Frukosten, lugnt område, fantastiska rum, trädgården var fantastisk. Aktiviteter på området som barnen gillade som boule, gunga, pingis och dart. Många djur att titta på.
Lite för långt från Unawatuna och Galle. Ingen riktig barnpool. Den var mer var en yta att ligga på ca 30 cm djup.

Stunning Hotel
This truly was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the pool which was gorgeous. The Villa is situated in the jungle so there is wildlife all around.
The restaurant served great food and they even took my request to make traditional Sri Lankan food even though it was not on the menu.
The breakfast was huge and very tasty. We loved the open kitchen.
The grounds are truly stunning, there is such a sense of peace here.
By the pool is a fridge which is stocked up daily with drinks and I LOVED the honesty sheet. When you take a drink you simply write down your room name and what you took.
The pool was truly inviting and we had some awesome evenings swims.
The staff are simply awesome. Friendly, professional and always ready to help. What a great team you have.
This one i highly recommend you go to. It’s a little way from the town of Unawatuna but the tuk tuk ride is super fun.
I can’t wait to come back here, definitely a 5 ⭐️

The room was excellent, comfortable, stylish. Staff where so helpful, they ran out with umbrellas for us in the pooring rain. The chef is absolutely amazing, we ate the best chicken wings of our lives!! Thank-you to Shafras who works there for ensuring a comfortable stay. Staff friendly and easy going. Location is a bit far from town but worth it, right in the jungle with monkeys around, silent when you wake up, only a few rooms so never too many people around the pool. Very clean.

We really like the place. Great room, beds, garden and pool. And quiet surrounding. Also the breakfast was nice. and the staff was very helpful. Our young kids felt safe and free to run around and were happy. We didn't make use of the diner als the vegetarian option was not that great and the diner quite expensive, but we found a really nice local restuarant BiteMe in Heenatigala, that served really nice local food, had great atmosphere and was only a 5 minute tuck tuck ride away. Also Wijaya Beach was 15 minutes away with a good pizza restaurant.
We had a big issue when we left for the airport the last morning. We checked the local taxi and found that too expensive with 115 USD. From Unawatuna we could get a taxi for 55 USD, with a really nice driver we already used earlier in our trip. But that morning the local tuck tuck drivers (which we already used and had good relationship with), blocked the taxi, threatened him and that taxi couldn't reach us. We tried solving it with the hotel staff, but that didn't work. In the end we had to use to local taxi with the high rate, which "mysteriously" was already ready for us. This all felt very dodgy, maffia practises and the other taxi claimed the hotel staff was involved with the maffia practises. So either be prepared to pay a big premium for transport or chose a different hotel more close to Unawatuna if you want to pay market prices.

We loved beautiful premises. Our villa was surrounded by monkeys and lizards with different birds flying around. We were very happy to choose such a nice and quiet place far-away from busy streets. Breakfast was made especially for us every morning at convenient time. Swimming pool was ideal for taking prettiest photos in it. The distance from the villa to the main beach was about 15 minutes by tuk-tuk which we ordered through pick-me application. It was much cheaper when getting on a street. We loved the villa so much, that we booked it for our next stay already.
Power cuts everyday from 18 to 19, but it happens everywhere in Sri Lanka, you just need to be prepared for that

This place is exceptional. Beautiful grounds and villa with abundant flora and fauna Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff who were able to accommodate our dietary needs and adapt quickly and cheerfully when our situation changed. Would have loved to have stayed longer.
Be aware that being in the forest/jungle means that you share your stay with the insects and animals that live there. For many this will not be an issue, but my autistic children struggled.

The location is stunning and something special outside of the buzzling coast towns. But if you want, within 10-15 minutes you can easily reach unawatuna and some beaches. For flexibility I would recommend to rent a scooter. We reached out to the hotel before our arrival and they were happy to help us organize the rent for a good prize. Breakfast is awesome, Pool area fantastic and the stuff super friendly and always happy to help. Good vibes provides a great experience and we can highly recommend to stay here
At some points the good vibes missed to complete the perfect experience. The room was huge what makes it hard to understand why there was no seating or a table in the room at all. The heavy door to the bathroom was hard to move so that you needed almost 2 people to close and open it. Also the bathroom was fine in general but missed the quality and finishes you could expect. In the late afternoon, no one of the staff could be seen anymore and it felt like everyone had left. No problem actually but would have been nice if someone would have told us just in case we need something.

Beautiful property, very nicely furnished, clean and spacious rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful. One of our favourites features was also the infinity pool.
Depends on what you are looking for, this can also be a plus, however, the location is quite remote. On one hand it means it is very calm, but on the other the city is hard to reach.

contextual architecture surrounded by nature, fresh design and detail quality, responsive and friendly stuff team led by Anton. Limited resort capacity (10 rooms) gives kind of a family or one commune feeling. Cute dogs (Bella is boss) made this feeling even more special. It was honor to meet superb and sparking hosts Elen&Barbara

Sri Lankan people are extremely nice but sometimes people forget to write about a property and just rate by how good people are. this is an amazing place for the price! clean room, good bathroom, a closet, and AC. definitely get the room with the AC. Sheets are clean and not smelly, which was super impressed to me. the owners are such nice people - it was such a pleasure to stay with them. breakfasts are amazing and Wasanda does great laundry! everything was clean and she even ironed my clothes. highly highly recommend you staying here.

An amazing place that was absolutely stunning in the middle of the forest. the place was clean and the personal was very friendly. Shafras and team took very good care of us and helped us with any request or question we had!
It is little further from the beach. But then at least you have quiet place in the middle of the forest!

The villa and room was very nice, also the garden surrounding the villas was really beautiful. The infinity pool looks amazing and offers a lot of great picture opportunities. There was also lots of things to do, like darts, pingpong, checkers, petanque and probably some other things that we didn't even discover. There is a restaurant building separate from the villas that is also nice. They also provide massage services which is convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The place is very nice and has a lot of potential and it seemed like it used to be really great and fancy. But now it feels like owners do not care about the place that much, or Covid has made a big impact. For example - Sri Lanka has powercuts all over the country, but most hotels, even cheaper ones have backup generators for this, but unfortunately in there we had to suffer ~4h daily without electricity. Also the information leaflets that they offered and also a bunch of information we saw in Booking.com prior to our arrival about the property was out of date. For example there was no Swedish breakfast offered, just regular fruits, eggs and toast. Also no tea maker in the room and such small details that were marked in Booking. Unfortunately based on our expectations and other places we visited we felt the value for money in this property was lower.
