De kamer was zeer schoon! Praktisch ingericht.

Nothing. It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.
Upon arrival, there was no check-in desk. I waited for 10 minutes and had to call the hotel phone number. Free parking is not available. The manager asked me to park a few streets away. The manager is very unfriendly. After carry our bags for a few hundred meters, he did not offer to help.
We stated we needed a room with good WiFi because of an important interview. We were given the room furthest away from the WiFi and it was not usable. When we asked the manager, he said there was nothing he can do to help. There were other rooms available but he was extremely lazy.
I highly suggest you to avoid booking this property.

Location is perfect for visiting Cochem without being in the busy centre.
Car park is secure and off road.
Reception by the owner/manager was easy and respected Covid hygiene recommendations.
Bedroom was large, very clean and well designed with excellent facilities.
Bathroom/Shower was large and light with clean laundered towels.
Kitchenette had coffee and tea making facilities and again was immaculate.
The bedrooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy after 6am or when boats sail along the river but this is the case for all the riverside hotels.

Location is fine
Comfort and pillows smell bad

Great location - it's in a quiet part of town (so no late-night street noise) but just a short walk from the town center and directly on the Mosel river promenade. The room was very clean and comfortable and just what I needed for visiting for a few days. Communication with the managers was easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.
No negative points - everything was great!

We had a gorgeous view over the river Mosel, and of the Castle. The room had all the extras, including a toaster, egg maker, coffee: tea.
The room was clean, modern and a 10 minute stroll into cochem, along the river which we loved.
For us it was perfect!

The owner was extremely pleasant and made us feel at home. Our room had a wonderful view of the River Mosel and town of Cochem with the Burg high above.

The apartment was fab, we had a view of the river, and could see the castle from our bed. The room was nicely decorated, had a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a hot plate (I think, we didn't use it). We were met as we drove into the car park, and checked in easily.
The apartment is a short stroll from the town centre, along the river on a flat walkway, it took maybe 15 minutes or so, and is in a perfect location.
It was a very hot day, so the fan in the room was very welcome.
We were happy with everything for our 1 night stay.

very clean and well appointed , excellent staff

Fairly new, modern & clean facilities. Friendly service & parking included. Great views over Cochem & we actually liked the fact that it is a bit away from all the hustle & bustle. Would stay there again.
Not anything to really complain about, just be aware there's not a lift, the kitchenette offers only very limited equipment for the most basic of food prep & the room is not very spacious - not that you want to spend too much time inside in a beautiful area like this!

Location is perfect. Beautiful view of the river and Cochem, perfect walking distance when you've had a few too many glasses of wine in the town center. Bike rental service is right next door, also bus stops. There even is a grocery store close by, in the other direction of the main town. This is actually kind of a big deal, because Cochem is nice, but it is one of those towns which feels a bit artificial where pretty much all the facilities inside the town center only exists to serve tourists, and not support real people who would live there. It kinda gives the feeling like you are just there to consume stuff while not really experiencing authentic cultures. However, this hotel is placed a little bit outside, so in the evening you can come back to the hotel and look back at it all through the balcony doors, turn your head the other way along the river and be reminded that there is a reality where a bottle of water does not set you back 3 Euros. No doubt this hotel's location kept us sane with a perspective through our Cochem visit over the weekend. The hosts were super friendly, chatty, helpful and present. Rooms were very clean and look very nice. Bathroom was great, with lots of light and lovely interior. High pressure shower with plenty of space. Will definitively rent at the same location next time we're returning to Cochem.

Just 10 mins walk to the main market, castle and river cruise. Very quiet and peaceful. Neat and tidy
Nothing as such
