Exquisite apartment. Giuseppe is amazing. Always available to help with anything. Truly beautiful apartment. With everything you could need.Everything has been thought of. Situated on piazza dei Signori. Supermarkets and local fruit and meat arcade 10 - 20 metres away. Can walk everywhere. While away the evenings on the terrace watching all the activity in the piazza. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much Giuseppe.

We had the best stay at Giuseppe’s appartment. He was amazing, told us about the city, the landmarks, the stores, the restaurants, he made a reservation for our arrival night, really good food! And he also arranged for a garage as his appartment is in the ztl area. It was absolutely perfect! I definitely recommend this appartment! It’s a hidden treasure. Thank you Giuseppe! Please come and see us in Montreal! Ciao!

We had a wonderful time in Guiseppe’s apartment. First of all, Guiseppe is great to work with, very helpful and informative. We were a little confused with the directions, so he found us on the busy square and led us to the apartment. He then gave us a tour and explained everything about the apartment. He gave us dinner recommendations and walked my husband there to show the way so that I could stay with our tired kids. Then he checked in during the stay (via message) to make sure things were all good.
The apartment is spacious with great views out the balcony. It is equipped with a washer and dryer, which were very helpful.
The town itself is very cool, with lots of restaurants and shops. The buildings are beautiful. You feel like you’re in the middle of a hopping Italian town, but it doesn’t feel touristy. The train ride to Venice is maybe 15 minutes.
All in all, we had a great stay in Padova and would be happy to return to Giuseppe’s apartment!

We were greeted by our host upon arrival and loved the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had every amenity. We were supported by our host throughout the stay and were sorry to leave. Well done.

This was a great stay for our week in Padova. The apartment is very nice, well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Beautiful views out of the front terraces overall;ooking the square where you can witness how community squares are utilized in Italy; commercial vendors selling all manner of clothing during the day and then that is all removed and the restaurants and bars set up tables for the evening, truly something to see! There are no shortage of osterias right outside the front door and fine dining is all around within a 5 to 10 minute walk. You can truly get a taste of the real Italy and the local culture in this location. Guiseppe is a great host and communicates well. We would stay here again in the future!

We loved staying in Giuseppe’s flat, it overlooks the Piazza Signori and is really at the very heart of Padova. It is furnished with charm in a way that can only be Italian. Antiques that felt like a family home yet not so ‘prescious’ that you were afraid to use them. It really felt like home.
It overlooks the square where you can enjoy joining the students in the evening, or stroll across to buy a Grom ice cream. If you are feeling less sociable you can sit on the balcony and watch life stroll by. It is busy in the evenings but the bedrooms at the back of the flat are quiet.
During the day there is one of the many markets in the square, in fact everything is just a short stroll away.
We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and I cannot think of a more perfect place to have stayed.
Really 5 stars is not enough!

It is hard to pick which was better - the clean, spacious, well equipped flat or the unbelievable location on Plaza Signori. Both were amazing! The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Giuseppe was an amazing host, greeting us on arrival, answering questions about the property and going above and beyond to help us secure the best airport transfer for an early Sunday departure and even making us dinner reservations at a great local spot for our first night. He was the most helpful host in all of my VRBO stays. The square is a market in the morning and a place to enjoy a meal or drink in the evening. Padua is a hidden gem in Italy and well worth a stay…for its own sights and its great location for day trips elsewhere. We could not have enjoyed our stay any more…I highly recommend this property!

Padua was one of our favourite places to visit In Italy, and Giuseppe’s apartment was definitely our favourite place to stay. Not only was the house, spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well equipped with the most fabulous view over the square. Giuseppe was above and beyond helpful, providing as many recommendations and being incredibly generous with his time. We really enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely return Monday.

Perfect apartment, location and host. Far exceeded my expectations, which were very high. Would not hesitate to rent again and have already recommended it to others.

The property is right on the piazza but still quiet because all the bedrooms are in the back. Easy trip on the train to Venice. The pictures do not do it justice. Top notch in every way!

A fantastic apartment, perfectly placed in the centre of Padova. The kids loved staying here and we loved sitting on the balcony after the kids went to bed. A short walk to the train station allowed us to travel to Vicenza, Verona, Bologna and Venice. We received a fantastic welcome to the apartment, and would recommend a stay to anyone.

Excellent experience. Phone and text communication was seamless, accurate and helpful. Central location is an easy base for excursions. Nice to have a family owner. Newly remodeled, very helpful with recommendations for Padua. Easily accommodated our family of six.

Why would anyone want to visit a place that makes them feel they might never want to leave? Beware the charm and convenience of Padua. From its daily open-air markets, to its many fine restaurants and cultural amenities, to its central location as a hub to the Veneto region this town is a trap.
Why would anyone want to spend their time in a charming, renovated apartment on one of the most charming piazzas in town? From its balcony overlooking Piazza Dei Signori, to its spacious, quiet and comfortable (three!) bedrooms, to its full kitchen you won’t be able to decide if you want to go out or stay in and cook a meal for yourself from the many fresh ingredients you’ll find just steps outside your front door. Do you really want to have an authentic Italian experience with all the comforts of home?
I’ve warned you of the town, I’ve warned you of the apartment. The only thing left to warn you about is the host. He calls himself “Giuseppe” and he will fill your head with all kinds of stuff like where the best places to eat are, as well as a little history about the town, and the apartment, which belonged to his great-grandparents. He’ll even meet you for check-in to make sure you get settled in and have everything you need, and a bottle of wine.
I feel I’ve done my duty now. I’ve warned you of the town, the apartment, and the host. If you insist on taking a vacation to some spot you may never want to leave that’s on you. Ciao, ciao!

