Nada

Location
Noise of other guests, no windows to outside, no shuttle to airport as indicated in booking website, no hot water in the shower one night. Not worth the cost.

Staff was very friendly. Simple but nice facilities. Great location
It was too loud since it is next to the market, everything looked a little old.

The location was great, and my room and bathroom were clean. The stairs of my room and the hallway were fairly clean.
For breakfast, you have unlimited hot water to prepare tea or instant coffee.
Even though after requesting an early check-in and confirming it. My room was already booked the night before. When arriving they couldn't handle my reservation, they didn't know what to do.
The room felt small and packed, also it was never quiet. People were chattering outside the room all the time, small dogs barking at night, and loud music playing early in the morning and late at night from inside the building.
The bathroom toiletries weren't as advertised. Wifi was very slow and unreliable it kept disconnecting constantly.
The breakfast is pretty simple, not so healthy, and identical. So if you stay there more than 2 days, you'll get fed off it. Also for the weekends when there's a buffet don't get surprised if you get there after 8:45 am and there's nothing left to eat.
The staff is not friendly, accommodating or helpful. When asking for directions, recommendations, or anything at all they didn't know the answer or just ignored my request.

Our room overlooked the Mercado 9 de Octubre, so when we felt like resting, we could still observe the active street merchants and patrons. The breakfast (included) was huge and delicious! We are active, so the location was perfect for us to take strolls through the town and to Rio Tomebamba.
The front desk staff were somewhat disinterested in the guests, but that didn't really affect our stay.

it was very dirty, hair all over the bathroom, covers dirty. website said rooms were soundproof but it was very loud and lights turned on in the halls all night lighting up the room.

Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable.
The only problem I had was with the location. I had forgotten about the frequent firework noise this close to the city center and was bothered by them two of the three days I stayed there.

Friendly staff that wanted to help us call the next host in Spanish.
Very close to the local street market with loud music every day and a beeping traffic light.
