Excellent proximity to the beach, local cafe and pub. Very comfortable bed and settee. The décor was excellent, so much so I have pinched a couple of ideas for my own place. Coleen was very helpful.
Our only down was the shower was a little on the small side but that's probably because we are used to a rather large one at home or maybe we are too rotund!

an excellent place to stay, everything you need, great location walk out the entrance ,and the beach is right in front of you, and the bed was very comfortable.

Had a lovely stay at The Slopes. Very comfortable, lovely tasteful quality seaside decor and very thoughtful touches including quality teas and coffees. Having a separate sitting room area and kitchen facilities was great. The owners were very responsive and provided good information, but not intrusive at all. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing to dislike.

very good price lovely and clean. very close to the sea and bus stops.

The location was fine, handy for beach, shops, train or bus.
The position of the accommodation was on a corner of a busy road so lots of cars, buses going past. Therefore, not a very peaceful, quiet location.

Traveled with my girlfriend for a nice long weekend gate away by the sea. The place was great and placement was 5 minutes from the sea side with beautiful views. Value for money is great and the Boss Lady was extremely nice. Highly recommended!
Could be a bit closer to the center but the taxi was really cheap and if you feel like a nice walk you can get there under a 30 min walk.

So comfortable, clean and had everything you needed.I did think about getting a mini sink and baby belling so I could move in forever.
Not much not to like

The location is fantastic, few minutes walk to The Tankerton Slopes. The place is done up very nicely. Bedroom is spacious and so pretty. Coleen was a lovely host. We had our pup with us, plenty of walking options nearby for her. We had a great time.
It was a lovely experience, full value for money. No negatives for Coleen or her property. Just worth flagging that there is no cooking facility, it was my oversight but the property details are very clear in this respect. Despite that a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge are provided which were very helpful to have.

The bedroom was very spacious with a lovely comfy bed and well furnished. The living/ dining area was fine for the two of us with everything we needed for our stay. The tea, coffee and milk etc provided were a bonus and it was great having the fridge to store food in and the little table was great to eat on. The location was perfect for us, close to the sea and not too busy. The owner was really welcoming , friendly and helpful. It felt lovely and clean and fresh in the rooms.
The shower is quite small but ok for a few days.

We had an amazing time!
The property was even better than expected and the staff couldn't of been more helpful.
I even offered to buy the place if they ever decided to sell.
Me and my husband will definitely be going back. It might become our happy space.
I would definitely recommend 👌 xxx

Had an amazing break staying in the quaint little abode that is the slopes, sea side decor really set it off. Lovely, clean and comfortable and the little extras are a really nice touch, we will be making a return later in the year towards the end of summer for another little get away and really look forward to returning if we can make a reservation.until then many thanks for exceeding our expectations and we look forward to staying again!

Great location in the front of tankerton, we had our small dog with us so it's perfect for walks by the seafront towards the nature reserve and only about a 20 minute walk into Whitstable too. Plenty of free parking around the property, its a perfect little stay that has all the essentials you need with fridge, toaster, microwave and even milk in the fridge ,great attention to detail and thought went into decorating this place . Looking forward to coming back again

The property is in a fabulous location, so close to the beach. There is a cafe at the end of the road (currently open) and a tapas restaurant (sadly still closed but due to open may 21). Coleen is a great host and everything is provided for you. Comfy king sized bed, big bath sheet style towels, separate lounge kitchen area with sofa, TV, fridge, table and chairs, microwave, kettle, toaster and plates, cutlery, etc. There is no sink in the kitchen but there is a handy collapsible bowl for washing up. Amazon video and Netflix are available for you, which is a lovely touch. Other little details are covered such as umbrella, sewing kit, charging cables next to the bed and many more. We had a lovely stay, thank you. Definitely would return.
Could have done with a small chopping knife of some kind. The bedroom was also very light in the morning which some may like but we possibly would have appreciated black out curtains as we like a lie in.

The location was excellent: very close to the slopes and sea front. Great for walks. The accommodation was very bright with pretty and funny figurines. There was a fridge, microwave, toaster as well as cutlery and plastic crockery. There was enough shower products and tissue. There was also some washing up liquid and bin bags. It was nice to have some tea bags and a pint of milk waiting for us: thanks! TV had broad choice via Firestick. We couldn't however figure out how to watch regular live TV! Good fish and chips bar, Ossies is very nearby. No problem with parking.
Nothing really. If we were to be very picky: the shower was tiny. We also had to wash used crockery and cutlery in the wash basin as there is no separate sink.
