Άψογο διαμέρισμα!!!

Πεντακάθαρο και απόλυτα άνετο διαμέρισμα. Εμείς είμαστε μια 5μελης οικογένεια και είχαμε μια πολύ άνετη κι ευχάριστη διαμονή. Οι φωτογραφίες αντικατοπτρίζουν απόλυτα αυτό που θα αντικρίσεις και στην πραγματικότητα. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, η βεράντα μεγάλη για να απολαύσεις τον εξωτερικό χώρο, τα κρεβάτια μεγάλα για να απολαύσεις την ξεκούραση σου. Και κυρίως οι ιδιότητες πολύ ευγενικοί, παρά πολυ εξυπηρετικοί και διακριτικοί. Προτιμήστε το διαμέρισμα για να έχετε μια άψογη διαμονή σε μια πανέμορφη πόλη.

PERFECT! I will visit here again as a first option without hesitation!

Everything! NO issues. Washing machine with drier was a bonus. Excellent location. Great hosts / reception. Detailed communication from host/s regarding sightseeing, restaurants, etc, excellent. Thanks, from Craig.

Perhaps, the limited parking next to the apartment. I needed to carry the luggage some distance / 2 blocks. But, after I understood the location, and placement of other carparks, it was OK.

Jederzeit wieder!

Alles war wie bei Booking beschrieben. Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgeber lief über Whatsapp. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. So Close liegt im Zentrum von Agios und auf der großen Terrasse hört man das griechische Leben, in der Wohnung aber nicht. Wir haben alle 3 Tage frische Handtücher bekommen und auch eine Zwischenreinigung wäre möglich gewesen, brauchten wir aber nicht. Gleich nebenan ist ein Cafe, wo ich morgens meinen frischen Kaffee bekam und gegenüber der Supermarkt. Selbstversorgung ist kein Problem. Wir empfehlen aber unbedingt die kleinen Lokale zum Essen gehen. Strände zum Baden praktisch vor der Tür. Wenn wir wieder nach Agios Nikolaos kommen, dann übernachten wir hier.

Ein Toaster wäre schön.

Da simpatia e atenção desde o início da estadia . Apartamento cosy e de muito bom gosto . Não ficamos no solicitado mas a dona teve o cuidado de arranjar alternativas. A Poppy foi uma excelente anfitriã Muito obrigado pelo carinho e disponibilidade . Será com toda a certeza o espaço a ficar para uma próxima oportunidade .

Stylish, spacious and super comfortable apartment!

This beautiful, light-filled and comfortable apartment was absolutely perfect. It is well equipped with everything you could need, with lots of local information. Kostas & Kalliope were so friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations. This made our trip to Agios Nikolaos really special!

Amazing Location

Amazing location close to beach , restaurants.and bars.Modern, clean apartment with a lovely large terrace.The hosts are easy to communicate with and are very attentive and helpful.I would highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay there again.

Accoglienza di kostas fantastica, ci aveva mantenuto il parcheggio per la macchina al nostro arrivo, ci ha ospitato senza preavviso una notte in più in un appartamento bellissimo. Posizione strategica praticamente in centro, lavatrice a disposizione , teli mare e biancheria casa perfetta, arredamento impeccabile, tutto nuovo.

Forse appartamento "art" un po' piccolo per 3. L'appartamento "poem" vera poesia di nome e di fatto.. costa un po' di più ma ne vale la pena

The apartment is new and clean. It is in a very good location: close to the beach, the centre, and public parking at the Marina. Very nice and responsive hosts with a possibility for self check in. It has a fully equipped kitchen.

We thought we would not mind the busy street, but it was too loud for us. There is the option of closing all windows and the balcony door and turning the AC on (which is what we did at night), but during the day, we did want to spend some time on the balcony. Especially considering that the seating area in the apartment does not have any windows and is a bit dark. Thus, it would be a nice option for a short stay to explore Agios Nikolaos, but I would not choose it as a base for staying longer.

Great location

Great location, lovely apartment. The extra bed was already made up and the host even helped us to get to Spinalonga in the off-season! Great communication and easy to understand directions.

We had a lovely time swimming at the local beach, boat trip to Spinalonga touring in the area

It is an apartment - no breakfast. It is very well located for beach, bakery, restaurants, supermarket and a short walk to the port for boat trips. Parking is available nearby

Slightly difficult to drop baggage in but very manageable when you are familiar with the area.

perfect location for town and beach. very comfortable bed, excellent shower Hosts were easy to contact and freindly

Perfect place to stay!

Apartament was very clean and modern. Located in the very central area. Owners were very nice, they came and pick us up from the bus station. In the appartment were some book guides and other values informations like: recomended restaurants, cafes etc. The owners also let us keep our luggages in the appartmenr after checking out, so we could stay in the town a bit longer without carrying our luggages. We really recomend this apartment!

Amazing hosts, Super modern & clean apartment. Great location.

Amazing hosts! So helpful and friendly, keeping in contact by WhatsApp and personally greeting us. The son gave us a great local recommendation where he personally eats. Helped us out when we messed up locking the safe. Couldn’t ask for a better location just off the top of the main shopping street. Really so close! Apartment itself was super modern and super clean. Automatic blinds which fully closed to block all the light so fantastic night’s sleep and long lie ins. Balcony was nice to have drinks out in the evening when cooler. Thank you again to the whole family for a fantastic stay!

A comfortable apartment that is close to everything!

The hosts were very helpful and attentive - answered all the questions right away, and showed care. The apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was spacious, new furniture. Very good wi-fi. The terrace was spacious and really nice, had good shade from the sun. The windows had mosquito nets, which was great. The apartment was close to the marina, and a short walk to the Agios Nikolaos main streets and lake.

The street was rather busy, so it got noisy early in the morning if the windows were opened, but there is air conditioner - so you can close the windows for the night.

Very good location, good beach nearby, supermarket two steps away, also shops, bakerys, restaurants. Nice apartment, with everything you need, loved the big balcony. Super friendly owner and good cleaning lady! Really happy with everything.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, amazing atmosphere!

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment. We loved everything so much, we extended our stay to two nights. the kitchen had full amenities, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable. The flat was very modern and we loved the decor. A great comfortable stay and great location. We would probably book it again if we returned.

Great location. Amazingly friendly and helpful hosts. Bright, modern and spotlessly clean apartment with a great shower. All facilities ( supermarket, bakery etc.) within touching distance.

Not a problem for us , but the apartment is up 25 unforgiving steps. no real view from small balcony. more than out-weighed by all the good points!
