2 passi ma dolce

Buona la posizione a 2 passi dal centro e mare. Accoglienza top, si vive insieme la famiglia al mattino. Colazione torta fatta in casa o cornetto. Sul tavolo fette biscottate, Jogurt, succo e marmellata in confezione. Come a casa 😜?

Camera molto piccola con poco spazio e frigo non freddo abbastanza. Era un appartamento privato trasformato in BnB, forse per questo. Wifi lentissimo 🐌. Parcheggio privato a pagamento €10/g senza preavviso e scontrino, deve essere ancora aggiornato da booking. Colazione dalle 8:30 in poi con solamente 1 caffè/te incluso, altri da pagare (vedi foto) 🧐. Per me mancava almeno una frutta, pane o cereali non proprio molto scelta. Comunque una colazione solo dolce.

Ospitalità e cordialità

Struttura in posizione molto comoda per il centro, camera molto pulita e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentilissimi i proprietari e gestori del B&B che ci hanno accolto con il massimo dell'ospitalità, in particolare per due camminatori come noi che non avevano mezzi per fare ritorno a Lecce. Grazie di cuore.

Lovely room on quiet street. Excellent location!

Absolutely fantastic place, spotless and comfortable. Excellent location and just right for a couple nights. We were warmly welcomed and taken care of during our stay. Very nice breakfast provided, good WiFi and A/C. Comfy beds, quality bedding and towels. Enjoyed the balcony and proximity to extraordinary Otranto. We highly recommend!

Fantastic! Loved Otranto and loved this B&B.

The location was fantastic, just a very short walk to the castle and the old city. The beaches are around 10-15 minute walk. The bed and pillows were the best, so comfy. We had the room with private separate bathroom and balcony, we were very happy with it!. We arrived a few hours before usual check in time and Luisella was there to meet us. Luisella was extremely accommodating in many ways. Friendly and very well run B&B. Would definitely recommend.

Location was great, the hostess was very nice and welcoming (also giving local hints on where to go), street parking was no problem at all, nice breakfast with coffee, everything was great!

Very poor

The owner was a complete jerk. I've never been treated so rudely by a bed and breakfast. When I arrived no one was at the building so I called. A man answered who didn't speak any English, but he was able to understand who I was and that I was checking in. I told him over and over that I was at the door and he said ok, and then hung up. He left me waiting there in 90 degree sun for over an hour. Luckily, an Italian couple came to check-in and when they called the owner was there in 2 minutes. Once he realized I had been sitting there the entire time he didn't even try to apologize! That wasn't even the worst of it. The day I was checking out, him and his wife came knocking on my door at 10am asking if I needed anything. I said no, just packing to check out today. (The Booking.com reservation said check-out from 10-11am). So then at 10:45am he comes back again this time pounding on the door! I open it and he's all upset, huffing and puffing, yelling at me in Italian to get out of the room! I tried to explain the reservations said to check-out between 10-11am, but it was really no use. I just had to pack up everything and get out of there asap. It was the most terribly rude and harassing experience.

Fabulous

Location is fantastic, only 5min from the historic centre and easy walk to beaches and cafes. Spacious room with nice bathroom across the hallway.

The adjustable shower head was terrible. No provisions to make your own coffee or tea during the day.
