Great stay, everyone like the place. it feels like a home

Nice house, with well equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. There is also a front yard with grass and a barbecue facility. House is not new but it has everything one needs for a pleasant stay with their family. Easy communication with host. Excellent location a few minutes away from Manda Hill Mall (shoprite, restaurants, movies, etc.). Master bedroom and living/dining room have A/C. Fans are available for other rooms. All beds have bed nets.

Nothing i did not like, however I would like to suggest the addition of mosquito nets on all windows.

The best place to be in Lusaka

The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a lot of privacy. It's really a home away from home.

The bedroom was beautiful. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The water was ever available with a perfect geyser. There wasn't any power interruptions due to a powerful electrical backup system.

The security was really good , so that was appreciated. The dwelling was really clean , very homely and nicely furnished. WiFi was good too . But mostly the hosts were phenomenal, we felt like we were part of their family . Instructions regarding door keys , WiFi password , cleaning and laundry were all given early on which was very helpful. The overall cost of the stay was very reasonable, for the area ,which is very central. It was really wonderful to stay there and Sylvia is an excellent host . Nothing was too much trouble for her. Will definitely be staying there again ! And I highly recommend this booking for any one who is travelling to Lusaka !

Not that I didn't like it , but maybe in the future , a bigger TV would be nice ,for the evenings . But I'm just nit picking ....

Very nice hotel in a great area.

It is a whole house, with more than enough rooms! Three big shopping malls within easy reach! Easy and quick way to the airport. The area overall is very nice. Coming there direct from the airport, I thought it's this nice everywhere in the city. Visiting the city center the next day, it is something else there, wanted to quickly return to my hotel area.

Hope next time I come here again, the gatekeeper will have a proper covered working place (a proper booth with walls, windows, light, a chair...), felt sorry for him. Children begging in the streets (not a problem of the hotel, of course). Legislate laws to force the children to go and stay at school to study. It is basically very bad violence of the state against the children (and the society as a whole) to let them spend their days in the streets and destroy their future.

Pretty GOOD 😊

Our stay was pretty good . The house is clean , hot water available ( extra points coz once stayed at a place with no hot water ) and has back up solar power in case of load shedding .Great plus is that it is close to a shopping mall 5 minutes walk and covid testing center 7 minutes drive good if you traveling and passing through and need a PCR test .. Cherry on top is that the host was SUPER gracious , quick to respond to messages and willing to help outside what’s expected of her .. Slyvia made the stay soooooo smooth and pleasant. Definitely felt at home . The house is safe and secure .

Solar Power Standby Generator. Electricity was off many a times during our 9 day stay in the name of Load Shedding BUT we never felt it.Solar power was always on.This is very very much applaudable
