Excelente localização!

A localização é o ponto principal deste espaço. Tudo próximo, possível de conhecer com uma caminhada. Muitos restaurantes excelentes.

Só haver um banheiro para um apartamento de quatro quartos.

Superb

We loved staying at this apartment. It was spacious, luxurious, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Athens and only a 10-minute walk from the Acropolis. It was excellent for our family of five and we would definitely book it again.

The apartment was centrally located, which was convenient, but also a bit noisy at times. The wifi connection was not very good and sometimes dropped out

Great location, nice accommodations

Jacob was very communicative with me and sent a video on how to get in which was great as it was a bit confusing. The place is perfectly located. It was simply finished, clean, comfortable. Great price which was much appreciated after the expensive islands.

The apartment is great, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and fully equipped. Jacob is an awesome host, making sure everything goes smoothly. I highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous

The flat is on the first floor, and the building had a lift, generous room size, perfect location with the underground being 5 minutes walk from the flat, lots of food and drink spots just a stone throw from the apartment. Comfortable mattress 🔝

One bathroom only 😂 But we are an organised group and it was not a problem.

The cleanliness and location is great!

The apartment is secure, in a location with restaurants and nightlife. it is an easy walk to the Acropolis through a mostly pedestrian area. The door is heavy, with good dead bolt locks. The room is clean and has all the amenities needed.

We made it work, but our large party shared the one bathroom, and two would have made it a little easier.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy and located conveniently close to the city center and close to metro and tram stations. In overall we were very satisfied with the apartment.

The location however also brings the only (and really small) disadvantage, becuase of which I have rated 9 out of 10 in the overall score. As it is located in the center, so it can be noisy outside during the night at times.

Huge apartment, great location

The location is excellent, walkable to everything worth seeing. The apartment is very large, clean, air conditioned, with laundry included.

One bathroom for four bedrooms, but it worked for us.

the unit far exceeded our expectations for comfort, location, convenience and service. I highly recommend for families a

the apartment was spotless clean. it was fully equipped with anything you might need as in your home: washer, dryer, dishwasher, any kitchen appliance you can think of. the cupboard was loaded with supplies for different kinds of teas or coffee, oil&vinegar for making your own salad at home. it was minutes of walking distance for both sightseeing and shopping, and an array of cafes, bakeries and restaurants. our host Jacob was extremely helpful to assist with our needs due to some challenges we experienced during our travel. he went out of his way to accommodate our needs.

there was some street noise in the mornings as trucks moved by to clean and pick up trash.

Fabulous stay in an amazing city, we so enjoyed Athens and this apartment is a great base.

Location is amazing, we walked everywhere and were never far from somewhere to eat and drink. The apartment is clean and cool, perfect.

Nothing really. A second WC might have been useful, but we were out so much it didn’t really matter.

Decent apartment and suitable for couple not a big family.

Lots of Asian restaurants around the location. Got a nice dryer and washing machine. All the supplies are adequately provided

No TV. Nothing for the kids. No personal touch as in places to visit or any recommendation. Very soft mattress and bended in the middle. And only 1 toilet so a big problem for a family of 6.

Great location in the heart of Athens, conveniently in-between the Acropolis and other attractions as well as public transportation. Great restaurants in the area as well. The apartment was as pictured, well put together, and really reminds you of the Greek heritage.

With mixed company you had to be careful with a misty (slightly see through) bathroom door.

Absolutely stunning apartment with all the luxurious amenities you can think of! Personally, this is my favorite area of Athens to stay in, close to Syntagma with great places eat and shop right around the corner but close enough to walk to all the major sites. Jason was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended for your stay in Athens, especially if you are traveling with your family or a larger group. It really is the best of Athens!!

Pick this over a hotel!

Glad we cancelled our reservation at Hilton Athens. This apartment is in excellent location with very good restaurants just outside the building. With 4 bedrooms, we have more than enough space for ourselves. The unit is very well maintained and fridge is stacked with water bottles, chocolate wafers on the counter, soap for laundry, and other cooking essentials as well as wine glasses and plates. These little things count and having washer and dryer is primarily what persuaded us to book this unit. Also, Jacob was an awesome host, flexible and took his time to show me how to operate the washing machine with labels in Greek. Location, location, location!! My mom uses an electric wheelchair and she was able to go to places with a little help. Very close to the Plaka, their old town, with lots of shops/restaurants and two short blocks from Syntagma Square, good place to people watching and having coffee at Starbucks or McDonald’s if you miss home lol I tend to try McDonald’s in every country as they have different menus but the one nearby is similar to American menu except for the dessert. Highly recommended!

2-3 inches uneven floor between rooms but you get used to it unless you are fully dependent on wheelchair.

Great great location! It is on a fairly quiet street but only a 2-minute walk from Syntagma Square. It is well furnished and decorated. It has a washer and dryer which is a big plus. It is clean and comfortable for a large family.

The apartment has only one bathroom. You will need to manage the bathroom schedule if you have a large group.
