After two weeks in Europe in several cities, this place in Vienna was our favorite.

Tall ceilings, lots of windows, great location with tram stops only a block away, 5 stops from downtown, coffee shops and supermarket within a block.

Only one bathroom, but luckily sink and shower is separate room.

Bellissimo appartamento

Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutto per vivere. Servito molto bene con 3 fermare del tram 71 con il centro città. Belvedere raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggio in strada a pagamento, nelle vicinanze parcheggio sotterraneo.

Very bad stay

The last floor is good , but not that much, some balcony view is nice

The towels smells very bad and its smells all the apartments, we take 3 apartments all was the same, some of the apartments doesn’t have air conditioning and the smell becomes worse. The staff wasn’t cooperative at all, after several tries with them they finally changed my apartment.

Naszego klucza nie było, a potem okazało się, że ktoś już w naszym apartamencie mieszka… Zdecydowanie odradzam.

Przyjechaliśmy na miejsce chwilę po 18:00, zameldowanie zgodnie z regulaminem jest od 15:00, więc byliśmy sporo po czasie. Weszliśmy do klatki i wpisaliśmy kod do skrzynki, która… okazała się pusta, naszego kluczyka nie było w środku. Zadzwoniliśmy pod numer podany na booking, ciężko było się z panią dogadać po angielsku, nie wiedziała o jaką rezerwację chodzi, w końcu powiedziała żeby jej wysłać informacje smsem. Tak też zrobiliśmy. Pani odpisała, że skontaktuje się z nami „as soon as possible”. Czas mijał, ale niestety żadne informacje się nie pojawiały. Kiedy zapytaliśmy ile to może potrwać (przyjechaliśmy do Wiednia tylko na pół dnia i chcieliśmy cokolwiek zobaczyć), pani również nie potrafiła nam udzielić odpowiedzi. Po prawie godzinie czekania w 5 osób na klatce schodowej dostaliśmy inny kod do innej skrzynki. Niestety po wpisaniu go nie działo się nic. Kiedy powiedzieliśmy to tej pani, stwierdziła, że musimy mocniej przyciskać guziki… Nagraliśmy więc film, wciskając guziki bardzo mocno i dokładnie, nadal nic się nie otwierało. Po kolejnych 15 minutach pani napisała, żebyśmy po wpisaniu kodu mocno pociągnęli za ostatnią skrzyneczkę. Otworzyła się i wypadły nam 4 pęki kluczy do wszystkich apartamentów… okej. Poszliśmy na górę, znaleźliśmy klucz do naszego apartamentu, weszliśmy do środka i… kolejna niespodzianka, w środku były dwie osoby. Pani próbowała nam wmówić, że weszliśmy do złego apartamentu… Kiedy powiedzieliśmy, że tak nie jest, pani znowu powiedziała że skontaktują się „as soon as possible”… W tym momencie mieliśmy już naprawdę dość. Na szczęście Państwo, którzy byli w naszym apartamencie wyszli do nas i powiedzieli, że rzeczywiście mieli rezerwację na inny pokój, ale w ich skrzyneczce był kluczyk do naszego apartamentu, więc po prostu myśleli, że nastąpiła jakaś zmiana… Ostatecznie po strąceniu 2 godzin dostaliśmy się do naszego apartamentu.

The property is big, clean and cosy.

I didnot like the sheets and towels. Dark towels didn’t smell fresh. Also the sheets should be white. The pillows are a bit small as well. But the major problem was one toilet for the property i would highly recomend to add one 😊

Somente da cama e a cozinha.

as cortinas quebradas, tive que cobrir a janela com lençol, não tem televisão, o banheiro você está tomando banho quente e do nada fica extremamente gelado, quando liga a luz do banheiro faz um barulho alto, não tem ventilador.

We liked it

We enjoyed the old building and high ceilings that we don’t find everyday, the place was quiet and clean

We only encountered a problem with the main door lock(the 4 digit number did not work) but we entered when a neighbour let us in and then used the key we found for the apartment to also open the main entrance.

Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w apartamencie jeszcze przed "oficjalnym" check-in". Apartament bardzo czysty i komfortowy. Świetnie doświetlony.

