All excelent no issues

All was excelent and as described. Host was very flexible and helpful with early check in option. Sauna was a nice touch after a freezing days outside. All small household items like tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil was available which was unexpected but very useful for short stays.

A Warm Cosy place in the Cold Winter

Ranua is a good place to be away from the Rovaniemi city buzz and experience the quietness. Staff was friendly and helped us book or SnowMobile tour and also answered all our touristy questions. The zoo is fantastic and a must visit for family. Rooms: FoxB : Very cozy place with a good kitchen and Sauna. The beds were comfortable. But all rooms have single beds which you can join and use as a double. Kitchen : The kitchen has everything you need. Just pop to the closest grocery store. We love the hike, So we walked to the nearest one. its about 25-30mins walk one way, or the reception will give you a ride as well. Fireplace: We used it once during our stay and it really helps to bring a ncie vibe to the place Sauna : Nice and easy to use and will keep you nice and warm The restaurant serves good breakfast. There are 2-3 different restaurants, where im sure you can get food during your stay. ** We arrived at 1900ish, which was the same time as the restaurant closes as well. Yuha from reception gave a headsup to the chef and they were super sweet to wait for us and make the last meal. We dont eat lot of meat, So the chef made a delicous chicken burger and we were set**

Internet : I stayed in FoxB and the internet was good only near the door and bedroom near the door. Rest of the house its kinda intermittent. My guess they may have to add a repeater somewhere.

Amazing!

Amazing apartment, very comfortable, cosy and homely, and extremely well equipped. No problems finding the apartment, we arrived by taxi, and getting in via lock box for keys. Centrally located and within easy walk to bus stops, shops and restaurants! The apartment is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, sauna is fantastic, quick to heat and has timer as well, so you can set it to be ready for coming in after out in the cold! Shower gels, shampoos,conditioners,hand soap etc in abundance! Cleaning products, tea, coffee etc all provided. We were able to leave luggage after check out time and return to collect, which was so appreciated as we had late evening flight and expected to have to be out at 12 and lug bags around! I will absolutely recommend this place, and would stay again, no question! Thank you Aurora Suite for a fabulous experience!

Eccellente!

Appartamento bellissimo! La location era senza dubbio ottimale. La sauna è un gioiello indiscutibile. C'era tutto il necessario, anche se non siamo riusciti a trovare il cavatappi per il vino.

Il letto matrimoniale erano in realtà due letti singoli affiancati.

I would definitely go back there

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very close to all of the attractions with walking distance. Close to bus stop that takes you to Santa’s Village. Please remember that everything closes at 6pm in the village so go early enough to see everything.Bus #8

excellent apartment!!!

The apartment is very cozy and clean. We loved our stay there. The location is excellent in the city center near many restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stops. Also, there is a bus stop nearby where we can take the bus to Santa Claus Village (bus n.8), so there is no need to walk to the train station to take this bus. I highly recommend this place :)

Great central location, modern and clean apartment.

Four of us were there for 2 nights and its perfect central location made this a perfect base to enjoy Rovaniemi. We had no car and we could easily walk to all the restaurants and shops. Communications and instructions from owner were very good and clear. The little balcony was mostly enclosed by glass but still cold enough to be a thrill when you stand out there after a session in the private sauna. The kitchen looked very well equipped but we didn’t do any cooking. A lovely modern, fresh, clean apartment in a central location gets full marks from me!

Short but very lovely and comfortable stay.

I really liked how the check-in was organized. Host has prepered handbook with all the necessary information. Direct contact was almost not needed which is a big plus for me as one is on holidays and doesn't need to wonder how anything works. Apartment was clean, well equied, beds were confy and sauna is lovely.

Magical part of the world .

The location of the property was excellent a quiet residence , within short walking distance of restaurants , shops & adventure offices. I would advise travellers to book restaurants in advance of travelling , they can always be changed or cancelled , but you can be rightly stuck if you have no booking during busy season.

The apartment was advertised on two different websites as a 4 berth & a 6 berth, Realistically it is suitable for two adults , The couches are not pull out beds & are useful for either 1 teenager when pushed together or 2 small children , very narrow. That was the only flaw , luckily there were only 3 of us , so not an issue in our case.

Exceptional

Very central location, close to all the restaurants and bars and a 24hr grocery store. It was just a few minutes to the No. 8 Bus Stop which brings you directly to Santa Claus Village. Our host Marianne was great and always available to answer any questions we had. It's the perfect location for a family to stay especially if you plan on making a visit to Santa Claus.

Easily our favourite stay in Finland

The property was super nice and the flat was just amazing, well equipped, warm, cosy, felt like home, better than home! It was much better than the photos and we were honestly so impressed. There is coffee, tea etc....Netflix as well. And of course the sauna in the bathroom was a highlight.

perfect apartment for a family stay.

1. LOCATION. Rovaniemi is really small town. you can reach almost anything in walking distance. before traveling I checked restaurants that I want to go. after we got to the apartment I realized all of them is just 200-400 meters around. 2. SAUNA is really convenient to warm up after a day outside activities or to dry wet shoes and outerwear. 3. if you need to use kitchen, you have all the amenities and even extra more: sugar, salt, oil, oats, tea, milk and etc.

everything was good, only maybe the bed was a bit hard for me. of course it depends on how you used to sleep daily. but overall I have nothing bad to say.

Great apartment, host & location!!

Seija was so helpful even she allowed us to put in our luggage earlier before the check in time. The apartment was so lovely & we stayed here for 2 nights. Location was perfect which just walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops & bus stop. Apartment was modern and very clean and comfortable. I love this apartment very much.
