مستحيل أكرر الزيارة لهذا الفندق

قرب الفندق من المطاعم والمحلات التجارية المهمه

سعر مخالف للواقع، صديقي حجز غرفة من الاستقبال بنصف سعر booking طلبت سرير لشخصين بلغوني بعدم توفر هذا الشي اتفاجئ بأن صديقي حصل على غرفة بسرير لشخصين وفئة أعلى من فئتي بنصف السعر ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ وجود حشرة البق في سرير طفلي عند وصولي لم اكمل في غرفتي الأولى حتى ساعة واحدة، قام الموظف بتغير الغرفة فوراً قبل الحجز اتصل بالرقم الثابت للفندق لا احد يقوم بالرد لا صباح ولا مساء ولا حتى فجراً ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ الهاتف الموجود في الغرفه عند طلب اي خدمة جميع الأرقام مشغوله او مفصولة ؟؟؟؟؟؟ تمنيت ان يكون عندي صور اكثر

Was pleasant, but service deteriorated

Excellent location, "SOME" reception staff were professional.

Electric failure for one day without proper help. I tried getting any "working" room for more than 9 hours desperately until one reception senior interfered and helped moving. 90% of calls to reception don't get answered, you have to keep calling 10 times to get help, if you got it.

اولا الاستقبال ماعنده احترافية والمدير يكلم من غير نفس بالاضافة اني لم استلم غرفتي الا الساعة 45-9 ليلا علما بأني وصلت قبل الساعة الثانية ظهرا وطلبو مني الانتظار وللمعلوماتية اغلب الفنادق تكون متعاونة وتسلم الغرف مبكرا اما بالنسبة لبوفيه الفطور لا يوجد اصناف متعددة كان التركيز على طعام لفئة الاسيوين اكثر مثل رز ودجاج وهي اصناف لا تطلب في الفطور اما بالنسبة للغرفة طلبي كان سرير مزدوج لكن للاسف عند استلامها كانت سريرين فرديين والحمام لا يوجد به مجفف شعر ولا فرشة اسنان ومعجون

It was highly priced but service was below standard. Breakfast was average.

Shuttle Service to Haram. Very small buses and crowded. Not very frequent also. In my 3 days 80% travel was in taxi.

Everything The rooms were very dusty and the cleaner need to be told what to clean I was there for 9 days And not even once they cleaned the carpet,tables,windows The phone was very dirty and was not working at first , as well as the fridge,iron And they were cockroaches bathroom

Bad experience and will not choice it again at all, wondering of the star’s level of hotels??

The breakfast and the restaurant staff are great.

No WiFi , No respond of the reception , the cleanness of the toilet are bad,the room smelly and full of hairs,the linens are smelly and dirty, the corridors are dirty ,No tissues,the cups and spoon are dirty and sticky,No information book in the room.

It’s a bit far from the haram and during the last 10 days they stop the bus service and it becomes impossible to get to the haram

hotels are great and excellent except the bus shutter.

food are fantastic, room very new, air conditioning is super

hotel bus shutter schedule is not reliable....they need to get a new contractor for that service...sometimes the bus driver just change his mind not going......and the bus sometimes did not pick us up at the other end station...and we had to use taxi..no choice

New clean hotel

The shuttle bus not reliable...sometimes they did not take off eventhough they have the schedule just because the bus is not full ....and when you wait at the drop station...you will not be able to locate them...once i standby to find out why the bus cannot be located, i was surprise to see the bus actually making a u turn at the entrance of the dropby station because the driver doesnot wants to que at the station....cracy bus driver...i complaint to rhe front desk, the lady staff just brush me aside...

The room was very clean wide with many closets, design and color, toilets was excellent design. Toilet design was beautiful.

The toilet drainage , water was accumulating in the outside due to poor pavement to drew water to the drainage you need to provide a sweeper.

It is a clean hotel good taxi availability Easy transport to Mekkah free of charge

The people working in the lobby and the restaurant are tired from their work. There is no pation nor intresst. The rooms service is worthless. Have tried for couple of ours to get an order without luck the personel working in the breakfast (R floor) doesn't really know what a service mean. I was obligated to check-out earlier to another hotel All in all, This hotel can be of great level if they get the right people working for them

The room was with Ali of bugs so it was really hard to sleep peacefully as we always afraid of this bug to come in the bed that it happened

It was pleasant really enjoyed our stay. The shuttle bus was very helpful in taking us to masjid

The breakfast was fantastic the head chef friendly and always welcoming us when ever he sees us around. He was very helpful and direct his workers to warm our food. Though our rooms not always attend to by the cleaners, we enjoyed our stay.
