Isolated, great facilities, nice staff
Some of the days they served breakfast to the room in baskets, which was really bad

The place was in general beautiful, with the independent wooden little houses...well situated close to Athens
The 2nd room didn't have air-conditioning and the beb was quite uncomfortable, will definitely need replacement.

Our stay at Anthidon Estate was Great! We were two adults and one teenager, and the hotel catered perfectly to our needs. The self-catering villas were spacious, fully air-conditioned, and offered breathtaking sea views. The flat-screen TVs added to our comfort and entertainment.
The amenities at Anthidon Estate were outstanding. The two outdoor pools were refreshing, and the pool bar provided a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. We also appreciated the on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals. Free parking was an added convenience.
The location of Anthidon Estate in Loukísia, just 12 km from Chalkida, provided a serene and picturesque setting. It was an ideal getaway for our family.
We were impressed with the highly-rated breakfast served during our stay, with a guest review score of 8.4. Additionally, the weekend bar added to the enjoyable experience.
There was free access to the farm, with a variety of animals and two playgrounds, one indoor and one outdoor, kept us all entertained and added to the family-friendly atmosphere we didnt visit.
nothing

Was Out of season, no restaurant or Bar open till end of May. had to take taxis to nearest village with restaurant open to have dinners. Sat and Sun available thought.

Great views, spacious villa, sauna.
4.5
The animals from the farm; The very nice breakfast; The private sauna; The shared swimming pool; The scenery and the proximity to the sea; the quietness of the place; the friendliness of the hosts; and our kids liked the bunk bed and the cats around the house.
Nothing. Everything was great.

Great weekend getaway from Athens for families with young children

1.big farm with animals and small two-storey bungallows
2.nice view from the rooms
1. We had booked a Triple room only to find it prepared as a double. Upon calling reception they said they dint notice it at the booking confirmation and then they came
and just put a a pair of sheets on the couch.the couch was not opened and thus it was not comfortable to sleep there at all. the douvet they brought us had no duvet cover and it was dirty!
2. The double bed was firm and squeaky as many others have mentioned before
3. There was no kitchenette in the room.Just a mini bar and a sink with a broken tap. After calling reception they sent someone to fix it. He said someone must have broken it so it still didnt work properly. we couldnt wash babys bottles and the whole purpose of booking a room
with a kitchen was lost
3.the bathroom was old and everything was falling apart. the towel holder was broken. no shower curtain or glass so it was impossible to take a shower without making a pool inside the bathroom
we left the kids without their nightly bath
4.the hotel was almost completely empty during our winter weekend stay. we just saw another car during our stay. so the restaurants were completely closed and the breakfast buffet turned into a breakfast basket in the room.definitely not ideal since there is no proper place to eat. the basket itselft could have been easily more appealing by having homemade pies or cake and not store bought. fresh squeezed juice instead of a tasteless watered down hotel juice. fresh fruit and local honey, jams or cheese and not individual packed jams from the supermarket. it s supposed to be a farm so you expect the breakfast to be more authentic and agritouristic
5.at night there were no lights at the common areas whatsoever so it was a bit spooky after dark with everything closed and no lights at all. completely dark
6.

Lovely place. Abit remote. Very family friendly.
A drive to dinner.

Wonderful quiet place on high on a hill above the sea. Excellent view from the windows and verandas of the villas of the first line. Farm style area. Will have to come for a couple of weeks during the season.
4.5
very nice place. staff was helpful and polite. swimming pool right in front of the cottage. quiet and peaceful. a nice mini-zoo, great for kids. the room is good, sauna innside is a huge bonus.
all and all highly recomended stay for families
the cons: breakfast served to the room when the place is not full, so you can't make your choices beforehand and the variety is so-so, although the staff brought us what we asked for right away.
4.5
Amazing place on the hill, with a stunning view to the sea and the Evia island, cozy wooden houses, clean pool, mini zoo, the enviroment id full of green vegetation and flowers, very kind owner Mr. Mihalis and his staff. Highly recommended!!
Nothing!

We got a very nice breakfast at our room

The staff were very polite and kind. They offered a breakfast basket ( initially i thought that it would have poor variety but i was wrong) milk, juice, baguette, crepe, cheese, chocolate croissant, bacon etc plus we ordered eggs and omelets. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the portions quite big. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the park with the animals because of the bad weather but instead enjoyed the sauna. Beautiful view from the villa living room, plus the villas have a private pool which is a plus for the summer.
The pressure in the shower was extremely low, that we could barely take a quick shower. We tolerated it because we only stayed for two nights. The restaurant did not operate on Friday evening ( they offered to cook for us a meal but we all had to eat the same, didn’t mind because it was delicious) and Saturday morning so we could not get a coffee besides the Nescafé that was offered with the breakfast basket.
4.5
It's not hotel. It's a garden with fruits + zoo + playground for children + restaurant + hotel. There is no see, but you can see the coast every time.
I was there in october. The only question I have is: guys, you have such a nice bar/restaurant. Why I couldn't buy a cup of coffee after check-out and enjoy your place a bit longer?

The views and the farm were lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I liked everything but a little shop on the estate would be nice as there is nowhere within walking distance.
