The perfect view with modern amenities!

The VIEW and the modern amenities! Perfection! Waking up to the sea crashing with the mountains in the distance was breathtaking.

The shower was a little cumbersome and small but not too bad once you got the hang of it and accessing the property was tough (we used the stairwell way) and should have gone around!

Wished I could have stayed much longer

The view was spectacular. Very memorable and relaxing

I would recommend hiring luggage transport for at least part of the way up It was a climb but worth it

Location da sogno, servizio migliorabile

La vista dalla suite, con il suo balconcino a picco sull’ultima parte del borgo di Manarola che entra nel mare e con il grande terrazzo vista cinque terre e collina con Presepe illuminato, è qualcosa di magico e unico. La camera è curata nel design e nella tecnologia, lo staff disponibile e gentile.

Premesso il prezzo che si paga, il servizio è migliorabile, con poco sforzo si darebbe ampia giustificazione: 1) la strada dal parcheggio alla casa con i bagagli è un incubo: sarebbe gradito un servizio di trasporto, da comunicare al momento della prenotazione, e perlomeno il check-in di persona in orari lavorativi; 2) la camera all’arrivo era congelata, se fosse stata riscaldata prima sarebbe stato gradito, la pulizia rivedibile e la finestra era rotta ma nessuno è venuto a aggiustarla; 3) sarebbe utile avere disponibilità di servizio in camera. In generale servirebbe più cura al servizio, tendenzialmente assente, per poter godere appieno del meraviglioso soggiorno e pagare con felicità quanto richiesto.

Wonderful

The view from the side porch was amazing and relaxing. It was a beautiful outdoor extension of our room. Making it a great place for our family to congregate!

ELEVATOR! But we know this wont happen. The climb to the hotel is rough. Do not bring alot of luggage. We did thinking we were tough enough (in shape) .

Spectacular location but service is non existent, not worth the cost.

Perhaps the best balcony view I've ever seen in my life

This property is all about the view, and the view has to be one of the greatest in all of the Cinque Terre. The apartment is well decorated and very modern and stylish, but you're really paying for that view from the balcony and it delivers. Make sure at least one night you take dinner and wine to go and watch the sun set over the whole Cinque Terre coast from the balcony.

The price is expensive, and the property wasn't fully clear on just how many stairs you have to take to get up to it -- it is really at the top of the hill in Manarola, so be ready to work out to get there.

I am pretty sure this is the best location in Manarola. the view was out of this world. and the balcony was an amazing extension of the room.

this was a perfect place to spend for our 30th Wedding Anniversary, a truly memorable experience

our view was amazing, the bed was so comfortable, you actually felt like sleeping on a marshmallow!

the long trek up the hill and stairs!! but we got there!

brilliant location, the room was amazing and very comfortable. breakfast was good, bigger than I imagined. we couldn’t eat it all hahah

was all great. we understood there was a lot of steps to the property before we arrived. The steps were worth the view at the top

The view from our balcony was amazing! It was worth every step!

The parking instructions and access to the property was vague. More details would be ideal given the difficulty of access with luggage.

we never come back to this strange room Not hotel

the room was perfect the cleaning staff excellent Francesco at the phone reception was un accurate un respectful Not friendly Not helpful at all this is not what they say at the web it is only a bedroom with a tiny balcony No reception Nobody cares they ask fotr passports photo in Bs the email Cero data protection we Never will come back to this bedroom the location is very dificult to find it it is a buulding with other appartments they keep the main door open of the place the key is only for you room it is a family building where they have in the top floor 3 rooms No salon No living No reception No nothinhg and the person in the phone Reception was like the enemy we paid 1075 for 3 days and 250 for 1 day it is not worthful at all

overall had a great time, this hotel needs to provide more details on direction and details on contacting luggage assist

we liked the view, the room size, the balcony space and the well stocked food/beverages

we did not like that the directions didn’t not give details to get to the hotel directly from the train station. there are a few different ways to go and it would be important for the hotel to be specific especially for wheeling suitcases. we thought the cost of breakfast was high for what we got. the 90 euro vip bronze package was way over priced.

Very well thought out comfortable room with all the small luxuries.

Very comfortable room, including bed. Large bathroom, great shower. Powerful hairdryer. A/C.

Would have enjoyed more coffee pods each day. Would have enjoyed insider information about the restaurants and “local” favorites in the area in advance of arrival.

We enjoyed being on the Cinque Terre and this locale served us well.

We really enjoyed the stay in the area and used it as a springboard out to the other Villages along the trail. The view from our room was a "taste" of the excellent coastline we would visit. There was also many great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed some of the best food. The room was small but adequate.

