فندق بس منظر و تعامل سيء

الموظفين في الانتظار كاني معي معاملة

دفعت فلوس باطل المفروض اشيك على الغرفة قبل م ادفع سي النظافة حتى الحمام مفتوح السقف وينزل منه إسلاك كهربائية متصله عند الدش وجاء الفني التصليح ويقول مافي شيء يرقعها وتعامله الفني سيء غير محترم ولا مهذب يكذبني وبعدين شاف السلك وأستغرب ويرقعها بكلامه يعلمني أنو من أفضل الفندق وش ذا الأسلوب

Improvement your service

The room size big and private for family

The service, the key door ,everytime you one to open the door, must go to reception to active your card. Staff bell boy quite slow service during check in & check out. Most of them not understand English The reception said bellboy can come in 1 hour. The staff still doesn't know what is customer service and how to serve customer . Can improve and training in term of service and communication. How to serve customer ,Mecca is one of city that tourist come from every world. So improve your service

This was the most comfortable stay in Makkah

Nice and clean, friendly staff very helpful specially supervisor mr Sujon was always around and trying his best to provide there best service, I’m really pleased

It's very nice hotel and staff is quite cooperative

Overall stay was very satisfactory

I had bad experience with parking facility, I tried to park in the seller but my car got damaged badly. Pleaae make dedicated parking facility for hotel. I have to spend 650 SAR for denting and painting. It is very painful.

The exterior structure and beds were somehow cleaner than other hotels no tiny bugs are there.

In general it was good, however, needs improvement with regards to the beds since they are too small

In general, room was good and it has appropriate space too. Staff was cooperative and understanding.

The beds were too small. I opted for Quadruple since I have 2 kids and spouse. However, the beds were too small that I felt falling down while I was sleeping. The washroom was also very small. The restaurant was also closed.

Reality of Snood Alazizia

Staff behaviour was very arrogant and completely unacceptable. They even refused to clean the room in 3 nights stay saying that if you want a clean room then go to 5 star, why did you come here ? Door of the room was in bad shape and bathroom was very poor and fixing is out of question. I would not recommend this hotel even if free.....

I don’t recommend it anymore

The price was good and also there was transportation available. Stuff is not helpful except one Saudi guy.

I was told that there is no place available, although I have a booking confirmation from Booking. After insisting and telling that I am going to complain to ministry of tourism, then they found a place for me. The buses drivers aren’t stick with the schedule. So I suffered a lot and I had to take the public transportation many times. Housekeepers refused to clean the rooms and asked to call the reception, and after telling the reception no action was taken.

Average hotel. Expensive to haram

The property was clean, overall need regular cleaning of rooms.

The staff did not speak English, Urdu or Punjabi. it was very difficult to communicate and explain myself to them. The shuttle busses were not always available. Rooms were not regularly cleaned. Taxi fares varied from 20 riyal to 50 riyals to haram and back. Taxi fares to high on the way back to hotel. Hotel location very difficult to find.

The worst hotel and staff

Nothing is good there.

We have been transferred to another hotel owned by the same group called Snood Almaaly which was a mess and we had to wait for 2 hours to check in there, also we had to take our luggage ourselves and paid for two taxis ourselves however they promised to take this extra cost. The new hotel location was 2 KM away but the hotel was a mess, staff was not enough , doors were stuck all the times , no curtains, sofa or armchairs , also no hot water in the bathroom.

Worst hotel ever....blacklist

I did not like a single thing ..and also the hotel told us that they have problems with booking.com and that they are sorry we have no rooms and try to locate us outside the hotel.

The hotel manager and staff are not helpful and did not fix our problem that they are the cause of it although we told them we just arrived from 9 hours travel and we were fasting as it was RAMADAN.

Worst hotel.And people do more fraud at a much higher rate! We book the room online, then when we reach the hotel, we have given it to another customer. You guys had given my room to another customer.

Nothing, everything was bad

First, when I arrived I found a lot of people with confirmed booking reservations and there are no rooms available. I had to wait in the queue for 70 minutes to get my confirmed room. Some people behind me did not get their confirmed rooms. The stuff knocked on the door so aggressive while I was sleeping, that was very rude. Room was not clean, commode was burn before and previous people left their pizza in the room and cleaning service didn't take it out. Room was so small, no area to walk or open your luggage.

Not worth for Money.

Ok for 2 days stay. Nothing very special.

The hotel room was OK. Listing in booking.com says , staff can speak English & Arabic. But no one speaks English in front desk. Front Desk staff need to be more friendly customers. Polite in approach. Distance from haram is approximately 9km. Nearest airport is around 100km. This was contradictory to their information in booking.com. I have requested for delay in check out time through booking.com. When requested the same, staff was rude to say that its not booking.com who decides, it's hotel administration. So that requested cannot be carried. That was so rude. No kettle in rooms. No WiFi in rooms. Transportation to haram is big challenge. They have shuttle in defined timings. But coming back through same bus is again big task. Taxi charges 15 to 20 SR one way to haram.
