Muy recomendable

La ubicación, la limpieza y comodidad.

La poca seguridad de las ventanas ya que viajé con un niño y le hace falta visillos para aprovechar la luz ya que está muy cercano a otro edificio.

Bueno , pero falta un poco más de preocupación por entregar mejor calidad en ropa de cama e higiene

La ubicación , cómodo departamento y tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estancia

Calidad de ropa de cama , sábanas estaban con motas muy viejas y mala calidad , solo había una frazada y las almohadas olían mal .. tuve que lavar todo y comprar almohadas. Se suponía que venía con par de rollos de confort , pero había uno a la mitad y como llegué tarde no pude salir a comprar

Tirando o episódio da falta de roupa de cama e banho correu tudo bem.

Faltou roupa de cama e banho para a minha filha de 12 anos. Disponibilizaram só no dia seguinte, tendo q dormir a primeira noite sem coberta nenhuma. E a pia do banheiro estava entupida.

Esperaba algo mejor

La amplitud del Depto para 2 persona, la cama muy confortable

La ventana de la pieza no cerraba por lo cual se filtraba el aire y en junio no es muy agradable. El lavamanos estaba tapado. El freezer casi no cerraba de tanto hielo, la lámpara de pie del living estaba sin interruptor y los cables unidos y cubiertos con scotch, un peligro y por último tenían una estufa eléctrica que no funcionaba.

Ubicación

Anfitrón pésimo. Llegue al edificio y no supe cual era mi departamento pq no se me habia indicado. Me contesto recién media hora despues por mensaje indicando cual era. En el departamento, hacía un frío increible porque la calefacción estaba rota y en vez de ventana hay un "CARTÓN" en una parte. Cuando le comento al anfitrión esta situación me dijo que lo podía resolver recién 12 horas despúes. No nos quedo otra que ir a comprar una manta para no morirnos de frío. Al día siguiente, tampoco apareció a primera hora para solucionarlo. No me ofreció ningún tipo de reconocimiento o disculpas. No se recomienda.

Buena estadía

Me encantó la seguridad del edificio. En todo momento hay alguien en recepción. Si bien me dieron llaves, la puerta tiene una cerradura digital que brinda mas tranquilidad. El estacionamiento es privado y tiene cámaras de vigilancia.

El aire acondicionado portatil andaba pero no enfriaba bien.

Bien ubicado

Muy buen ubicación, con parquing, lavadoras y secadoras por un módico precio. Tenía lo necesario y mucha seguridad en la puerta.

Mucha calor y los ventiladores muy ruidosos. Hay mucho ruido de coches. Nos gusta el colchón firme y no nos resultó cómodo, pero es algo que va a gustos

Good option for a short stay in Santiago

The appartement was close to the subway but located on a quiet street. It was really easy to pick up the keys. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

At our arrival there were no sheets nor blanket for the sofa wich was indicated as a 2nd bed. We had to ask for them separately, but they were delivered the next day around noon. The were no shampoo in the bathroom but that was a minor impairment.

La zona muy hermosa. El depto muy lindo.

El baño en suite estaba tapado con pelos de huéspedes anteriores y era imposible usar el lavatory

price and quality ratio is wonderful

The owner is very friendly and tried to solve all the problems. The location is very good, safe/quiet/close to metro. The best part is the building has laundry facilities which is wonderful for me travelling here more than two weeks, this is important and way better than staying in hotel.

The furniture and bed sheet could be changed to better quality, a bit old but clean anyway

A great stay

I really enjoyed my stay at El Golf Apartments. Las Condes is a great area, safe, clean and easy to walk around. The apartment is perfectly located between two metro stations, one of which is located in a small shopping centre. The place itself was clean, well decorated and with plenty of room. Bed was comfy and shower worked perfectly. Staff were very accommodating to my situation as my card doesn’t work for online payments in Chile, but they came to the apartment at my convenience so I could pay them!

Nice apartment for solo or double, for vacation or business trips

I liked the view from my window, the pool on the roof, easy-going owner and Consejería, cool district. The view from the roof is amazing too!!! And barbecue rooms there too. Look up my photos here: views from windows and rooftop.

Actually, I would prefer apartment with balcony, but if you are not obsessed with balconies, for you it will totally ok! And it's a bit tight in terms of space. There is no bathtub, only shower. But again, these things are not bad, just for me are less preferable. The parking place was a bit too deep underground.

Very good spot

The location

We were in summer, and the condo did not have A/C, so was a little bit hot. Also, the condo did not have terrace. We felt a little bit trap. And we had to stay with the curtains down (were a little bit broken) because we had too many buildings around that can look at us. For the rest, was OK