The view from our room was detracted due to the overgrown and crumbling courtyard outside and the access up the stairs to the room was very difficult due to the narrow width and steep stairway and we were not prepared for the steep climb up the hill to the accommodation. We did not have any "face to face" contact with anyone for the whole time as all connection was done via App. The room was poorly configured and with both our medium sized luggage bags it became very tight to move around.

Amazing place and magical view

We loved this room. It was fabulous. The balcony was huge and had the most beautiful view. The room was very clean and had an amazing bathtub and shower. A very romantic setting and perfect for our special getaway. They provided a delicious healthy breakfast that was more than anyone could eat and served on the balcony. The host was very responsive and provided all the details we needed.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about this room. Maybe the difficulty getting there since it is on top of the town but they provided names of luggage service people to help bring our luggage to the room. The view was worth the climb.

Misleading description

The room was decorated very nice , the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great , however the shower was tiny.

Since this property is located at the very top of the hill side tons and tons of steps, I was excited about our terrace view for sunset , because that is the first line in the property description, and all the pics in the beginning The terrace is only for the honeymoon suite. Very Dissatisfied

Extremely disappointing and overpriced given amenities provided

View was nice though not as expected. Room decor exceptionally tasteful & expensive

Arrival instruction details given only at last minute on WhatsApp. Balcony much smaller than implied by photos. Breakfast outrageously expensive due to high location in town. Fridge(on wall) not powerful & too small. WiFi didn't work throughout 4 night stay. Had to help others who didn't have WhatsApp

location with spectacular views above the harbor; modern decor and humongous breakfast; the stairs/steps are your daily workout as this is vertical living

parking could have been explained better; there is nothing private available; public is fine but does require quite a walk with any luggage so be prepared

well, let’s just say that Edmond Hillary didn’t climb up as high as we did to get to this place. if arriving by car it’s right there. arriving by train with lots of luggage is no fun in the sun. add to that lots of stairs and tight alleyways and it’s not much fun at all

Fantastic spot

Fantastic location in one of the most beautiful villages in Europe. The 180 views from the large windows, and of course, the terrace, are breathtaking. The room is very comfortable, and the breakfast, incredible.

Queen Deluxe in Manarola

Very pleased with my choice. The room was lovely, very comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi and relatively easy to get to.

I could hear the people in the next apartment. Most of the photos shown for this more basic room, were actually from the other two rooms, which had true sea views. I did not have a view of anything except a supply shed in a garden area, but if I put my head outside my windows, I could see the sea. There was no bathrobe in my room.

Comfortable and clean!

The room was upper-scale with extra comfy pillows and nice little touches like an Ipad and shoe polishing sponge.

We thought we would have a view or access to a terrace but you could only see the water if you leaned out the bedroom window.

Superb

The smooth communication via WhatsApp. The room was modern and fresh and the view from the balcony was exceptional, watching the sunset at night.

We were woken up by the cleaner at 7am who was cleaning the room next door. Bit of a shame they decided to clean so early and wake other guests up. The property is about 15 min walk from the parking and you go up approx. 50 steps total so beware with big bags that is a little tricky, although worth it for the view ! Booking.com also misrepresented what we had booked as we thought we had a terrace with beds not just a balcony, but still very nice.

Penomenal view from a very modern apartment, but we would not stay at this unit again at this price.

The view from the patio might be the best view in all of Manarola. The entry process is very straightforward and easy. The bed is comfy with quality sheets/comforter and the jacuzzi tub is a bonus.

Pack light bc under NO circumstance should you try to carry heavy luggage up the stairs of both the town and the apartment to your room. Carrying two large suitcases almost ruined the stay before we'd even arrived to the unit. There is a local porter for Manarola who we wish we'd connected with before arrival. ALSO, the AC isn't strong enough to keep the room cool during the day. ALSO, we wish there was a umbrella for the patio bc it's awfully sunny/hot during the day (which is quite long in the summer time).

Overpriced but comfortable

The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was served to the room and it was delicious and there was a good variety of fruits and pastries. Nespresso machine and milk foamer were nice touches. Bed was really comfortable.

The view from the room was mostly to a trashy backyard with only a little bit of sea view. We did not expect this at all from the photos. The room was not soundproof, as we woke up to the noises from the corridor. The bathroom was lacking on some toiletry products, like hair conditioner and for example we were only provided two cotton swabs. The room was equipped with blue led light controls that were so bright during the night, that disturbed our sleep.

Not worth the money

Clean room with good standard and excellent bed.

The overall description of the house is so great that expectations are increased and pricing follows the standard they strive for. The room without the terrace or balcony is not good value for money and simply not worth it. As an example if lack of service attitude, there is a coffe machine but the impersonal service and stingy stocking means you have to go to a store and buy coffe to the room. We spent five nights in all the 5 towns and experienced generous and excellent service in all places but this.
