Awful hotel

Location and working AC.

The place is insane while we stayed here for two nights. Both mornings the room phone rang and there was no one in there. All the voices from other rooms and specially from the hallway can be heard clearly. People were screaming on the hallway in the middle of the night for a long time and nobody from the reception did nothing. The room was small, humid, no window and dirty sheets - somebody had clearly slept in them already. In the bathroom there was no toilet paper, and obviously no shampoo etc. The hotel was difficult to find and there were rats running on the urine-smelling stairway. We booked a room with breakfast but there was no sign of one during our stay. Highly dissapointed. I recommend everyone to avoid this place if possible.

L'emplacement est idéal. Très bon bureau de change

La liste est longue : Chambre salle, linge de lit pas propre et avec des trous de cigarettes, serviettes de toilettes pas propre. Salle de bain pas propre. Des rats présents dans la cage d'escalier. Les voisins de chambre discutent à voix hautes jusqu'à pas d'heure.

I stay there just because no other option was available.

I like the location of this hotel only, very near to Gateway of India.

Hotel and rooms looks good in pics only. Not as per expectations.

Camera di livello superiore rispetto le altre, incontrate in India, per la stessa fascia di prezzo. Ottima posizione

Titolare poco disponibile, colazione incommentabile, pulizia discutibile: abbiamo soggiornato due notti con uno scarafaggio che ci teneva compagnia, per non parlare delle lenzuola..

Bed was comfortable..other than that everything were not at par for this price

Staff were not ready to provide additional water bottles at free of cost, even the hotel room was booked for Rs 3000. Only they provided 500 ml water bottles per person during check in.. Breakfast was not good.. only single Paratha was provided, that too in room itself. Washroom flase ceiling were about to fall.. Not recommended

good for the price!

room was quite clean but basic. relatively good value for the price. location ok depending what’s your preference.

The whole floor with rooms is nicely isolated . Thank for that cause on the floor down I always met quite friendly animal which didn’t belong to the laboratory;)

Great location, but...

Central location. Close to th Radio Club and see. Walking distance from the main attractions in Colaba.

The staircase to the hotel was stinking and there were rats roaming around on the stairs. Nightmsrish!

2nd floor without lift approach to second floor was horrible, even big rats can be seen with stinky smell. rooms too small, bath room like Dharam shala. No tea table available. view outside the window is most stinky and shabby

Beakfast should be avoided….

The location!

This hotel should not be available at booking.com. I tried to pay online before arrival, but credit cards were rejected. Payed with PayPal. This was not registered by hotel and I received several mails each day before arrival telling me that my booking might get cancelled. This happened even aftet arrival. Upon arrival the reception did not accept my payment, and acted rather cruel. It took half of the day for the manager to accept my prepayment! The room had no windows and had a distinct smell of fungi…. The breakfast was nothing to recomend. First days order was eggs and an omelett. We got two omeletts with really untasteful toast. All served in the room. No knives and forkes of course. You enter the building through a dark and littery staircase to get to the hotel.

Very good

As per my instructions hotel had arranged in order. Everything was good and properly managed. Room and bathroom were clean. Food was good. View was awesome.

Size of room was too small. Property charged 550 Rs. extra for room key.
