Nice apartment in a good location, it's a shame that it's not properly maintained

Spectacular view from the room and a very good location in Haifa. Plenty of parking and easy access. The room is well equipped, however some of the equipment was not working properly.

An uncomfortable living room, and it was not clean - there were even tiny glasses on the floor. There were no hand towels, and the stove in the kitchen was not working. The bedroom was stifling, with no window and no way to darken it completely.

The room Was Ok

The reception was a disgrace , we arrived after a long drive, from looking at the girl at reception you could see that she is not interested in giving service, she asked for my I.D and credit card, when I presented my wifes cc she said that it doesnt match the info she has, she didnt even try to help us or try to understand whats the problem even though we showed her that the cc details appear on the booking, she just continued on her phone and told us to call the manager which even that she didnt want to do, turned out that the booking they had contained Booking.com CC details, Worst service I received at a reception from any hotel I have stayed in, and stayed in alot of Hotels

It was clean, by the sea, you could eat out if you wanted to

I booked it thinking it was a hotel but it isn't. There was a guy that gave us the key when we got there and that was it.

Very disappointed

Good location

The apartment was very old, poor maintained and in need of renovation. To find free parking near the building was a challenge. The sofa was all covered in stains and with holes from cigarettes. Very disappointed. Not value for money, overpriced and overrated.

Amazing location right on the beach

The bed was very comfortable, the a/c worked great, and the view was amazing. It was also only a few steps from the beach. I would happily stay here again next time I am in Haifa.

I would have wanted a soap dish in the shower. But honestly, if this is my only criticism then you know that it was great!

The apartment was large and airy.

There is no pool. Please provide more toilet paper and beach towels.

Not worth 200 US$ per night. Building was probably great 30 years ago

Nice decoration, quite wide space. Nice view on the sea despite terrible weather (for which the agency cannot be accountable for). Parking indeed possible at the bottom of the building.

Former downgraded Leonardo hotel. Maintenance way under western European standards. Also, building quality is incompatible with bad weather which thankfully doesn't happen often in Israel. The storm outside was highly perceivable because the insulation of windows was so poor. The window seals had been replaced with paper in the process of rotting. The wooden floor was partly disjointed, the bathroom would have clearly needed a full replacement of seals. Bed mats had holes.

Superb

The view, the silence, the clean, I like the very very nice view.. And I like the comfortable bed and the easy of get parking for my car.

There are no shampoo and good bathrooms, the bathroom is very very old but it is very clean so I advise to do anew bathroom
