It is located in the beautiful seafront location or close to the center of Colonia San Jordi with its excellent restaurants, shops and the harbor promenade that invites you to stroll. Or is it the enchanting Casa Playa y Faro itself - you will always find a reason.
The Casa Playa y Faro is part of a spacious property and is available alone as a holiday home. A bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom complete the spacious terraces and the covered barbeque area directly at the 11 meter long pool, which makes life in the open air pleasant.
The modern cubic house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, so that living in any season is pleasant.
Just to the marina and in the restaurant Sal de Coco a portion, Tappas or a cocktail order! Or enjoy a dinner on the oceanfront terrace at the well-known Cassai Beach Restaurant, always a few steps away and the car parked in front of Casa Playa y Faro.
Colonia Sant Jordi is best known as the starting point for the most beautiful beaches in the south of Majorca - to the west you will find the famous kilometer-long Es Trenc natural beach with the Caribbean-like color of the water - to the east there are also fine sandy beaches on foot to reach and invite to extensive beach walks and sunbathing - also miles and mostly unmanaged - pure nature to the Cap de Salines with the lighthouse - the Faro
The sensational view of the sea and the beach and the incoming ships makes it possible to discover and observe something at any time of the day.
