I loved the stay. The managers were really good with communication. Really close to Ponte Vecchio.

Close to everything. Has everything you need. View is great.

Is a bit small for 6 people. The hill and stairs was hard for some of our party. I loved the exercise! It is clear in description. So I told them to stop complaining.

Charming apartment with plenty if room for a family.

The location and view is amazing. Great size of living area. Charming decor and artwork. It was awesome having three bathrooms.

The couches, cushions and beds weren't really that comfortable. The bed covers look very old and stained. The electrical sockets are flimsy and the internal balustrade does not look structurally sound. Very stressful having kids lean on it and it moves. We did expect better laundry facilities.

Once it must have been a beauty, but over the years the whole place has become a bit run down, both the apartment itself and all the furniture. The location to the old town is very good, but the way back, up the hill and the steep stairs in the house, very sweaty. Good shopping facilities nearby

Compared with all other apartments we had in Italy, there is definitively room for improvement

Nice view from balcony.

Shower trays were grimy and need replacing. Mosquitoes were able to enter apartment though various unsealed holes. Spiral stairs to top bedroom/bathroom are steep and slippy so great care needed. For information only, there are about 60 stairs to access the apartment after a 300mtr steep walk from the river so please ensure all your party can handle this amount of exertion.

Superb

We totally loved this apartment - fantastic location, close to all the main sights but also quiet, and a balcony with the most amazing view of Florence. Mario and Veronica were so welcoming and helpful and the apartment was very well equipped. Would definitely recommend!

view, location and the needed amenities were all in place. really enjoyed our week.

the climb up the 67 step stairs and the trek uphill combined to make a strenuous workout daily. so if any has heavy luggage or is not in good health my think twice about this apartment rental.

loved the location - super views and terrace and AC! nice kitchen to cook in.

not as clean as I would have liked and dishwasher door not closing well- otherwise an excellent stay with many, many stairs to walk up

The chunky sofa apartment.

The host are very helpful. The beds were comfortable but the couch in the main room is terrible. Location is wonderful. Walking distance. The view is wonderful.

Climbing the stairs is a torture all 67 of them. The dishwasher door doesn't shut. The kitchen'a bottom kickboard keeps falling down.

Wonderful location in the heart of Florence!

The location was excellent for our first visit to Florence. The apartment had many amenities & we were comfortable while staying there.

Be aware that this is a 4th floor apartment with very steep stairs. The owner’s representative met us at the door & then helped us get some of our luggage up those steep stairs. She was awesome!

Great location and lots of space, apartment needs TLC

Beds and plenty of space for up to 6 comfortably Clean sheets plenty of towels 3 bathrooms - all toilets, sinks and showers clean Washing machine Kitchen well equipped Patio with nice view Wifi works well Location very good - could walk to most of what we wanted to see. Air conditioners

Though the beds and baths were in good shape, this apartment needs a deep cleaning including the furniture, doors, light switches, walls, etc. 77 steps to apartment Some dishes were not clean Blew electrical circuit when using blow dryer with converter

Exceptional

It is a very central apartment with a breathtaking view. It is adequate for a group of maximum six people. The host was very kind and helpful. It was definitely a great experience. I recommend it.

Great Location but too small for 6-7 people

really great location, very close to the ponte vecchio, pitti palace and Santo Spirito.

it’s very small for 6-7 people. the shower in the upstairs bathroom is too small for comfortable use. there were only 2 sets of keys provided which is also too few sets for 6 friends. there’s no lift and whilst the stairs themselves are fine, the staircase is very narrow and it was very hard to get our suitcases up the staircase. there weren’t enough bins, either, and not enough storage space for clothes and toiletries.

Superb

Very nice view and pleasant terrace. Just walk down the street and you are at the Ponte Vecchio. You have all you need if you want to eat in the appartment or drink a coffee. We appreciated that Mario took the time to presente us the main places to visit. If you want to go up the stairs to the Cupola (Duomo) then it is a real avantage to train thanks to the stairs to go to the appartement :-)

We were in October in Florence and the appartment was a little cold in the morning. With a jacket it was all ok.

Fantastic location, clean and well appointed apartment and friendly helpful owner, will be back!

The location was fantastic, just a minute’s walk from Ponte Vecchio bridge, beautiful area and well appointed apartment. The owner was very friendly and gave excellent advice what to visit.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, up quite a steep street so you will need to be quite fit but the view from the terrace makes up for it! It could do with shutters over the skylights in the top bedroom, but excellent value for money
