Good place if it would be well maintained.

Since we wanted to be close to the Sinulog 2024 we had booked this place. The location was at your door steps - perfect. It is also perfect if you want be close to a mall SM Seaside - walking distance 30min. Taxi maybe 5min. Parking for an extra charge can be arranged.

The pictures as advertised are from the time as it was build and new. Our apartment was not really as it was shown nicely in the pictures. We had some insects issue. According to the owner a problem in the whole building. We believe, even then cleanliness would solve this problem.

Stay was pleasant and met our expectations.

Close to shopping malls and restaurants. Pool was well maintained. Hosts were very prompt in solving our issues.

Location not the best for catching taxi or Grab car. Internet connection is very weak. To get into the swimming pool. I was forced to pay for a swim nappy for my toddler who is fully toilet trained. I understand that there are rules in place for children under 3 to wear them but it has no logic. Rule should ONLY be applied to children who are not fully toilet trained and not be based on age.

One of the better places to stay in a good location

Clean and well located to SM seaside and restaurants and stalls across the highway along the shore line Everything in condo worked and if it wasn’t it was fixed ASAP

Had a wonderful stay for Sinulog 2023!

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect! Very clean and comfortable! Already furnished with drinking water and all the basic cooking stuff to cook meals. Nice pool area also! I recommend staying if you are looking for this kind of option!

I have nothing about this stay that I can complain about. There was good communication the whole time of my stay. Highly recommend if you are thinking about staying.

No taxi or cabs nearby. Had difficulty booking a grab. Esp in the morning.

My family loved the whole place, the staffs, more especially the host. Sir Nelson was so gracious and provided us not only a great and clean place with good internet connection (you just have to restart the modem in case it gets "laggy") but also great service. He was attentive, hospitable, and always kept us informed. He also went above and beyond. Worthy experience and would definitely reccommend this place. Thank you for having us.

Limited grab car booking but manageable.

it was a fun experience and the property was quite accommodating granted the guests are vaccinated .

everything , from the condo unit to the amenities and the location

it would just have to be the vaccination policy . Which means my aged mother who’s not able to receive the Covid vaccination because of her age , cannot enter the property .

Clean, cozy, apartment. safe and affordable

Very Nice apartment. Hot water with great water pressure. Washing machine, Great security outside apartments, close to SM Seaside so very easy to get a taxi or Grab ride. Wfii and television were good.

Already told the host about what I thought the improvements could be to the apartment. Make sure to get the cab or taxi to the basement so you can take the elevator straight up with groceries... if not you have a little walk

The best room in san remo!!

I love everything about this property its clean' the amenities are cool the guards and staff are very friendly. The room was complete with appliances.

The wifi is just new so understably the wifi connection is poor. There's.no cable.on the tv so its quite boring when the wifi connection died the netflix died too 😭😭😭
