Everything is excellent

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed couldn’t have been more perfect and the breakfast was excellent.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay.

We loved the themed room which was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed in our room. The breakfast was good and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

great facility/much quieter and more personal than a hotel - would stay again.

easy check in, good QR code breakfast order, pleasant breakfast staff, great location - lovely walk along the riverbank into Inverness. well supplied toiletries.

very minor item - the central tap in the sink prevents you from getting your face anywhere near the sink - something to alter when they are due for replacement.

Nice, clean, no surprise place for a one night stop.

Nice room in an older home. Breakfast was preordered the night before, and serviced when you got to the breakfast room. Very nice, but nothing spectacular. Bathroom was smallish. Bed was comfortable. Nice touch was cookies (Scotish shortbread) when leaving. But as we continued on to other hotels, it seems that is a custom. We got cookies AND a fudge at the next hotel!

A beautifully presented guest house with incredible attention to detail. Fabulous value.

The owners clearly care so much as every aspect of our stay and accomodation had been really well thought out. Immaculate bedroom, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast.

Nothing at all - although we didn’t get a chance to meet the owners and tell them how great we thought the stay was.

We were traveling for a wedding and stopped in Inverness for our anniversary. The Aye Stay was perfect! The hosts are wonderful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. It is a beautiful property and felt like we were staying in someone’s fine home. The breakfast was delicious and we never felt rushed. We would stay here again and tell our friends to as well. Wonderful place!

Amazing!

we loved everything about this place! from all the small matching decor to the breakfast. the room was very clean and comfortable. we appreciated shampoo and conditioner and body wash for every person in the room. we wish we stayed longer here!

Best BNB in Scotland!

We loved everything!! This was an amazing BNB! The staff is so warm and friendly. We had two rooms, one was a family room with a twin, queen, twin and my mum had a room with full bed. The beds are comfortable, they decor is so amazing and the soap they provide is so nice! You order your breakfast at night and select a time. It is done by QR code so it is very easy. We walked to town to have dinner and shop. The parking lot is tight but we had a space and that is all that matters. I would love to stay here again.

Accommodative staff who accepted our breakfast order even though we passed the cut off time. Wonderful breakfast freshly prepared and they make effort to remember each and everyone order. Toiletries provided smells really good.

The water pressure was a bit too small n heater though new was a bit difficult to control the temperature.

Great place to stay for a short break.

Our room, like the rest of the hotel, was immaculate, it was very clean, entertainingly decorated, warm and comfortable. The room was quite small but that really didn't matter and it had all the facilities you would expect. There was also a very cosy 'reading room' we could use. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice on transport, places to eat and the area in general. Great place to stay for a short break.

Charmingly decorated with great attention to detail. Friendly and attentive staff who served up a delicious breakfast.

Shower system was a bit temperamental but we understand that it was new so perhaps teething problems.
