Un week-end comme une vie de château, à refaire!

La maison est superbe, bien décorée et très bien entretenue. Elle est située en plein cœur de Pau, au milieu d'un parc magnifique, à deux pas du parc des expositions. La chambre immense et son petit salon sont dignes d'un chateau et la literie est très confortable. Petits déjeuners copieux, variés et "fait maison", et des hôtes discrets mais présents.

Un très bon rapport qualité-prix !

C'est ma sixième nuit à la Villa Dampierre, et je ne suis jamais déçue ! La villa est idéalement placée pour les personnes qui, comme moi, doivent se rendre à l'Université de Pau. Le rapport qualité-prix est super, les équipements très complets, le confort et la propreté très appréciables. Les hôtes sont disponibles et très sympathiques. Je ne peux que recommander cet hébergement !

Short, but very lovely time that we spent here!

It’s a beautiful old house, in a lovely setting with walking distance to the center of Pau. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with many homemade delicacies.

A lovely colonial villa near the centre of Pau. Great breakfast!

Villa Dampiere is a lovely colonial-style house close to the centre of Pau. The owners do everything to make you welcome and provide an excellent breakfast with croissants, home-made jams etc. The rooms are large and comfortable - ours was air conditioned, which was nice as the weather was hot. The shower was nice and warm with a good flow rate (important - I've suffered under many a weak shower).

The bed was a bit bouncy for my taste - every time I moved my partner did too!

A beautiful room in a house full of character in an historic town

The villa was a short walk from the centre so car not needed. The room was huge, beautifully decorated, clean and with everything needed. The breakfast was superb, one of the best we have had. Thank you Sophie

lovely villa.

beautiful villa, our bedroom was really nice, spacious. in the room there is no fridge, there is possibility to boil water for tee, but in the third floor there is a kitchen for the use of the guests, very charming. Breakfast was good, nice couple taking care of the place. if we go back to Pau I would like to go back there.

The location is maybe not the best but you are quite close to the center and is great you can park the car

The building and property are beautiful. The property is full of palm trees and has a bamboo grove. The building is ornate and lovely from the 19th century or older. Spacious and well maintained.

Optional beakfast was excellent. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. For me the house was well located with only a 10- 15 minutes walk to the centre of Pau, for shops restaurants etc. The room was well equipped with a shower, desk and settee

The internet was patchy. I think most visitors these days would prefer a good internet signal. Overall, it was just adequate for emails, web browsing etc. The most frustrating thing was the 'trick' to open the front door with the key. I did not find this at all easy.
