This is one of my favorite hotels in Europe.

Everything was wonderful. We've been to Madrid three times. We've stayed at Only You three times. We would never stay anywhere else.

Perfect hotel in a beautiful city

We all loved this hotel. Starting from the moment you enter, the decor is whimsical and delightful - we fell in love with the Rhino room and this is where we started our evening. The bar serves great cocktails and is so lively in the evening. The location is very central and in a fun part of the city with lots of great restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms stocked with everything you need. Perfect stay in a beautiful city!

מיקום נפלא בשכונה שיקית עם חנויות בוטיק. סופרמרקט צמוד למלון, 5 דקות הליכה מהגראנד ויה (רחוב השופינג המרכזי). צוות אדיב שנתן לנו המלצות לברים ומועדונים, חדר נקי, מעוצב בסטייל (היינו בסוויטה). מסעדה כייפית עם מרפסת ואווירה נעימה. במלון יש גם מסעדה עם תפריט ללא גלוטן.

התפריט במסעדת המלון לא כלל מנה צמחונית התפריט בשפה האנגלית לא היה זמין מספיק

Truly memorable. I would never stay anywhere else in Madrid.

Beautiful hotel, not too large and impersonal like some luxury hotels. Staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful without being over-solicitous, and were excellent in advising us on restaurants, etc. Price-wise, I thought it very reasonable for the standard of comfort and quality of service offered.

I wish I could have stayed longer!! Otherwise, could not fault this place.

The hotel was great and the staff next level. OnlyYOU exceeded all our expectations and we have absolutely nothing to complain about our stay here. 100% recommended!

The price was a bit high, there might be better value-for-money options out there.

Hotel molto trendy in ottima posizione ma troppo costoso

Prezzo troppo alto Se la tirano un po' Non ho potuto fare colazione " a la carte" n'a ho dovuto aspettare che aprisse il coffee / Cup cake shop annesso all'hotel ( celiacoso, molto trendy) alle 9! Per fortuna appena fuori dall'hotel c'è una panetteria attrezzata per servire colazione

Heel gaaf gedecoreerd hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Personeel zeer behulpzaam: cappucino aangeboden terwijl ze een taxi aan het regelen waren.

The property itself was gorgeous. Located in a great area, accessible to all the attractions, GranVia, Sol, Chueca…. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Valentina. She made suggestions for dinner that turned out to be fun and delicious.

Spoil yourself in Madrid - Only YOU 🥰

The Only YOU is one of the most lovely hotels I've ever stayed at. My partner and I are disappointed that we only stayed 1 night. It was so comfortable and beautifully appointed, and staff are all friendly and very helpful. It honestly felt like everyone cared about our stay and that we had a great time.

My dinner meal was small. Tasty, but it was an entree size. Everything else was perfect!

I loved every about my stay here. It was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I chose to stay here rather than a big hotel. The staff were so helpful, the facilities were beautiful, the room was very comfortable and it was perfectly situated for sightseeing in Madrid. I wish I could have stayed longer!

A reasonable hotel but overpriced for what you get.

Overpriced for what it is Cleaning could be better (hairs on floor etc) Air conditioning very poor / not working Hotel seems to focus on its restaurant / bar more than the hotel facilities Breakfast options limited to continental and cooked eggs

Beautiful Boutique

Beautiful modern hotel with superb service. The bar and cafe were outstanding. The front desk and spa were very much appreciated.

No privacy in the bathroom - glass door in front of the toilet is inadequate. The room was too warm - the air conditioning did not seem to work. Not enough restaurants in the area - mainly bars and tapas.

cozy, quiet, friendly

it’s not the first time that I choose this hotel. I just love this small boutique hotel, really nice staff working there, the location is great and the rooms are clean, and you have 3 good restaurants inside!
