the balcony view is worth the price alone!!! 2 fully functioning bathrooms and 4 beds in total were also perfect for our family. the laundry machine was also very handy.
the hike up to this b and b is deceptive but worth it every time. my 65 year old dad took it slowly and went up and down a few times a day.

Outdoor balcony area, closeness to the village, the view, apartment amenities - washing machine, A/C.

We loved the views and the location. There was plenty of room in the apartment and a functional kitchen & separate washing machine. It was a bonus that American friends, who had booked months after us but through the same group, Arbaspàa, were in our street.
The level of cleanliness was not to a standard that I would expect for the price of accommodation. The shower screen in the main bathroom was dysfunctional, which meant that the bathroom floor flooded every time someone showered.

5.0
The location
It could be cleaner, the apartment needs updating and the showers are very difficult to operate without water going all over the floor

L’emplacement était super et l’appartement très joli et grand.
Les deux jeunes femmes qui se sont occupées du check in étaient très sympa !
L’isolation
et le wifi n’a pas fonctionné.

I was just looking for a room for a long weekend (3nights/4days).
Sorting the results by price, I've found this apartment (not just a room, an apartment!) among the first results.
It was a total, pleasant surprise. Astonishing view, everything-you-could-need commodities, tasteful furniture and decoration. Catherina and Eugenio, the hosts, have been helpful and easy going since the first contact. We were two people coming from different places, with different check-in timings... it could have been a logistical issue but no, everything was as smooth as a baby bum skin (Italian expression).
Tech friendly (bureaucracy managed by mail before the stay), flexible (I've changed my arrival time twice due to traffic problems), definitely hassle free.
It is THE place to go if you want to visit "Cinque Terre" in a relaxed, all-comfort, high standing, cosy style.
Unfortunately, they will be likely overbooked when this covid-s#it will be over... and the price will surely not be the same. Anyway, you should still try to book your stay. An early, really early booking could reward you with an unexpected, dreamy experience.
Cheers,
the Rital (Italian living in France).
Absolutely nothing.
If I have to find a flaw... Maybe, just maybe, windows insulation. Having been there in February, we could feel cold droughts around the windows frames. On the other hands, the carpentry (wooden windows frames) are so beautiful that it would be a pity to replace them with modern, air-tight fixtures.

The apartment was a great size for 6 people, and the view was spectacular! People were very friendly too!
Great location to the train station and the grocery stores were close as well as restaurants!
The mattress and pillows were very hard, and we like to cook our meals so a few more different size pots and pans would be a choice too!
The whole apartment could use a good cleaning as when we arrived there were lots of dust floating around and also they could put a page in the book they use to describe everything, about how to use the washing machine.the shower could have been a bit bigger as the boys we travelled with had a hard time washing because of the size inside when the door was closed!
The location was great and views wonderful!

Breathtaking views, didn’t want to leave the apartment. Generous size, good air conditioning, and has an elevator. Manarola was our favourite of the 5 villages.
Have to walk up hill, but worth it for the view! Wi-Fi connection wasn’t very strong. Lack of insulation between floors meant we could hear people upstairs.

Beautiful view from apartment. Nice and tidy.
No complaints.

Great apartment at the top of Manarola so lots of walking up hill. Thank goodness for the lift in the building.

I liked the view, the location and the size of the appartement.
That it was dusty and sometimes the internet was unstable.

The view, the balcony, nicely stocked kitchen with utensils etc. fairly close to Marina access, and to the main town.
Well for one the lady helping with check in was quite cold in behaviour, that’s not how guests are welcomed.
The bathroom sink was clogged, safe didn’t work, pillows were very hard,

the view of the water
unclean, blocked drain in shower, no instructions for washing machine, dirty and gritty floor, surfaces needed to be wiped before use, balcony is unsafe and too small for five people, only green tea provided, no other tea, coffee jar was wet inside. i would not recommend this unit to anyone. Photos on Booking.com are quite different.

Some of the electrical outlets in the main room were hard to use.

Run down. Can't cook properly without tripping. Shower in cold winter without hot water.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, our first visit to Manarola, Cinque Terre and Italy. We absolutely loved this apartment in Manarola. Out of all the places we stayed in our 3 country trip, this was one of our favorite places to stay.

it was a great location and great view.

Amazing view from the balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Not equipped with enough supplies, even for a 3 day stay.

Good scenic balcony. Very strong wifi.
Old house, some light and window were broken.
Not perfect if you have many large bags.

The view is astonishing and worth the extra walk up
The extra bed sofa has a wooden rule across underneath the madras. if you stay 6 nights as we did that becomes small issue

Freezer in small refrigerator unusable. Packed solid with ice. We wanted small amount but did not have ice for our drinks. Could not purchase

Loved the view, location, and the overall appearance of the property.
Power went out twice couldn’t reach anyone at the emergency number. Not enough comfortable seating. the extra bed in the middle of the floor should be replaced with a nice sectional sofa with a pullout bed.
