Felt homely, like a holiday house, rather than a lifeless sterile apartment. Full kitchen. Good AC and ceiling fans in every room. Comfortable living area with good couches and TV. Pretty quiet. Nice patio with ocean view. Nice pool and adjacent communal rooftop lounge.
Felt a bit dated, needs some minor care, renovation and a decor update and it would be great. Beds and pillows were too soft for me, but that’s personal preference. Bedding was a bit worn.

Location and outlook

The room was very clean. The facilities( pool and terrace) were amazing. Jeff helped us with renting the scooters and ordered a taxi for us, he was very kind. I personally loved the dog. The bed was so comfortable!!
The location is actually very nice because its quiet and very green. The walk back home after 19h can be dark, but safe :)
5.0
The rooms are big that’s it.
The staff is rude, specially the only lady speaking English.
The pool is DIR-TY I do not recommend to swim there.
The balcony furnitures are terrible, either on the pool or in the Appartment.

the room was very nice, there was a working air conditioner, a new tv and the pool was very nice and had a nice view
there was mold in the room due to the humidity from the bathroom, the bathroom door was soaked with water because the shower leaks,
check in and check out worked well but you didn’t even had to say your name or show your booking which was kind of weird. additionally the kitchen wasn’t really a kitchen so don’t expect too much

Beachside swimming pool, friendly staff, clean, tidy apartment, nice sized bathroom.

Host waited for us late in the evening to do a check in as our ferry to Samui was late.

location. peaceful and quiet. lovely lush vegetation around property
no comment. I have messaged the property owners privately, but have not received a response, yet.

It was modern with a big room and Netflix. good storage, nice to have a kettle and cutlery etc. Bed was soft and comfortable. Nice light and airy room.
Location was out the way, this was a pain on the first day as the hotels bike rental was more expensive than average so we had to take the 15 minute walk to the high street. The host Jeff was welcoming at first but over the stay we felt he was a bit abrupt and made us feel uncomfortable, for example coming into our room accusing us of calling him with complaints in a frustrated tone, which he had gotten wrong with the neighbour. AC was leaking as soon as we arrived, the bin had someone else’s cotton buds in, there was an old smell of plants inside (I think it was mould) and outside smelt of eggs for entire 3 night stay. AC was fixed following day, and bum gun was mysteriously dismantled during this fix? Trying to inform the staff of this was difficult as nobody works on the resort other than Jeff’s daughter in their (I believe) house in the back corner. This resulted in an unannounced entering of the room whilst we were in there. The resort overall was neglected, pool was old and rundown, bed sheets had a number of stains.

The resort itself is really nice but unfortunately a bit neglected. Very nice pool, good shower in the room. Good value for money (we had the budget villa 6).
Fits more to Airbnb, as there is no staff available on the site, you must contact them by phone. We arrived an hour later than expected due to ferry delay and were told off by the lady handing us the keys that she needed to wait for us..
The room is just by a road and there was quite a lot of noise. It also wasn't super clean, many dirty stains on the floor.
The pool area is nice but doesn't seem to be well taken care off. Staff uses the pool area as a drying room for bed sheets and towels and there is a terrible smell coming from the artificial grass on the terrace.
Location far away from the beach and about 15 minutes walk to the nearest shop or restaurant, scooter is a must.
We wouldn't stay again.

The location is great - complex right on a very nice beach. Breakfast was great - sit down and served by the nicest server ever.
Very uncomfortable bed (springs could easily be felt), room was outdated, TV did not work.

nice spacious villa, villa 4 was a bit more private, ideal for us. The villa is just a few minutes by scooter from Lamai center but far enough to be a good place to relax. The BBQ is cool :)
wifi was very bad in villa 4 we used mobile hotspot instead. The pool area supposed to be better maintained and cleaned it was a big disappointment most of the furnitures were dirty and some of them rundown.

Good area, fine

Lovely little apartment with balcony with view over the trees and a beautiful pool area. Met by the owner who helped book taxi for onward travel the next morning. 10 minutes walk to the right then left into the main bit down hill. Great value for money.
It was all good

Fantastic villa with exceptional finishing and all mod cons etc, the owner Jeff was very friendly and went out his way to make us feel at home, he also helped us hire a couple of scooters and went out of his was way to take us to the local bike hire.
10.0
The coziness of the apartment.
The vast swimming pool.
The homely kitchen with all the facilities.
The availability of entertainment on TV like netflix, youtube etc.
The atmosphere around the apartment is very calm and warm.
The hosts were also very cooperating and amicable.
The stay over there was one whose memories would last very long.
Wonderful experience with beaches and markets nearby.
There is nothing that i did not like.

Western style of villa interior. Clean and neat. Ciling fan did the job.
Location is a bit remote, no direct route to the main road. On the other hand you are far away from town noise and closer to the nature. Pity that villas 6 and 7 are on the edge of the road and some vehicles can disrupt the remote feeling of the villa.

The woman we had as our host was very friendly and helpful and even rented her motorbike out to us which was very kind. Also their big dog was so adorable!
Felt like the information on booking.com was very misleading as we stayed in a room that was on ground level with a view of the road when it’s advertised as a sea view on here. Also I had messaged the other host attached to the booking a few times and would never get a response which is annoying but the lady on the property was very nice!

The place is amazing. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. Very good location, right in the center of Lamai and located on a quiet street so it's very comfortable and cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable and overall cleanliness just exceptional. I stayed there twice and will stay there again.

Beautiful view.
Ants in the kitchen.

In the last few years I’ve stayed in more than 50 hotels and villas in Thailand. This place was the most disappointing of all!
Normally you don’t expect such bad experience from hotel with high rate on Booking. Sad but true.
1. What they call Villa 6 is just a small dark room.
2. It’s really noisy and no privacy. Entrance is just on the road!
3. The worst thing is a bad smell from sewage. My wife is pregnant so she just could not breathe normally.
4. Whole day there was no electricity.
5. When told about the problems and asked to change the room, they’ve offered 1,5x higher rate.
No, thanks, we just moved to a better hotel.
