Gorgeous stay
I love staying at this villa so much. Felt like a home away from home. The host was so helpful and kind. He helped with recommendations and also on the arrival date there were some snacks & fruits & a bottle of white which was a really nice touch. They even left mosquito repellents for us. You can walk to the seaside(15mins) & to the groceries. Also, Kassiopi town is walkable distance(but maybe not great when the sun is up). I'd definitely go again and recommend anyone.
You can't drink tapwater on the island, so you need to buy your water supplies which was a bit of a pain. Try to buy enough water before you arrive home to avoid thirsty mornings with no water :)

Excellent value for money, very pleasant and helpful host. Can thoroughly recommend.
Very good location. Close to very good restaurant and supermarkets. Everything you needed was there in the villa, pool was very clean. BBQ facilities available. Small pebbly beach close by, larger beach well within walking distance. Kassiopi harbour was about a 20 minute walk away but there is a large carpark available for those not wanting to walk that far.

A lovely family holiday. George made us feel very welcome and was in hand for the slightest thing
It was generally well equipped, very clean pool, wonderful garden, great air con in the bedrooms, amazing welcome gifts, George couldn’t do enough for us.
1. We took time to eliminate the mosquitos which were in the property and had to be careful to keep doors closed when we were there. Suspect they also came through the floor drains in the bathrooms. 2. Could have been a bit cleaner eg inside cupboards and drawers, cobwebs etc.

Villa Apleton
Very clean, private villa with a lovely pool. Only 5 minutes from the beach. The villa is modern and has everything that we needed. Air con was great for keeping us cool at night. 15 minutes walk from the pretty harbour in Kassiopi with its excellent choice of bars and restaurants. George, the owner was very welcoming and kept checking that we were happy throughout our stay.

Fantastic holiday
We found the villa perfect, very clean, homely and the pool was fab. The host came and introduced himself and was easy to contact however gave us our privacy. About 10 minute walk to the centre however we liked this, there are a couple of tavernas close by too.
