I loved this place. The beach is beautiful and exclusive. The hotel has a calm and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for families. The food is tasty and delicious. Staff are very friendly and polite.

The gym should have more space. It’s really tiny.

Animazione, buffet ottimo e vario nei due ristoranti principali, pulizia ottima.

Lettini in spiaggia a pagamento, offerta culinaria agli snackbar un po’ limitata, qualche scelta in più per l’all-inclusive per le bevande alcoliche sarebbe apprezzatissima (birra).

- very family friendly and pleasant staff. - Great kids pool - food varied and of a high standard - Hotel rooms can be far from facilities however great bus service to take you around.

- limited pool beds. Must put down towels before 9am to get a spot as bed policy is not really adhered to. - certain rooms have no hanging facilities to dry wet towels/clothes.

Excellent stay . Loved everything

Nice facility, excellent beach access. Great night entertainment programs . Prefect for kids . Staff were very nice and kept our daughter busy all the time thanks to their club programs . Buffet and all inclusive plan was excellent : food and beverages available all day long

It’s good enough. Delicious food on Tuesdays. Small clean rooms.

The beach near the hotel is really dirty. Nobody never cleans the sand (be careful of glass). Paying 15 euro a day I couldn’t be satisfied. Hotel bar is far away from the beach.

It does not make sense to book this hotel (as well as any other hotel in Spain) through Booking.com. If you do not want to pay 5-7% more (i.e., tribute to Booking.com) just book your stay directly at the hotel’s website. In fact Booking.com never returns the difference between both prices even you provide Booking.com with sufficient justification and prove. Do not trust Booking.com’s statements regarding the prices or number of free rooms! This is pure mis-selling and cheating the client. If you realised that you have been cheated than notify your consumer protection authority and/or consumer ombudsman.

Perfect hotel for a young family!

Perfect hotel for a family with children and babies. All facilities well thought out. Beautiful location, good swimming pools, especially for children, beach/cove very clean and nice. Excellent food - super wide selection -breakfast, lunch, dinner, every dinner new theme, and everything’s tasty! Friendly staff, animators do really great job, there was transport between rooms and facilities passing every few minutes.

I’d say small room/toilet/bathroom. We were family of three - two adults and toddler. With two big luggages on the floor, backpacks and stroller we were pretty tight on walking space :) also, coffee… Coffee machine is closed during lunch or dinner in the main restaurant. You can get it only in the bar, but all desserts are in the restaurant :) for a person like me who loves to finish a meal with dessert and coffee that was a pity :) but in general we really enjoyed our stay and hotel exceeded our expectations!

Restaurant near the reception was good. The one near the beach served leftover food the next day (and no fish there, although promised) Nice pools for children Kind personnel

The room smelled like mold. No actions by the hotel stuff taken after complains. Very hard mattresses where you feel all its springs. Unreliable internal shuttle bus. One may have to wait for more than 30 min before one appears at the dedicated stop.

The beach wasn’t that clean (lots of debris on the sand), and the company running the beach wanted to charge us €60 (7 people) to use the beds, when it’a advertised at €4.30 per bed. Very unfriendly guy. It’s a shame the beach is not private. The hotel could do with a sofa area (at main hotel by reception) or somewhere for guests to sit and relax before / after dinner.

Nice lokation with super beach. The whole area is quite calm. Dinner with a large veriaty of food, good Coctails.

The resort is very big, the minibus service is unfortunately pretty rare. One of our bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky, the other one was fine. I sent a complaint through the Iberostar App after the first night, and to this day I haven't recieved an answer. In our room the toilet was separated with only a glass door, so not really private (soundwise).

Loved every minute, would highly recommend!

Wonderful resort, loved every minute. Stayed in a wheelchair accessible room very close to the reception building. The food and service was sublime. Gorgeous pool area too. Really nice entertainment in the evenings. Nice clientele, everybody very polite.

Would have been great to have a hot tub option. Or ability to go get a massage. The beach feels a little far from the main reception building but we got used to the walk, but I also like that they provided free transfers to the beach via golf buggy or jeep which was nice.

The entertainment team does a very good job on the activities during the day.

Our experience on the hotel was horrible. The airco was not working on our room (it was 40 degrees outside) and the hotel took 1,5 day to take action and give us a new room. We didn’t have water on the room for half a day and when the water returned it was only cold water and no pressure. The hotel kept stalling instead of actively find a solution for the issue. The transport around the hotel is handle with golf cars that are not reliable since they never do the same route and you ended up waiting for them in the middle of nowhere, it is a lucky shot to find a golf car around your room. The food is normal to be completely honest, however for the price of the hotel it was expected a better quality. The drinks are far from being what is described on the menu since they are just a pre mix of something that did not resemble the name of the drink. The room service hardly ever let the right number of towels and the drinkable water source outside the room was far for working properly.
