn't like the towels. They're very thin. But that's the only complaint i have. Everything else was great.

Highly recommend!

The location is the best. The room was filled up with everything you need and very clean. The communication with the owner was great. He is very active and he answered our questions promptly. There is 7-Eleven, 24 hrs Convenience store at the building. It's really good. Highly recommend!

the location is near main road and one nimmanhaemin, 7/11 downstair, comfortable big room

since the room is the condo so no slipper or security box like in the hotel, but nevermind