Un apartament in care ne vom intoarce cu prima ocazie si pe care-l vom recomanda prietenilor.

Un apartament mare, foarte confortabil, terasa frumoasa. Am fost cazați în apartamentul cu 3 dormitoare, fiecare avea câte un pat dublu, iar livingul avea o canapea extensibila (practic se puteau caza 8 persoane). Masina am parcat-o la aproximativ 30 min mers pe jos, 5 euro/zi (Park & Ride Erdberg).

Nu este nimic care sa nu ne fi placut, doar o sugestie pentru proprietari, nu ar strica niște sare, zahar, ceai și eventual cafea.

Номер был отличным, нам всё понравилось, светлый и чистый. Большие окна, вид на город. В каждой комнате чистые постели и чистые ванные комнаты. На кухне были все принадлежности для готовки, венчик, сито и так далее. Были и бокалы, что тоже важно в путешествии. Всё что есть в номере рабочее.

Было очень жарко, полы слишком грели. Для зимы это не плохо, но ночью хотелось по прохладнее. Самостоятельно не смогли настроить, писать хозяину не было времени. Нашли выход - включали кондиционер на холод.

Appartamento accogliente e nuovo , una bella palazzina abbiamo avuto un problema con il wc prontamente risolto .

Molto carina , dovrebbero però dare indicazioni sulla spazzatura da buttare , dove e come differenziarla e avere un locale dove poter lasciare le valige.

I would go back immediately!

Very bright apartment and very well located geographically. Very dynamic and practical key gripping method. Staff very helpful in responding to requests and messages.

The apartment did not have very covering curtains other than thin shutters through which, however, light entered in the morning. The only "criticism" I can make...

Clean, cosy and comfortable place to stay in Vienna.

The apartment was very clean, everything was very new and comfortable. There was a washing powder both for the washing machine and dishwasher. The terrace was very nice and good for relaxing. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms in the apartment.

Nothing particular about our stay. The location was not very central. But still near S bahn station and not very hard to reach other parts of the city.

Awesome apartment in a great place.

Really clean apartment, with a nice balcony, a great bathroom and all utilities you need. A 20-30 minute walk to get to the center of Vienna, and really close to some supermarkets and a few restaurants.

We only had one key to share between 6 people.

Incredible new and modern apartment

The apartment is new and very modern, we loved it. It is well located, close to the tran station to go to the city centre in less than 15 min, there are bars and restaurants close to the property too. The apartment has almost everything you need to live there in a very comfy way.

Just little details: we did not find a way to cover the windows to completely darken the rooms, just partially (not an issue to sleep in our case but maybe for other people yes). We missed a microwave (not a big deal with all the other equipment).

Terribile experience but GREAT support from Booking Team !

Position: 15 min walk from downtown but in a quite area w/ good parking opportunities

Customer care: on the day one (saturday afternoon) out of 3 days staying, we discovered hot water was not working. We informed immediately and they informed that it was a known problem to their maintenance staff (????!!!!), so they gave us the chance to shower in another apartment in the same building for saturday and sunday till 3:00 pm: so we had to choose between visit city and museums as per our vacation or have a shower… and no option at all for the following day but just informed they were still working in it… On the following day we called at 14:00 to get news since they did not provided updates yet… Feedback was: we have no options but you can move to another building in another area of city… so the option was: forget your vacation, pack up and relocate. So in 3 days they are not able to send a plumber and fix the issue that was known to technicians before our arrival!!! We refused the “offer” to don’t loose prebooked visits … but we enjoyed a “fantastic” cold shower. Same offer done before arrival or when we informed on day one would have been ok, why it was not done is still a mistery I no longer care. Good point: GREAT support from Booking who supported us and compensated economically the inefficiencies of their partner

Cost effective stay for 1 night. Location is ok too. Parking is extremely high nearby.

Cost effective. And the terrace is perfect.

No coffee machine and pots. That would have been good to have. Also the toilet is in the bedroom. In case if you are staying as 2 couples that is not recommended. Or couples should be real close to each other :) 4 people can stay but i believe it’s best for the families with the kids.
