Spacious apartment in a walking distance to city center, but on a very busy 3-way street with cars driving all night lon

als günstige Schlafmöglichkeit mit 5 Personen noch gerade ok. Würde aber nicht wiederkommen

großes Apartment mit ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten auch für mehr als 5 Leute. Nur 2 Geh-Minuten zu U-Bahn, Bäcker oder Supermarkt. Vergleichsweise günstiger Preis.

Wohnung erinnert eher an eine heruntergekommene Studenten-WG als an eine gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Ein paar Beispiele: Sauberkeit: Boden, Schränke und Arbeitsflächen kleben vor Dreck, wir sind in Socken in der Wohnung gelaufen und die waren nach 5 Minuten komplett schwarz, Hausschuhe mit Haaren vom Vormieter, Sofa speckig, Geschirr mit Essensresten Ausstattung: Heizung-/ Heißwasser Gastherme geht regelmäßig aus, großer Topf steht drunter, weil die Gastherme tropft. Einige Platten des Gasherdes gehen wieder aus (war nach 3 Tagen ok, vermutlich wurden die Gasgeräte einfach lange nicht mehr benutzt), Fensterscheibe im Wohnzimmer gesprungen, Glas im Kerzenleuchter zerschlagen, einer der beiden Mokkakocher hat keine Dichtung - kann man lange auf den Kaffee warten, Geschirr und Besteck sind wildes Durcheinander - eher Überbleibsel vorheriger Bewohner, Spülmaschine fehlt eine Rolle am Geschirrwagen der dann immer rausrutscht, Tiefkühlfach ist so vereist, dass die Tür kaum wieder zu geht.

We stayed with a group of 19 for 3 days.

Very light and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartments are right next to the metro which makes it easy to travel around Vienna. Michael was very helpful.

Not as we expected

Good position, price is fair, spacious apartment.

The apartment wasn't clean, especially the fridge, the bathroom and the cutlery had to be cleaned by us, but dust is everywhere. In general doors, windows and floor should be renovated, the building is ancient and I think those were never changed. The spyhole in our door was a big hole that couldn't be covered, so everyone could see inside. The building really should be maintained, dirt and garbage is all over the stairs. Three floors without elevator should be advertised, it's okay but it's better to know before.

Nice and comfortable stay in Vienna

The house was cosy and the beds were comfortable. We didn't meet the host but we found a sheet with all the info we needed and received some through this app too. It was very helpful. The location is very good, the apartment is opposite the local train station so it is super easy to hop on a train or a tram and go to the most popular areas, though the city centre is no more than half an hour away on foot. The neighbourhood seems nice, we hung out at night and felt safe.

The bathroom is divided in two areas, there's the shower and sink in a room and the toilet in another one. It's not really functional but it's not a big deal. We had booked for 7 people but only 6 beds were made so we had to put sheets on the last one ourselves.

Simply great!!

Great Location right in front of the Metro station. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. My 3 kids loved it. Great Host, Michael keeps you well informed about everything well ahead. He is also very thoughtful about the visitors (with the arrangements inside the apartment) which i really appreciated.

Not much, Only minor issue was the 2 flights of stairs. My daughter had a leg injury and that was a challenge. Not to mention the luggage. But all in all loved the place.

The apartment is large and spacious. Great for more people with kids. Easy access to the subway. It is on a main street. If the windows are open it is very noisy

Value for money

Communication with owner was very good. We have received in advance and during our stay lots of useful information regarding Vienna. Accomodation was clean and spacious.

It was not possible to sleep with the open window because there is a lot of traffic noise. Fortunately, when the windows are closed, this problem does not exist.

Will come back!

We loved the location,the host,it had everything we needed including baby crib and all the baby amenities we needed. It is warm,good wifi,parking nearby,easy check in and check out. I needed a special oven tray to bake something at 10 pm,the host made it happen in 10 minutes!

Superb

Great location! There is a public garage in the immediate vicinity with many spaces (6.5€/day). Across from the accommodation there's a metro station and Billa store. Excellently equipped apartment no.11 with excellent heating. Very quiet place. The host Michael is always at your service.

We had a great time in the two flats which we rented. Both of them were spacious with everything we needed, even children's books and games, which we really appreciated. Metro was very close by, with shops, and restaurants.

Very good

Good communication, nice equipment, beautiful old Vienna building, good internet, clean and cosy apartment with everything you need for a good price, easy and convenient check in and check out.

The street outside is really huge and noisy. Not just expected noisy street, it is four lanes in each direction plus train plus a crossroad. So the windows must be closed and I had to sleep with earplugs simultaneously in order to not hear it.

The host answers to questions really fast and helps with everything. It is very easy to get everywhere in the city because underground is only few steps from the apartment.

Lovely apartment placed in old tenement. It is very well located - oposite you can find metroline station, shops, restautants.
