It’s paradise!
The nature, location, and views are unique.
I had a memorable time with goats. We enjoyed healing time in silence.
When I saw our room, I was speechless.
Breakfast buffet full of local, seasonal products, including incredible cheese.
Spa has all you need, and the message was worth the price.
We arrived after 3 pm, so we missed the lunchtime frame. The lovely female from the reception had nothing to offer us except little, sweet snacks. It would be nice if the hotel could offer something more for hunger before dinner.
The dinner was a bit overpriced, and drinks were not included.
We didn't like the fact that you need to pay for almost everything extra – like water, tea, coffee, bike rental.

Lovely small hotel, with its small buildings spread across a beautiful landscaped property. This is the perfect place if you want to be surrounded by nature and to relax. The room was great, with a comfortable bed and a nice tub. Same for the breakfast. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and the heated pool. Étretat is less than 20m away (by car), so the location couldn’t be any better. The staff was very welcoming, professional while relax.
Only negative side, and the reason for not giving 10, are the check-in and check-out times. I still remember when the standard was 12:00 for check-out and 14:00 for check-in; regardless of the reasons behind it and ways to mitigate its impact on guests (you can use the spa and explore the property), a check-out at 11:00 and check-in at 17:00, when you pay more than EUR 400 a night, is difficult to understand.

superb location and gorgeous interior design. super calm and comfy rooms.
spa treatments are a bit pricey but it was amazing!
staff super helpful and consistently helpful.
breakfast could be more traditional French (no baguettes and only a few pastries!!)

the grounds and property! just beautiful!
I don’t think it’s a good value for the money. the cost just doesn’t seem to add up to what you get.
4.5
the grounds were beautiful and the staff were delightful
the food for dinner was not very imaginative

Blissful getaway, retreat-style hotel.
Beautiful grounds, fantastic spa and pool.
Comfortable rooms and public space.
Ideal space to relax after a long car journey!
The check-in time (5pm) could be more generous.

Beautiful Room, very spacious and hotel in a lovely setting
The room was very warm, no fans, no air con with just one window that you could open. I wouldn’t want to be staying there on a very hot night. Dinner was disappointing

We were charged by 60 euros by extra bed for kids that wasn’t in my booking reservation, the kids sofa-bed was next to the stairs. Lack of personal to assist the people. The dinner was not good and very expensive. The breakfast was good, but have a lot to improved. Disappointed with the stay at this hotel. It is expensive and I am not happy with the charge of extra sofa-bed. Regards
Disappointed with the stay at this hotel. It is expensive and I am not happy with the charge of extra sofa-bed. Very expensive and doesn’t worth the many. Lack of staff. No one assist us in lunch neither breakfast.

i only spent one night at Les Pins after driving 10 hours from the north of England, and so did not have time to make full use of the facilities, but the pool and spa looked beautiful, the grounds and gardens were magnificent and it is such a quiet and peaceful place.
my evening meal coming all at once, starter, main and dessert. although the food was delicious and as i was on my own it worked ok, however if i had been with company then it would have been too rushed.
the only other slight criticism is that my room was painted completely lilac which i thought was a shame as the rest of the property which i saw was so beautifully maintained.

nice surroundings, very relaxing atmosphere
the dinner menu is not good at all

Stunning spot in the forest with truly unique rooms, delicious food, and a tranquil pool / hot tub / spa. The staff could not have been nicer. Our room was stunning, with caramels and herbal tea and a lovely bath. A very special place!

I wouldn’t recommend dinner at the hotel.

The facilities, grounds and bedrooms are amazing. Our two girls loved running back around and seeing the animals. Beautiful room really well designed and restaurant area lovely too.
Staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. They messed up our bill, charging us for 4 adult meals instead of 2 adults and 2 children and then made a few other random errors. Not a particularly friendly welcome. The staff all seemed like they didn’t have much experience and could probably do with better training. Didn’t ruin the overall experience though as setting and facilities are amazing.

Staff!
It's Complicated! smiling, but essentially a devil-may-care attitude. Do not offer how to make your vacation unforgettable, if something is necessary for you and you want to extend your stay, then think for yourself how and what to do to reserve a room. It is necessary to train employees on hospitality, when you pay 300 euros per night, you expect a better attitude.

What a place! If you like quiet surroundings, this is the spot. From the minute you walk in the main building you feel welcome. The staff is super friendly and the Spa is small enough to be cozy and big enough to shelter a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and treatment rooms.
We weren't a fan of the dinner formula where everything was served at the same time on a wooden plate. Besides this, dinner was below par compared to the stay. It didn't spoil the experience of staying at this wonderful place though (there are alternatives in the vicinity). The room we had was very spacious but oddly enough the bathtub is placed in the bedroom which is a bit...weird.

Location is very nice, quiet area in the middle of the forest, very nice design of the hotel, and wonderful park area. Didn't have the time to check the spa, but it seems nice on the pictures.
We booked double room charme (Oscar) which happened to be on the ground floor next to the WC. The room itself is very nicely decorated but small. I guess we were not lucky but taking a bath was a challenge as we were screamed at by the neighbour at 11pm for filing in the bath with water as it was “too noisy”. The morning after we had a whole bunch of old ladies breaking into our room in search of a toilet (make sure you actually lock the door with a key.) Finally the cleaning lady didn't care about our privacy and knocked the door nonstop, until I asked her not to disturb. Not to mention we didn’t have the towels changed the same days as the cleaning lady left the hotel. And the tray of our breakfast was left outside on the terrace for 2 days and nobody seemed to care.

Great hotel, highly recommended!!!
