My wife and I spent just over a month, and could not have been happier! The place was perfect - 2BRs, great kitchen and living area, modern appliances, washer/dryer, and the best location in the North End! Everything was just wonderful. We could walk everywhere in Boston, enjoy incredible food, pastries and cocktails in the neighborhood, have guests stay for a night or two, and really get a great sense of being a part of the neighborhood. We also found a monthly rental for parking at a garage nearby, which worked out great (~$400) - as parking on the street is virtually impossible without a Resident sticker (and frankly, impossible WITH a Resident sticker)!
Most important, Patty and Joe were wonderful hosts, helped us move in, reached out from time to time during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and were very helpful with recommendations on places to go in the North End. They made the experience seamless!
We can't say enough good things about this condo and the owners! Will absolutely look to come back again next year!

This was the perfect apartment for my two-month stay in Boston over the summer for a short-term job. The neighborhood was incredible, and the apartment was perfectly located in an area that allowed me to walk around the city and provided easy access to so many other neighborhoods. Additionally, the hosts were wonderful, and very responsive and helpful if I ever needed anything. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place in Boston.

Best place to stay in Boston!
The property was exactly as advertised. Joe was there to meet me when I arrived from the airport and he showed me around the neighborhood. When you rent for a month, there are inevitably a couple of things that come up. Both Joe and Patty were extremely responsive and took care of them right away. The apartment is just a few buildings down from Salem St which has a ton of restaurants and shops. Joe provided a list of his recommended restaurants and we tried most of them! Every one of them was spot on. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic!
Patty was an outstanding host, very responsive to the few minor requests when we started our one month stay. Top floor is quiet, location is perfect, a few steps from all the hustle and bustle of Salem and Hanover streets, but we slept like babies every night. The unit was clean and renovated with high end appointments, but old world charm retained in the bay window area. We loved the four flights of stairs! Free bonus workouts every day. We always felt safe during the many long walks we took in every direction. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect Long-Term Stay in the North End
My roommate and I were in Boston for three months for work, and needed a place that would fit our budget, but was also was comfortable for such a long stay. Patty & Joe were wonderful in helping us book their place for the summer, and offered great communication before and during our stay.
The apartment is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything is very new, which is nice! The configuration of the apartment was a plus...the 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, offering more privacy to both guests. And both bedrooms gave good closet space. The master is a true master, while the other fits a full sized bed, with not much extra room. The bathroom is big, with a nice size tub, and good storage. A few other perks of the apartment...washer/dryer IN UNIT, a wine fridge, cable with xfinity on demand, and my favorite part...the private roof access. With both of us being outdoor junkies, this was the perfect added bonus to our stay. Lay your towel out on the roof & have your coffee under the sun! We also lucked out, and were there over the 4th of July and had a view of the famous Boston fireworks. The roof has no frills, but is a great way to just be outside, while also being litereal steps from the apartment.
We were a 20 minute walk from the theatre district, or a 10 minute car ride. The North End neighborhood is cute, and busy with tourists and locals alike. Some highlights in the neighborhood: Neptune Oyster Bar, Bova's (24-hour) Bakery, Lit Boutique, and Thinking Cup Coffee Shop. There is a great park just 2 minutes away, and a weekly farmer's market also close by. And if you're up for a 20 minute walk, you can make it to the Seaport, Beacon Hill, and many other neighborhoods!
Being away from home for three months can be difficult, but staying in this apartment, I just didn't want to leave! Already missing it! It is perfect for a long-stay or a weekend trip. Patty & Joe will welcome you with open arms, and make sure you have a great visit!