A comfortable, clean, large apartment with a balcony overlooking a vibrant historic piazza! A perfect place for morning coffee or afternoon spritz! Walking distance to everything: markets, shops, museums, and train station so easy access to venice, verona, vicenza. Super helpful and responsive owner. I hope I will be able to return. Absolutely a wonderful experience.

Our experience renting this property was excellent from start to finish. Giuseppe is a very kind friendly host who made sure we knew where to find good restaurants . He was most helpful and reassuring even before we arrived. His apartment is right in the center of the historic district on a beautiful lively piazza which we enjoyed from the balcony. We would return anytime. ! Grazie Giuseppe!

This is a wonderful apartment in a perfect location in the centre of Padua. The apartment has a lovely main room; comfortable bedrooms; and a well equipped kitchen. Giuseppe is an excellent host; he was very helpful over our check in and made himself easily available if necessary. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is located in beautiful Piazza dei Signori. The spacious flat has a large balcony that overlooks the square where, during the day there is a market with a variety of merchants and in the evening is set up for social gatherings. The apartment balcony has wonderful doors facing the piazza that keep the apartment amazingly quiet when closed. Our host Giuseppe and his cousin Alessandro where absolutely wonderful - providing great communication prior to our stay and then making us feel so welcome upon our arrival. They have great knowledge of the city and made us a reservation at a wonderful restaurant that we would have never found on our own. We will definitely look to stay at this apartment again during our next trip to Padova.

The home, the owner and the experience was lovely! The apartment is beautifully updated but still has the romantic feel of old Italy. It over looks the piazza so you see all of the action and can easily participate in the life of Padua with markets, shops and dining. We could not have imagined a better place to stay and Giuseppe was the perfect host!

This tasteful apartment was rehabbed and decorated beautifully by Giuseppe our host. Giuseppe was also a gracious and helpful host. The apartment was spacious, extremely comfortable, safe, and in a fabulous location... within walking distance of an incredible food market, very good restaurants, historic sites, and museums. We cooked up great dishes from the fresh produce, pasta, meats, and cheese from the marketplace. Nightlife in the piazza below was active and a bit noisy but the bedrooms in the back were separated by a long hallway and heavy doors so we slept well. We stayed 5 nights. We were sad to go yet very satisfied with our stay in Padua. We highly recommend the city of Padua and this old town fancy holistay. Respectfully, Three pilgrims from Plymouth, MA. who hopefully will return one day to Padua.
PS we also appreciated the 3 bedrooms, modern 2 baths, dishwasher washer AND clothes Dryer !!

Our 2-week stay at this lovely Padova apartment has been a highlight of our 6 weeks in Italy. The apartment itself is spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The location was perfect--looking out on a bustling square (but with bedrooms in the back so it was really quite quiet.) It's also right around the corner from the amazing open air market--fresh fruit and veggies, meat, cheese, fish, wine, bread, etc. It was wonderful to be able to shop and cook as a way to connect with where we were. It's also an easy walk to the train station--which we used to take 2 easy trips into Venice for the day. But must of all, our host Giuseppe made us feel like welcomed guests. He was always quick to respond to our questions about what to see, where to shop and eat, etc. and always with great information, kindness and humor. He also went above and beyond assisting with various logistics. I came to look forward to our almost daily exchanges and we left Padova feeling that we had made a friend.

The apartment was in an ideal location overlooking the main piazza, which is the center of night life. It is walking distance to the train station and all the main attractions in Padova. It’s also a 25 minute train ride from Venice. It is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Unlike most properties in Italy it is air conditioned and was comfortable at night even with daytime temperatures of 100 F. Giuseppe was very gracious and extremely helpful. He met us at the parking lot and guided us to his apartment. He was helpful with reservations and arranged parking at good rates.

Super location, and Giuseppe was an amazing host. The apartment is beautiful and recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable, and with a pretty cool history. Padova is great in its own right, but it’s also a great location from which to explore Venice and the surrounding area.

This apartment is in a nice active square with lots of restaurants. There is a balcony so you can enjoy the hustle and bustle while in your apartment. The place was spotless and the bedrooms quiet as they are located in the back. It is near so many sights to see during your stay. Giuseppe is a wonderful host. He met us as planned and had a bottle of wine and a cake for us to enjoy. He assisted us in getting a taxi and help with bags. We were able to do laundry, and having a dryer was nice. Really a great place and a beautiful city.

geniale Unterkunft
Treffpunkt abends in Padua.
Dank an Giuseppe!

Best rental ever!
We have stayed in dozens of rental flats in many countries over many years and this is definitely the best we have had. We judge our stays on many factors, including location, cleanliness, comfort (and quiet), and interacting with the host. This stay hit it out of the park on all levels.
First...it’s stunningly beautiful and right in the old town, which has an outdoor market every morning and lots of shops nearby. It’s a five minute walk to trams and buses (although big attractions like the Giotto frescos are a very short walk).
The flat is huge, very well equipped (things like a washer and dryer, the latter being a rarity in Europe), well stocked kitchen, etc. We didn’t even use all of the rooms. The bedrooms are completely quiet so don’t let the proximity to the square be a worry.
Our host Giuseppe was unbelievable. He is an excellent communicator and very flexible when our train was delayed three hours. He even got us a bottle of wine since we were so tired, and had stocked the flat with many useful and well appreciated items. We truly appreciate his kindness and his help on anything that was asked.
I could go on, but it was a true delight to stay here and I hope to return soon!
