Simplicidade exterior, encanto magnífico interior!×

A localização é excelente, mesmo perto das muralhas. O aspecto exterior é simples, quando entramos para o jardim e a zona da piscina, é deslumbrante. Sossego, vista magnífica. Ideal para um bom descanso e boas férias. Simpatia de todo o staff. 5***** Piscina com espreguiçadeiras confortáveis e com sombra. Cama com colchão confortável. Estacionamento em frente. Sem dificuldade.

Uma estadia fantástica com conforto, sossego e beleza natural envolvente.

Quarto rústico espaçoso com toque de modernismo, juntando simplicidade, elegância e conforto. Cama grande e extremamente confortável. Limpeza de excelência do quarto, suite e zonas comuns. Funcionárias simpáticas. A vista é fabulosa, o ambiente é de sossego e tranquilidade. Lindo jardim e piscina exterior. Pequeno-almoço buffet variado servido em salinha rústica muito bonita.

Está en un bonito sitio cerca del pueblo, la habitación es cómoda y limpia, el jardín muy agradable

Algunos detalles de limpieza del baño, así como las cortinas de la bañera. El desayuno básico pero suficiente

Um ótimo local para ficar em Monsaraz

O local é mágico, os colaboradores são muitíssimo simpáticos! As vistas deslumbrantes A cama é muito confortável e com bons lençóis, bem como todas as toalhas são de boa qualidade!

Falta uma poltrona no quarto, como o quarto é todo em pedra, deveria ter disponibilidade de chinelos! O mini-bar estava vazio, mas ligado e fazia barulho a noite! Não tinha água engarrafada no quarto nem de boas vindas, nem no mini bar! A janela do quarto dava para a rua e não tinha uma cortina, tivemos de fechar as portadas! Acho que a zona de estar e sala dos pequenos almoços pode ser melhorada no sentido de revivermos um tempo mais antigo (decoração e iluminação).

Charming, and a lovely overall experience.

The building is very old and charming. The breakfast was excellent!

We expected there would some stairs, but it was at least 35 steps up to our room. Quite a hike for an elderly couple!

Great stopover from Ronda to Lisbon.

After walking 10 minutes to our hotel in Óbidos, this hotel provides much easier parking experience: free street parking outside of the hotel door. Our expectations were not high. Comfortable rooms and beautiful pool. Good sleep.

Perfect relaxing stay

So quiet, perfect for a relaxing weekend. Wonderful view from the pool.

They were a bit slow to refill the breakfast buffet but we got everything we wanted/needed eventually. The pool area could have more shade and sun loungers to accommodate more guests.

Very pleasant and convenient.

Lovely comfortable bed. Great location. Spacious and airy bedroom and bathroom. Strawberry juice for breakfast 1 morning was delicious! And we found a terrace in the garden to eat breakfast on which was beautiful.

The shower switch, switching from bath tap to shower, kept switching back. The deck area directly outside the dining room was a bit untidy and tired-looking - although we found the terrace mentioned above in the garden which was great.

You can sleep there and swim in the pool. Do not expect any other services.

The location is certainly stunning and the building is charming and in good physical shape. The swimming pool and garden are certainly a welcome bonus.

Since I am not a Portuguese speaker I did not appreciate that "estalagem" was not a hotel. The fact that the management has not made provisions to provide drinks (e.g. vending machine in the lobby or a fridge in the reception that could be managed by the reception staff) was unforgivable; especially, during the heat period that coincided with my stay. Unfortunately, it seems to be another establishment that is selling location without paying much attention to basic customer service.

Cosy small hotel with nice pool and amazing views

Nice small hotel outside of the Monsaraz city walls. Good size pool overlooking the gorgeous valley. Friendly staff. Short walk to Monsaraz old town.

Upon arrival room was smelling quite damp. A quick blow through from the windows did the trick. Room could have been less dusty.

I intend to go back. Maybe to a room with no stairs.

A comfortable place to stay in Monsaraz. Very close to the village inside the main wall. I specially appreciate the comfort of my bed and the quietness at night.

I did not like the stairs that provide access to my room in the first floor with a view to the lake.
