NESSUN RIMPIANTO!!!!

Camera stupenda, pulizia oltre le mie aspettative, per non parlare dell'arredamento. Lo staff anche se invisibile, sempre presente, organizzatissimi. La posizione è ottima sia per andare verso il centro che verso lo stadio. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Schönes Zimmer in guter Lage, Verkehr mal ausgenommen

Schön eingerichtet, modern, sauber. Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert.

Die Straße direkt vorm Fenster ist leider schon sehr laut, auch mit geschlossenem Fenster.

bel soggiorno

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Molto buona la pulizia della camera che era ben arredata. I proprietari non li abbiamo incontrati ma comunque sono stati presenti, cordiali ed efficienti.

Segnalo due punti da migliorare : 1) In stanza faceva molto caldo e aprendo la finestra purtroppo si sentiva troppo rumore affacciando su una via di passaggio. 2) La colazione è migliorabile, a disposizione vi è un bonus da euro 2,80 , penso si possa includere almeno una spremuta per rendere ottimale il rapporto qualità /prezzo.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Bologna

-struttura moderna e pulita -colazione in pasticceria ottima -possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out - il proprietario sempre disponibile e cortese - acqua e caffè offerto

- purtroppo c’è poca insonorizzazione delle camere ma visto il bel soggiorno torneremo sicuramente

Tornare a Bologna….tornare da Tempobiancosuites

Struttura che si colloca leggermente fuori le mura di porta San Felice raggiungibile facilmente dalla stazione Centrale. Il check-in è il check-out svolto facilmente e in autonomia grazie alle istruzioni di Luca,che è sempre presente a rispondere in caso di necessità. La camera con bagno privato è spaziosa e pulita. Carino il piccolo benvenuto appena arrivato in camera. Possibilità di effettuare la colazione fuori dalla struttura e la presenza di una macchinetta del caffè e della cucina permette di non doversi muovere della struttura per soddisfare un piccolo piacere. Ideale il rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando che siamo a Bologna. Tornarci è d’obbligo.

Piacevole tutto sommato

Struttura accogliente. La camera di circa 20m quadri risulta avere l’essenziale ai fini del soggiorno.

La struttura in sé è buona tuttavia abbiamo riscontrato un problema ovvero il parcheggio, difficoltoso da trovare specie a fine giornata e comunque sia in ogni caso a pagamento. Volendo veniva offerto dal locatore ma a 15€ per ogni singolo giorno del soggiorno, per questo abbiamo convenuto nel cercarlo ma con perdite di tempo estese a causa come già detto delle difficoltà di reperirne uno e comunque talvolta anche a distanza elevata dal B&B dovendo camminare un po’.

Check in pessimo, ci aspettavamo un accoglienza migliore per assente disponibilità del gestore. Check out siamo stati svegliati con dai rumori dell'aspirapolvere alle 8:15 quando il check out era previsto per le 11

Horrible stay and verbally harrassing owner

The pictures are not true to reality and the owner was harrassing us after complaining about foul smell in the room (which was advertised as a « suite » but it was a crammed room with faulty AC and bad smell). The owner threatened to evict me and my children in the night after I had complained about the smell and verbally harrassed me to leave the already paid room. Room no. 3 is a bit run down, and there is no picture of the bathroom of this room. Also, there is a construction site around the building, they start working at 7.30 am

We loved the room and Luca, the host, was very kind and helpful. We didn't have much time to spend in Bologna, but Luca kindly let us leave our bags after checkout, allowing us to experience a little more time in Bologna bag free and helped us again with the better arrangements to easily go to the airport by taxi.

Superb

Everything was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. Location was very close to the bus and train station. Breakfast was served in a nearby coffee shop. Nearby was a costruction works but it didn’t worried us. Automation in door openning etc. was quite nice :)

The only thing may be thet there was quite long walk to the center and the old town.

The owner tried to rob us.

It’s clean.

The owner is a terrible. We booked a room with one double and one twin for my son. When we arrived, the room we got just have a double bed which was not the room I booked. I contacted Luke who is the owner. He asked for 15 Euros to add a twin bed. And he also told us either we pay or leave! Worst experience ever. He successfully ruined our holiday mood. I contacted booking .com and provided the evidence that I have booked the room with 2 bed. After a while he told us that we can stay. And said he already solve the problem. No apology instead he said he helped us to solve the problem. Excuse me! I called booking.com and solve the problem which should not be a problem from the beginning. Wish we didn’t have booked this room.

Cosy, good location, you can find parking spaces nearby but also the owners will give you a cheap option. You get all the information and guidelines from the owner. They are clear and very informative. Very nice and helpful owners.

Bologna

Apartment is quite central from the train station approximately 15min walk with load of facilities round about Tempobiancossuites and about 10 min walk from all the shops / Restaurants, / tourist attractions and you are mostly under cover from the weather, Luca is amazing Host provided all the information you will need on W.APP and was quick to respond to any questions you had,His place is nice and clean and very quite he even supplied tea/ coffee & sweets /cakes so you won't go hungry, also supplied tokens for Breakfast Would Recommend his apartment to anyone visiting Bologna.

We were not keen on the idea of taken tokens to a cafe for breakfast which is approximately 300mtrs away from the apartment and the waiters saying you have 5 euros each to spend, but this is only our personal view as we are not used to it. Lots of choices to eat for breakfast

Very nice and clean room, approx 20 minutes walking distance from city center. We haven't meet the host in person, but he was willing to help with all questions we had via phone/messages. The breakfast at café nearby was tasty, we could pick salty or sweet croissant and coffe.

Brilliant, if short, stay

The guides were highly communicative, including really clear check in instructions. We arrived very late after flight delays, and were so so glad to be in. Bed was exceptionally comfy. Just sunk into it. The price was really good, too, especially since it included breakfast.

Our only regret was that we weren't staying longer!
