We had a great stay!

We like the place as it did accommodate 5 of us without a problem. If you are looking for something that will fit your budget, look no further. The price for this condo was not that expensive.It is also near to a mall and restaurants.

It was farther from the main road. You need a ride.

location, so hard to get a taxi. no nearby convenience store. the unit that we stayed toilet was bad. it has roaches. bad smell. broken shower

Internet Connection was not fixed. We have informed the in-charge but still was not attended. As well as the tv connection (Cignal).

pricey. with the amount we paid and the with the look of the room its not worth it.. when we arrived no one guided us to our room the security just told us to go up and the room key is already inside. as soon as we enter the room, some mosquitos, cable not working, remotes with no batteries, bathroom with no shower curtain, toilet bowl moving,its really poorly maintained. then suddenly a lady housekeeper arrived at the door asking for the full oayment whem we have not unpacked our things yet. plus theres a lot of extra payments as well. i have to pay 220 for the TRANSIENT FEE, 500 for the RESERVATION FEE, another 500 for the SECURITY FEE plus 300 a night for the parking. to think that i only recieved my rented car at 6 pm they charged me already for 1 day for the parking. Very sad with the place. Definitely not coming back. Me and my wife works in a cruise ship and we now very well the hospitality business.

Frustrating and disappointing stay.

Nice pool, nice peaceful location. Grounds and facilities maintained very well. Very clean and secure.

Advert states cleaning supplies and toiletries supplied. They weren't. Advert states cable TV. Truth was, it was cut off halfway through our stay. The free wifi didn't work, probably for the same reason. The wiring/ plugs around the stove were dangerous.Cupboards and finishing was tatty. Very frustrating and disappointing experience 😕

Exceptional

Everything was great. We had a great stay. We didn't expect much knowing what happened after Odette but to our surprise, the units were clean-clean. Air conditioning was great. I've read prior reviews about the security guards being strict but they weren't during our stay. They were in fact very friendly and accommodating. Viva Pit Senyor!!!

Nothing actually. We'll be booking again.

There was no free breakfast but the wifi was okay. The condo was clean

We didn't get a remote for the TV despite telling them that we didn't get one. The condo was clean however, it lacks a lot of things to work on. it could be because it seems that the condo was just recently renovated. We ordered water gallon but there was no dispenser in the condo and they were not proactive enough to offer something like a pump or just even provide us with a pitcher. And the parking space was too tight!

It took a long time for us to check in because of the security guards. They were strict and not approachable.

No aircon in living room, only in the bedrooms. The electric fan is not working in the living room.

I hope they’ll improve the cleanliness of the unit, people there are so kind to us though. I will still go back to that

the staffs are very accommodating and helpful

The kitchen is quite dirty we saw cockroaches everywhere on the sink, the sofa is dirty and also the venetian blinds it has a lot of stains. The floor as well is dirty to the extent that you cant walk around barefoot good thing we brought slippers.

Security were friendly we got used to each other the cleaner pleasant and efficient the pool was enjoyable

We had an ant problem got bit every night the tv wasnt tuned in the complex has potential office staff could have been more welcoming. A few basics missing from the accomodation like chopping board cuttelry

it’s close to the new mall and city

it’s lack of maintenance and cockroaches are everywhere. I really want to move to the other place but I already paid for it and they will charge me 50% of the booking.
