I didn’t stay rather i was not allowed to stay.

Worst property ever. First of all even after pre booking the hotel i was not allowed to stay in the hotel because they charged extra money from us. We booked for Rs 673 including tax and they charged us more than Rs 1000. We were harassed for more than 2 hours not allowing to enter the room and finally after getting no help from booking.com we had to move out. The lady in the reception was so rude to us that we were scared to wait there as she was shouting and yelling like hell to us. I’ve never been in this situation before.

Fraud property. They scam people. They quote less price but after reaching the property they will charge extra money and harass you. I’m so disappointed with Booking.com

I am disappointed with OYO management for taking no action after series of bad reviews.

Only the location was good and acceptable.

I have been misled by Booking. Com on their recommendation that this property cannot be booked at this price. The owner demanded higher price and dint allow check in. The price was made low to attract customer but refused entry. At Genius level this was not expected from Booking.com. Must Blacklist the property as quality is very low.

Very very bad experience with Oyo and with the hotel

There was nothing to like

Manager behaviour. They forced to pay more than the booking amount They initially denied the check in when I was not paying more than the actual price.

A great stay

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot.

Location is good and clean place. Also staffs are helpful and friendly. The location is closer to the train station.. good Wi-Fi. Price is good..

Everything. Starting from reception extra money other than amount shown in website. Very bad hotel. It's not worth even Rs. 200. They took 1500 for a night stay. Horrible experience. Stay away from the hotel.

Felt cheated. I did Online Hotel booking by paying half amount but the hotel staff said no room available. He charged me extra money to give room in the same hotel by adjusting the money I paid earlier. It's cheating from hotels side . Please look into the matter seriously. The online booking means nothing because the hotels are taking prices as per their whims by showing no room availability. Any urgent need person have to take room at extra charge.

In total, I stayed there as if I was with my family. Staff behaved well as I treated them like bros.

Room was not available at the price suggested by booking.com. Extra payment had to be paid. That's would justify if breakfast could have been included in the room cost.

Cleanliness also depends on how customer behave. Though they could have been strict regardng it. They have initiated cleaning the spaces which is plus point for visitors.

Very unprofessional/unethical practice by booking.com and OYO

It was a nightmare for me,when I visited the hotel for entry they told me we can't take yr booking,you will have to pay INR 700 extra, I tried calling OYO helpline no response. Really I regret for using booking.com and OYO, had to face a lot of difficulties. It seems nothing have changed in terms of ethics in India,big companies like OYO are following very cheap means to run their business. Regardless to YOU & OYO Rakesh Kumar Singh 9541010360

They denayed check-in and said no room. Moreover when I asked why there was no room then the manager used slang over the phone.

They had no rooms and did not allow check-in.
