Bem arrumado, com o essencial, limpo, zona calma.

A cama tem um colchão demasiado mole e faz barulho por todos os lados. O chuveiro está solto da parede. Os vizinhos fizeram barulho muito cedo, outros muito tarde, não deu para descansar bem.

Aparcamiento básico y funcional en buen estado.

Sin duda el precio, bastante asequible. En general es un apartamento básico y funcional. Ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas y su función, que era servir de alojamiento para visitar la ciudad en un par de días. Me encantó lo bien que ha funcionado el termo. Aprecio mucho el agua caliente 😉 También la ropa de cama y las toallas, olían genial. Nos resultó fácil llegar y con Uber y Bolt nos hemos desplazado genial a cualquier lugar por poco dinero.

Aunque nosotros teníamos camas para dormir, mejoraría el sofá del comedor, no te puedes ni sentar para ver la tele. Está muy estropeado. El ruido de los vecinos de arriba también es algo a tener en cuenta. No es que sean personas ruidosas es que el aislamiento de las instalaciones es escaso.

Niet in overeenstemming met de plaatjes op de website

De eigenaar was aardig in zijn berichtjes.

De doucheruimte was klein en water op de vloer rond de wc-pot. De hygiëne was onvoldoende. Het appartement was slecht toegankelijk. Eén van de verwarmingsunits had kortsluiting. Het bed was slecht toegankelijk. De onderhoeslakens waren te klein.

Good value, nice green location

Cleanliness, the kitchenette, the location, very useful for Campanhã train station, Metro and Bus and Coach interchange (TIC). Although I didn't actually meet the owner or any staff, I was sent, via WhatsApp, all the useful information I needed.

Due to the hills and the cobbled streets, if you have special mobility needs, this place probably won't be suitable.

Beautiful location . Clean rooms. Excellent hospitality from Miguel. A far from center but public transport is readily available.

Walls are thin so we can hear neighbors walking and talking . didn't matter to us but it's important to note

Everything was noisy. The bed, the ceiling, the floor was creaking every time we made any movement, we could hear the neighboors steps and television too.

Old historical place to stay a few quite days

Very friendly owner Miguel who tried to help us with all over issues. The apartment was clean and tidy. Over check-in and check-out was arranged according to our request. The place is close enough to city center, around 40 min to walk. There was a lemon tree where you can take a fresh lemon just from the tree.

There was a smell of humid inside the apartment, the ventilation is not perfect.

Great value for a complete apartment

Location was about 30 minutes by public transport to the city and it was easy to take a bus nearby. We had the first apartment which had a kitchen, a living area, a bedroom and of course a bathroom. Miguel was responsive on the phone and very informative. We collected our keys in the lock box at the door which was convenient.

The only problem we had was to find a parking lot for our car so we would suggest if you are driving, ask Miguel beforehand on the parking spaces. In the end, we managed to do so with clear instructions.

The apartment was in a good central location. Perfect for exploring Porto. Good security to the accomodation. All the facilities in the apartment was ideal for our stay.

The apartment complex can be difficult to spot. We weren't sure where it was on our first attempt.

Very fair price for what you get. But therefore far from the center

Very good apartment size, well equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately, you could hear everything through the walls. Neighbors upstairs were loud and you could hear every step through the wooden floor.

The price is quite competitive and is close to main train station, so it can be convenient for any overnight stay. The owner is also friendly and easy to reach out via WhatsApp

Too far from city centre, area is a bit unsafe and the place could have more renovations. Also had issues with Uber to reach the place.

Superb

Excellent stay for low key travel. As the price suggests, the place isn't fancy, but clean, safe and has everything one needs for practical purposes. Communication was easy and reliable. Location is also great where you can easily walk to the city center in 30 mins, yet it's remote enough for parking to be easily available.

A good stay with the help of a great host

Miguel was the best host I've ever met so far, always willing to help and very quick in response to requests. The location is in walking distance from Estádio do Dragão where there is the Metro, and a big shopping mall with supermarket Continente in it. A hairdresser and a laundromat are even closer to the property.

Very good

The host was very helpful he changes us to a second room which was so much better. The kitchen and coffee machine. The location was great for us because we had a car and there was plenty of space to park near to the apartments and also we could walk to the secondhand outside market that they have every week.

The first apartment was sooooo cold even with the radiator. It wasn't pleasant to stay there. Probably fine in the summer but not when it's less than 10 degrees outside.
