The place is very comfortable and clean
Staff were very helpful and friendly (Hares and Amine)
Best location in the old town, and there is a close supermarket market as well
Nothing

Great location, across the street from the Archduke assassination site. 30 second walk from the old town. Host was very helpful when we checked in later than normal and made sure everything went well. Very good value price. Bstheoom is equipped with a very modern shower. Nice bar across the street (the noise was not a problem at all).
It seemed that there were no fire alarms in the building which was very concerning... The stairwell echoed people coming in late which was disturbing. The beds were not that comfy.

Perfect location once we found it, it’s very close to the market and the main places you want to be. Plenty of space for us and a nice modern apartment.
There were quite a few stairs to climb up with bags and no lift and it was a little tricky finding the place as it is above a tourist info centre. But other than that, it was great.

The Residence is next to the city center
You can reach the old town and more tourist attractions by walk
We had a problem and the manager solved it immidiately
Room was very clean
Noise isolation could be better but I would come again

Insulation from outside and noise from other rooms

Great location, just located in the city centre by the riverside. Like the roof window soooo much!
So many one-way streets, and a little bit difficult to find a loading area. And there’s no lift.

I liked how modern the room was and how my room overviewed the archuduke Ferdinand site. The room was spacious and enough for a solo traveller. I think it was perfect for an overnights stay

The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was clean.
There is no sound proof at all and the walls are wood. We cant sleep because of footsteps of our neighbors in other rooms.

Excellent location beside the Latin Bridge just across from where the Grad Duke and his wife were assassinated in 1914. Spacious and well appointed room and bathroom. Very comfortable, calm, quiet and modern. The bathroom is also good. Bed was large and comfortable. Room is well appointed with kettle, tea and coffee. There is also AC. I appreciated the location, the size and modernity of the room and the excellent value for money. The bar across the road is lovely and do great cocktails. The blonde haired staff member is just lovely. So kind and helpful. Loved calling into this bar for a coffee or a cocktail each day.
Be mindful of the fact that the reception is ONLY open during the day and that they ONLY accept cash. See below the issues I had., Such a pity. If they had a more attentive and responsible staff, this place would be INCREDIBLE. Still a nice stay due to location, quietness and cleanliness (although room was NOT cleaned during the entire stay). Still giving it an 8/10 as I enjoyed the room and LOVE the city. I had asked the lady at the desk on the last day if it would be possible to call a taxi; she affirmed but then walked away. I understand she may have been busy; she had just settled my bill while she was o the phone with someone else and seemed busy (she also had a male rep beside her) but at least, give your customers the time of day or else ask them to wait. Not a big deal. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. See below for other staff issues; I would class them as minor but still, doesn't exactly make one want to come back.
I was in touch with a gentleman from the premises to let him know what time I would arrive at via email. He had emailed me to ask and I was happy to inform him of the time I would arrive. The premises does not have a 24 hour reception so this is necessary information. We had a number of messages and everything seemed fine. I made it quite clear that I would be there by 9:30 pm. When I arrived, the place was locked and the lights were off. I walked around and waited for 20 minutes; the roads were also closed due to an event so I had walked with my suitcase for the previous 15 minutes to reach as the taxi could not access the centre. I still was there by 9:30 pm sharp. I called a number and the gentleman representative told me to go to the bar across the road to pick up the card. This was not an issue BUT the representative could have informed me of this in our numerous email correspondences that day. I had been online up until 6 pm. When I did get wifi (wifi was not working at the airport that evening), I had a Whatsapp at 9:29 pm informing me that the card would be at the bar. All very odd. The rep was unapologetic. I was using a foreign sim to make the call which is not ideal (costly). Just a lack of courtesy that could have easily have been avoided. I have the whatsapp and the emails for verification. I was irate on the phone as it was getting late; nobody likes to be in a strange city with no info and it is not the best to enter a bar with a large suitcase. Over my three days, I saw nobody and heard from nobody from the hotel. No housekeeping either. I sent a message to inform the rep the time I would be checking out at so I could settle the payment as they only accept cash. Heard nothing back from him. They have a little office downstairs where I managed to settle. No pleasantries on their part or "how was your stay?" Nothing. A female rep was busy on the phone; I handed her the money as she dealt with the call.

The room on the 2d floor was very cute. Especially windows above the bed. A bed is large and comfortable. Good air conditioning. I like the stuff it's very friendly. The receptionist can give you tourist information if you need it, and give you advice about sightseeing. The location is fantastic it's close to old town and bazaar
It was very hard to adjust the shower height. I saw a little spider and little bugs in the room (for me it's not a problem)

Administrators speak excellent English. The location is in the very center, which is very convenient for long walks and sightseeing. In front of the hotel there is a trolley bus stop that takes you to the airport. There are many places with restaurants around. The room was clean, I was pleased with the kettle with coffee and tea.
