Feels like home in a residential area

Location is very close to the Kamata station and within short walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Reception staff did not assist with regards to query on typhoon. Overall, they could show more warmth and concern. No kettle was provided and phone not working. Had to make a trip to the reception to ask for it and another to pick it up. Superior Twin Room - space under the bed for storing luggage is useless since it it too cumbersome to push in and take out the luggage. The microwave oven and laundromat are at the lift lobby which has limited space and privacy.

Great location, hot bath, cleaning staff did great job, reception staff helpful.

Washing and drying system, as in there is no system other than wait and see if available. Maybe need a queue system on the TV showing when room number comes up to go down within 10 mins to claim spot otherwise cancel booking.

今まで複数回宿泊した中では今回のような不満はありませんでした。

部屋のシャワーカーテンが生乾きの臭く、部屋の消臭剤を使い切るほどでした。空気清浄機も設置されていませんでした。ホテルの係りの方に伝えたらよかったと後で後悔しました。

Great stay near HND airport

Very clean and great location for getting to the HND airport. Perfect for business travelers as well. Rooms were small but efficient per a typical Japanese hotel. Very close to the train stations and lots of food options close by. Quiet once in the room. Amazing.

Mooie omgeving, trein maakt herrie. Je verwacht het niet hea.

Mooi schoon hotel. Erg vriendelijke personeel. De omgeving is niet veel anders dan een van de populaire stadscentra. En dat voor een locatie aan de rand van de stad. Verder is alles prima te doen met de trein om te komen waar je wilt zijn. En dat station is nog geen 2 minuten lopen. Die ligt praktisch naast het hotel.

Het hotel ligt praktisch naast een treinstation. Je kan de treinen horen rijden. Maar wat nog veel irritanter is dat het station om de 5 minuten een muziekje afspeelt, de hele fuckin dag. En die komen nog boven de treinen uit

We were on our honeymoon for 9 days here at this hotel and it was very clean, close to shops and train stations as well

次の日に羽田空港を利用するなら、かなり良い

立地はそれなりに良かった。次の日に羽田空港へ向かう場合などはかなり良い。

まずは壁が非常に薄いので、隣の人の声が若干聞こえたり頭を壁にぶつけた音などが聞こえる。当然、夜は外で騒ぐ酔っ払いの声が聞こえる。また、私が宿泊した際、温泉は工事中で片方しか入れず、時間に制限があった。

駅チカ、大浴場がある！

駅チカで隣にドンキもあり大変便利。狭いながら二人座って食事が出来た。自粛中のテイクアウトの食事に電子レンジがあったのもありがたかった。

駅側の部屋は少し音がうるさかった。

Sehr gerne wieder, aber nur mit Ohrstöpseln

Die Lage war perfekt, denn es sind echt nur wenige Minuten zur Kamata Station. Viele Restaurants und Conbinis in der Nähe. Der Onsen ist schön. Es gibt Ladekabel im Zimmer, echt praktisch. Fand die Lichter am Bett sehr schön und atmosphärisch. Alles in allem, war ich eigentlich sehr zufrieden, bis auf die eine Sache. Aber mit Ohrstöpseln ist auch das kein Problem mehr :)

Mein Zimmer ging zum Bahnhof hin. An sich kein Problem, leise Zuggeräusche stören mich nicht. ABER die waren kein bisschen leise. Es hat sich wirklich so angehört, als wäre mein Fenster die ganze Zeit auf, hab's sogar überprüft. Es war geschlossen. Ich höre jetzt noch die Melodie in meinen Ohren, die am Bahnhof gespielt wird hahaha also, ohne Ohrstöpsel hält man es leider wirklich nicht aus.

Thanks for providing the comfort stay!

The location is great. Very close to the train station. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and izakaya.

The room was small. There are 2 public baths, but one of them was under renovation. So the bath alternated between male and female depending on the time of the day. The renovation will be finished in the end of January.

時間制限があるものの、大浴場が長いフライトの疲れを癒してくれた。

大きいスーツケースを広げるのが大変だった。思った以上に狭かったので長期滞在にはお勧めできない。

Excellent price for twin bedroom

Very cheap for twin bed room in Tokyo, relatively large room, close to the Kamata station, easy to go to other places in tokyo, clean room, have cleaning services everyday

The toilet have some strange smell that also has in the lobby and the elevator, the room have limited space to pack the luggage

お店が周りにたくさんあり立地がよかった。24h営業ドンキまで数分飲屋街でもあり食べ物や買い物に困らない

大浴場が片方工事中で男女時間制限があり夜中2-4時とか開けられても… 入れず残念だった

Good value for inexpensive room in Tokyo.

The location was tight in Kamata, which was convenient by public transport to both downtown Tokyo and Haneda airport. The price was very affordable.

The room was so small! But that’s what you get for a low price.

If you know your way around Japan this is a great hotel, but for first timers I will not recommend.

Location very convenient very close to station , all the stores we wanted to shop are close by.

Room a bit small no space for luggage. No airport limousine to hotel. They will start in Sept to charge for luggage stored at hotel after check out.
