Consigliatissimo, soggiorno da ripetere.

Posizione ottima, fuori dalla confusione ma vicinissima a tutti i servizi. Camera pulitissima e disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Terrazza vista mare dotata di balcone sul quale era possibile far asciugare teli mare e costumi.

Da migliorare la linea wifi.

It was lovely! Centrally located, on the beach, beautiful view

Beautiful setup with sea view balcony with table/chairs, and full kitchen. Great location

Be ready for several flights of stairs It could have gone badly as there was a mixup with our room reservation. Instead of the “sea view balcony room” we did not realize our balcony room came only with a “partial sea view”. There was no comparison between the 2 rooms. Matteo moved us to our proper room without hesitation, and was the perfect host from start to finish

Very enjoyable

Fabulous view from balcony, perfect location, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast tailored to your own wishes.

Nothing about the property itself but we were staying during the exceptional Cerberus and Charon heatwaves ( 37c +), which made it too uncomfortable to use our balcony (after7am) whilst the sun remained on it - a shame as it was a delight. Bathroom was a little small, perhaps. The extreme weather conditions also impacted the air conditioning in the building but that was hardly the B&B’s fault and Matteo went out if his way to be helpful.

Owner Matteo has thought of everything when setting up this B&B. Nice airy room with balcony. Breakfast made fresh everyday. Even eggs and bacon if you want. Free beach and Lido across the street

The property is located right on the beach and in the centre of town, it’s beautiful, so clean and Matteo is an excellent host.

A very enjoyable stay with a great host.

Matteo was a very helpful and engaging host. The breakfast was excellent. The property is located right by the beach and therefore has great views of the bay. It was convenient for restaurants, bars and amenities. Matteo also helped us improve our Italian!

Very good

The B&B is very centrally located, right on the lungomare in Otranto. The building is new and with high end interior design. Our room (double standard) was very clean and well eqipped. Also, our host was very helpful and supportive of our needs (finding parking, nice beach locations etc).

Our room had no balcony at all, only a small window towads an inner court.

if you’re thinking of puglia then look no further. great little place to be based. very nice host too.

fantastic location, very nice view from the balcony, nice room, well ac´d, helpful host mr Matteo made us breakfast according to our wishes, helped us navigate the transport, suggested good restaurants

amazing staying

we really enjoyed the staying there. the location is great to get to the sea. less than one minute walk.to get to the old down 10 min walk and surrounded with restaurants and supermarket. the owner of the appartamento is super great and nice man. he is so nice. we wanted to check in earlier and he arrived on time that we agreed, helped with our luggages to get up. the breakfast that he cooked for us everyday was super delicious and with love. even when we saw us was asking if we need his help or anything else. room was with balcony to the sea view. cleaning everyday, fresh and beautiful. we were so happy with staying there and definitely will be back to his appartamento. if I rate I could give 100 stars to the service. grazie mille! :)

Exceptional

The owner/host Matteo was amazing: unfailingly patient and helpful; couldn't do enough for us. He prepared a great breakfast - whatever we wanted. The apartment is just over the road from the beach and a short walk from the old town. Most days we were able to park right outside the apartment. Otherwise, Matteo gave us a card to put on the dashboard which allowed us to park free.

Lovely modern, clean accommodation in a perfect beachfront setting

Matteo - the owner - was a pleasure to deal with and even helped us out when we received a beach parking fine. The room, location and breakfast were excellent. The beach is literally across the road. Matteo also gives a parking pass for you to be able to park for free locally which was appreciated. Otranto was a beautiful place with its mix of history and beautiful beach and sea Would stay here again if we returned

Great host and room with a beautiful view!

We had a fantastic stay at B&B lungomare, our host Matteo was very welcoming and suggested some amazing restaurants for dinner. The location was great to access the towns restaurants, bars and shopping. The room was comfortable, well equipped and Matteo cooks a lovely breakfast. The best bit by far about our room was the terrace with the beautiful view over the beach. If you are up early enough you can view the sunrise, very special!

Outstanding! Perfect spot, perfect view, perfect host

Everything about it was just fabulous! From our communication with Matteo before we even arrived, him coming to pick us up from the station, going out of his way to make sure we had a delicious breakfast every morning and his beautiful company to share it with. Not to mention the lovely modern room right across the road from the beach - I almost cried when I saw the view! Perfectly clean, quiet, close to everywhere without being in the (loud) centre of the old town, with everything we needed to feel at home. We couldn't have asked for more and we can't wait to go back and visit again. You know as soon as you see it that it's a special spot and that you'll be made to feel special while you're there.

Location was great. Next to several beaches and the city centre. Awesome breakfast with choice of sweet and savoury.

Great place!

There are only five room so it’s very cozy and the manager is so nice ! You can choose what you want for breakfast the day before. It’s also very calm.

Excellent!

We loved everything about this place! We had a very beautiful room with a balcony, overlooking the sea, where we had a lovely breakfast in the morning. The b&b owners are very friendly and hospitable. I would definitely come back !
