The breakfast was good though it got boring eating the same thing for 4 days. A little more variety would have been nice.
The staff were very friendly and I felt very safe as I was travelling alone
The room was dark as there were no windows and it felt a bit claustrophobic. Also the bathroom being on te second floor was a little inconvenient.

This hotel was amazing, I couldn’t fault the service, location and room. I would recommend staying here to anybody and if I am back in Mérida at any point I will definitely stay there again.
Nothing, it was faultless.

Beautifull hacienda with wonderful colors
Delicious hot chocolate
10 mn away from central place in a busy environment
Breakfast was not diversified and nothing salted too sweet
not good value for the price
No exterior neither garden
We couldn’t sleep in the room after sun rise because of sun light

Beautifully decorated. Amazing staff. The rooms were clean, lots of natural light. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. The breakfast was great. The location was superb. Nice and quiet area yet a 5 min walk to the centre. Lots of great coffee shops, food choices local stores.
The pool area was a little small.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, walking distance to many of the different spots there. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
The property is beautiful with colonial style spaces, a central courtyard and tall rooms. The food was tasty and there's spaces to relax all over the property.
We were changed to a room with a bigger bed but still wasn't big enough, as we share our bed with our baby, so I had to take the sofa bed. The fan was a bit noisy and too strong.

Good location, but slightly unusual hotel. Fine of a night.
Bathroom was up a steep flight of stairs. Bed was smaller than most doubles/queens that we saw in Mexico.

Camera molto bella

Loved the decor. Felt like a little hideaway. Relatively close to everything but not in the middle of everything. The staff were wonderful.
I didn’t love that smoking is permitted on the patio, but this seems to be the norm in Mexico.

Modest breakfast

The Hotel is roughly 5-7 Minutes away from the ADO Station and is situated on the crossroads, nevertheless the room is still very quiet and one can enjoy his stay. The hotel itself looks like a yard, where breakfast is served in the "central square" and the rooms are around it. Breakfast is okay, for the price of the room could be better. One can walk in around 10-15 Minutes to the city. Personnel was friendly at the check-in / check-out, otherwise not seen. As we were leaving very early to get the next bus, we got out breakfast as a lunch box, which was very thoughtful.
The bed is very small for 2 people and we are average to slim (for people with more muscle or above 1,90m it might be an issue to get sleep at all)
Bathroom is on the top floor, which seemed cute at first. However, after walking up and down for every sanitary need it stops being an advantage.

We spent 4 days in this hotel and were very sad to leave this place… first, the staff is GREAT, a huge shout out to DANIELA who has always made herself available to support us and went above and beyond for our comfort. We are deeply grateful.
The restaurants advise given by Daniela and the group is based on them really tasting each of the restaurants suggested.
Fresh water is provided in a continuous basis (water fountain available) and this is very appreciated with the heat in May in Merida.
The decoration is amazing! the Colors are breathtaking and everything is done with a nice taste.
Finally, the hotel is very well located at walking distance with main attractions of the city.
We will hopefully be coming back to this place. We greatly recommend.
The bed was not firm enough for our taste but still it did not have a material impact to our stay.

Fruit was nice.
It was a lot of carbs and I felt I needed to pay for protein.

This place is absolutely wonderful!
It’s not only beautiful but everything was spotless clean and detail oriented.
The location is perfect and very safe.
Breakfast was delicious and healthy.
The staff always went out of their way to helps us with all our requests mostly Yara.
You feel like you’re staying at a colonial Spanish Hacienda.
The bed is perfect and the bathroom is so big it feels like another room.
Highly recommended. Stay here and you won’t regret!
We liked everything but you need to be aware that the room is a 2 story design. The bathroom is upstairs so if you have trouble going up and down stairs you should not stay here.
Not sure if they have different one story rooms though.

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a larger holiday in Mexico for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved our stay at Viva Merida. It was the absolute perfect place for exploring the city. We were easily able to walk into town in the day, then pop back for a couple hours if we wanted to before we went out again in the evening. The room was really spacious and the facilities excellent. We had the loft suite which meant we had a terrace and kitchen area at the top. These were so handy for sitting and watching the sun go down in the evening or having a lazy breakfast if we didnt want to be sociable. The room was so beautifully decorated and all the staff were really helpful and accommodating. It was the perfect way to start our Mexico trip.
Nothing!
