A perfect location to hide away

Beautiful views from the rooms All the staff were super friendly Gym and Spa facilities were a great add

Limited menu in the restaurant for dining Room needs a full length mirror also Also of mosquito’s as rooms are close to the water Pool needs a deep clean

All in all it was a pleasant night, no flies and no mosquitos. The AC was a bit loud I turned it off

When I saw the suite online it was lovely so I decided to try it. It was as shown, clean and well kept. There was what I need to make my own meals and the basic necessities.

I did not like the fact the hotel was in the middle of nowhere and then the long hill to go down as my ride was not willing to go down there. The unpaved gravel road was horrible to our suitcases.Then the long walk to my room all the way to the end was overbearing. And of course the bathroom window provided no privacy. I feel I was being watched as the blind could no go down and they pulled it up and knotted the cord. Workers were cutting the grass outside. I felt naked. They should change it. I did not know where to stand to shower. Give the client the choice. Drop the blind down we are not on the beach.

Great location spoiled by substandard facilities

Lovely location right on the water. Large, comfortable cottages. The restaurant/bar was nice.

The pool was closed - a big disappointment because I chose the hotel because it had a pool. The water was a constant problem too; I couldn’t get hot water for a shower in the morning and in the evening there was no water at all! There was no ordinary (black) tea in the rooms and there was no filter coffee, despite the equipment being there. Poor value for money.

Beautiful property. Quiet and uncrowded because it is a boutique hotel.

Beautiful setting. Restaurant was good and a beautiful setting.

Out of the way so without a car, it is necessary to hire transportation. Also there isn’t a beach to swim and walk along.

Very comfortable, new cottages. Good location overlooking marina. Housekeeping is excellent.

The cottages are extremely comfortable and well appointed. I liked the attention to detail - everything is provided in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The outlook on to the Marina with comfortable seating is wonderful.

It’s not worth the amount of money I paid for this room

Inside the cottages it was beautiful and very clean and cozy.

No room service, no telephones in the cottage, no trolley to take you too and from your room (I was in room 19 way in the back, long walk up and down hills), no lights while walking the dark paths and I was with my 6yr old child, I was given one taxi person to call (which he was very nice) but I needed a drive back to the airport and he wasn’t available and no additional arrangements were made, thank god I made friends while being there and got myself a ride. Only 1 restaurants and one of the days it rained a lot and they opened late for breakfast and kid was hungry because if you don’t get what you need before the lights go out you will not leave your cottage.

The room was amazing including the staff at the restaurant mickya gave exceptional service

My only thing as that the pool wasn’t clean when we went to use and also the toilet in our room when we first arrived

Perfect stay and would 100% recommend this accommodation

The rooms were perfect and comfortable, the views are amazing! The gym was well equipped.

I think due to the location there needs to be 24hour reception and access to the bar area.

Superb

A nice quiet retreat off the beaten track. Great views + staff very welcoming. If driving be careful as some tight corners +steep hills. But worth every penny.

A lovely place, but disappointing experience overall.

The room was excellent - very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but dependent on the staff member serving it. They allowed us a free late checkout. The WiFi was pretty good.

The bar and restaurant are closed on Tuesdays, apart from breakfast - there’s nowhere else to eat and drink within walking distance. Reception closes at 5.30pm - or actually a bit earlier. The spa and hairdressers were closed too. The pool was rundown and had no shade to sit out. Some staff in the bar and restaurant were very good - others quite poor. Check your bill to make sure they’re not charging you for extras at breakfast that should be included.

The ocean views were amazing, It was like I had my own personal beach, the high-end finishes in the apartment were great, and the privacy was perfect

A touch of luxary

Honestly one of my favourite hotel experiences thus far and I've stayed in some incredible hotels. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The view is simply stunning and the Jacuzzi was quite a treat. The kitchen has a good size fridge freezer, coffee machine etc. It would be suitable for a family. I would recommend hiring a car as the hotel is quite remote and the taxis aren't always reliable, but it didn't bother us too much as we only stayed for two days. The breakfast was nice, but the service was little slow on the second day. I only had the pizza one lunch time as I was out and about, but it's a great choice on the menu. The property is under new management and after speaking with the new manager, I'm very excited to see how it improves and develops further- I will definitely return.

Jacuzzi instructions would be great. Slow breakfast service at times. A few minor repairs required such as the door handle to the cottage and the curtains being re-hung correctly.

Immaculate

Secret Harbour has breathtaking views, so peaceful and quiet. Room was immaculate and led to a private terrace with jacuzzi hot tub and what seemed to be a private beach. A little piece of heaven.

Only issue was our shower was slow to drain. Water would sit.. Not really a complaint as maintenance came quickly but couldn’t resolve the issue
