Affordable accommodation close to old town.

Very good location, just 10 min. walk to old town square and 15 min. walk to castle. Grocery shops with short walking distance. 'Tourist price' restaurants on old town & more economical restaurants on opposite direction, both on walking distance. Quiet area.

Can be quite hot on summer since no AC. Cutlery & frying pan in kitchen needs update. No coffee maker.

Oki, na 1-2 noclegi bez wielkich wymagań

Lokalizacja - blisko Rynku, powierzchnia apartamentu, wyposażenie. Oczekiwania raczej spełnił, ale też z uwagi na długość pobytu, nie były one jakoś wyśrubowane:)

Zbędne dyskusje na temat liczby potrzebnych kompletów pościeli, bałagan pozostawiony w zmywarce (tak jakby serwis sprzątajacy w ogóle do niej nie zajrzał), nieczytelny system check-in (np. zbieranie nadmiarowych danych, podpis 9 letniego dziecka - po co?). Obiekt zdecydowanie wymaga odświeżenia - zabrudzone ściany, część mebli zużytych.

Lokalizacja, czystość, komfort.

Sama prowadzę obiekt i radziła bym poprawić kontakt z gościem. Tak aby gość nie musiał się upominać o fakturę. Plus rozpoczęcie rozmowy od "Yyyyyyy"

perfect for families with kids

This is a great place for a family. We were with 3 children. The children are in one room and we are in another. Small but efficient kitchen and living room. Apartment on the ground floor. My parents were in the apartment next door. Also on the ground floor. With children, the big bonus is having a fridge and being able to make them eat what they like

The host does not provide material for a washing machine. No dryer. There is no wiper/mop for the shower and the shower is not fully closed and after every shower there is water in the entire shower

Sam Kraków polecam, aczkolwiek zamiast tego „apartamentu” wybrałbym coś innego.

Jeśli mam być szczery dosyć dobra lokalizacja.

Byliśmy w osób 6 apartament nie był przygotowany, brak dodatkowych poszewek, smród wszędzie, grzyb w łazience, mnóstwo kurzu, brudne lampy, niedziałająca klimatyzacja i wiele więcej. Na ogół syf, kiła i mogiła. Zdjęcia nie maja się w 20% do tego co zastaliśmy w rzeczywistości.

Not worth your money!

Perfect location and generally pretty hotel. I loved balcony with view in the garden. Breakfast just few meters around the coner in cute restoraunt and good foods.

For me it was dirty. Holes in the walls, mold in bathroom, spider nets in coners, floor was very dirty :(

Property was clean and modern with all the equipment we needed. It was quiet but also very near to the town centre. We had a problem when the curtains fell down and it was fixed very quickly even though it was Sunday.

Cozy, clean apartment in the city center. There is everything you need for comfort. Beautiful terrace overlooking the green courtyard. The owner of the apartment is always in touch, quickly responds to messages.

Paid parking, the price is a little more expensive than it is written in the description.

We reconfirm many time that apartment have air condition as written in the booking condition. The room have air con but NO REMOTE control at any rooms.!! We try to contact the property since on the first day through many channels (call / send messages). Next day, they response that they will put it in the room. Day 2, still no remote again !!! It was SUMMER with sunny throughout the day No one response until DAY 3 (with the explanation that they don’t work during weekend !! On my checkout day, they send the remote to the room .. !!! The solution was not fix / no compensation was made to us (only offer coffee or cake where we have to rush out to airport) .. finally, not even a call from manager

Weekend in Krakow!

Any messages I sent were quickly answered even after hours. The value of having a separate bedroom was nice. Location was good. 15 minute walk to Jewish quarters and about 8 minutes to the square. The apartment was on the first floor which is conventional as there is not an elevator.

The bedroom is very small. The bed takes up most of the room. The first floor apartment was nice except you are next to the main door and hear everyone coming and going.

Overall the apartment was spacious,in an excellent quiet location,and well decorated.

the location of the property was excellent.Especially the balcony. Easy access to property but still very secure and safe. It was very easy to get in touch with apartment staff who were very polite and helpful. We had a boiler problem which was sorted out very quickly, say thank you to the young lady who organised the fixing of the boiler,she was polite and efficient.

The bed in the smaller bedroom was very uncomfortable and seemed unstable and rickety. Pillows very poor. The floors were dirty and dusty and particles stuck to your feet especially when you were in your stocking feet. We entered the apartment and immediately took off our footwear,that is why we noticed the floor had not been cleaned for a while.

Totally Misleading

Good location. The place was clean but very dated.

Photos were completely misleading. The decor was totally different and shabby. Only one hand towel for 3 people and one bathtowel each for 4 days! We asked for one room with 3 beds but only two beds were made up. A single in one room and a double in another. Apartment was very cold and no WiFi signal. No lift and very dark stairway. We feel that we were badly mislead and think the apartment was not the one advertised on Booking.com.Very disappointed. Would not recommend and therefore reluctant to use Booking.com again.

Nice flat for short stays but stressful communication from company

The apartment was lovely, well located and good facilities. Heating was a little cold for the weather and we only had a thin duvet (was freezing outside). Also not enough bin bags for the week we were staying or any cleaning stuff for the kitchen

Mostly the communication in the run up to the stay was very stressful. We were told we couldn’t have the apartment and to choose another (with links sent in polish/no information). I chose a new apartment within a couple of hours, but heard nothing back for a few days only to be told that apartment had been booked so to choose another and then the same happened again. It only got sorted with two days to go after booking.com helped

Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying in this accommodation. Kraków is great, however.

The location is good. The apartment is close to the historic centre of Kraków and to many restaurants and bars. The bathroom and kitchen looked quite clean and well stocked. The host company was responsive to our emails on the day that we arrived in Kraków. Additionally, their instructions to us about how to obtain the keys (and recommendations for places to eat and so forth) were clear and detailed.

However, we had significant problems with the room and left on our first day to find other accommodation. In particular, we could not open the front door to the apartment from the outside. We emailed the manager of the property multiple times about this, after they said they found no problem with the door when they checked on it while we walked around Kraków. Presumably, they thought we were talking about the door to the part of the building that contained our apartment and one other, when we were talking about the door to the apartment itself. Eventually, the manager joined us and could not open the front door either. We had to wait for a helper to eventually force their way in. However, the problem with the door remained whenever we shut it (we had to keep someone inside so that they could open the door from there). Rather than fix the problem with opening the door from the outside that day, the manager said it would only be possible for the door to be fixed the day after (this was around 15:30 local time). We felt that was unacceptable, and so that was why we left. In addition to that, we did not feel that the room was luxurious or matched the photos shown on Booking.com. There were major building works being undertaken during our stay, which we were not informed about. Plastic sheeting covered one of the windows. We initially could not see where to enter the apartment block. Furthermore, building materials and dust were present in the entrance to the building. Finally, even for an apartment, we felt the provisions were lacking, with bedding missing on some of the beds and not enough towels for the 3 of us who planned to stay for 4 nights. The safe deposit box, which was presumably just a set of old, locked drawers, did not feel very secure, either.

Highly recommend!!

The apartment was easy to find, short walk to the main square approx 8-10mins. Very clean couldn’t recommend enough. Amazing staff who contacted us prior to arrival with instruction on getting the keys, recommendations on excursions, airport transfer and restaurants. They even let me drop my bags off at the main reception as my flight wasn’t until mid day.

unfortunately the transfer they recommended didn’t turn up to collect me from the airport which I paid for In advance ‘krakowdirect’. unable to get in contact with the company either after sending several emails I finally has a reply and refund. Obviously this isn’t otium apartments fault and I couldn’t fault them.
