Delightful family get together. Great place with plenty of room to spread out.
The big covered porch & fire pit are wonderful for reconnecting. Enjoyed paddling out to the beaver damn on the kayaks. Had planned on some dinners out but ending up staying in around the big table in the upstairs kitchen & dining room as it was so nice to enjoy the peace & QUIET. There are 2'TV's with plenty of streaming options but we rarely turned them on. And WiFi worked great for those who needed it

Tony and family were amazing hosts to our family. Anything we asked about was attended to immediately. Tony and family made our stay very special. The house was perfect and we all had a great time.

This was a wonderful location for my immediate family and extended family to connect! The lake was beautiful, we especially loved kayaking and going on the boat in the big lake multiple times per day. The kids enjoyed the swimming hole too. We spent lots of time at fire pit and back porch area, there were seats for everyone to relax outside. We went to the nearby blueberry store and the playground multiple times. The house was also convenient to a grocery store for all the things we needed during our stay. Tony was such a friendly host and made himself available for questions whenever they came up. We will definitely be back again soon!

Beautiful place to spend with a family and friends.
Clean and quiet, unfortunately the weather is not so good when we stay. Outside is very hot, humid and windy with thunderstorms. But the air conditioner inside is really good. We will come back again next year. Very recommended.
Thank you Tony for everything.

It’s not as as we thought. Parking was a little bit of an issue. WiFi was pretty spotty. property owner is about 500 feet away and there was a lot of activity at his house

I know Antoni well and have visited his unique and beautiful property many times before alongside various friends and family, and as always, it was a delightful and gratifying stay. The chalet/cabin - which is itself artful, cozy, and inviting - is situated on a sprawling 30 or so acres with a private pond and plenty of room to explore. I always find this place refreshing and freeing. Not to mention that Toni is himself a curious, warm, and accommodating person! I think my friend’s description is very accurate: “The location itself far exceeded my imagination of what a mountain house could offer. Spacious, rustic, aesthetic on point, and comfortable, too. I felt completely free and uninhibited to let loose, luxuriate, and float…amongst the people around whom I feel the most comfortable.” Thank you for sharing your home with us, Toni! We will be back again soon. Cheers

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at your beautiful property, especially kayaking on the lake and s’mores by the campfire at night. Our dog had his best weekend ever jumping in the lake and “playing” with the ducks (sorry he chased them a bit!) The woodwork of your home is amazing. Thank you for sharing your property.

Nice rustic house with open floor plan. Lake was great! We got several great glimpses of a Beaver who would smack his tale on the water as we approach his home by kyak.

If you are looking to unwind and relax, this is the perfect house. Tony, the owner, is very friendly and kind. The property is very quiet and the house has plenty of room to spread out. You are close to Lake Wallenpaupack and we were able to enjoy the big lake and then return to our house for nature walks and evening fires.

Had a great time kayaking on the lake, swimming in the swimming pond and the house itself was great for grilling/cooking with plenty of room for the whole 8 person family. Owner is right next door and very friendly despite our rambunctious dogs.

This location was fantastic, exactly as it appears in the summary. We used the 4 kayaks and had a delightful afternoon in the water. We used the boat and taught our grandson how to fish. The supplied pots and pans along with a few serving bowls made it easy to prepare our meals. All appliances were clean and in good working condition. 3 showers, plenty of hot water and great washer and dryer. We didn't have enough time to use the fire pit which was very large, hopefully next time. Plenty of parking. Can't wait for next year!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and it rained a lot! The house was very clean and pictures are accurate. The owner lives on the property but is far enough away that you have privacy. We loved it, and we are ages 67 to 4. Highly recommend if you love fishing, kayaking, and nature.

A lovely piece of property snuggled in the woods far from any traffic or major town. The private lake and surrounding woods are pristine and healthy with lots of plant and animal life - fish, frogs, deer, beaver, lily pads, etc. We brought 2 kayaks but didn't need them - there are several kayaks available. There's a trail around the lake that makes for a peaceful walk. The house itself is very comfortable - and everything works.
The owner Tony lives a stone's throw away (literally) yet he doesn't intrude on guests' serenity. He is there if you need him - if you don't, he leaves you alone.
All in all, a wonderful time. We would definitely consider returning.

Beautiful and very spacious home. Unique decor fitting a cabin in the woods. When we arrived we were greeted with a Christmas tree and lights all over - inside and outside. That was a very pleasant surprise and kids loved it (adults too!).
The house is secluded overlooking a (frozen) lake with a hiking trail around it but there are many stores close by (10-12min by car). It is fully stocked including a pool table which was a real treat. It snowed few days before we got there so kids were able to go sledding right by the lake. We enjoyed our holiday vacation and even though Tony lives right next door you’ll barely see him except his dog who we think is the real boss🙂 (very friendly and cute and Tony is extremely nice). Dziękuję Tony!!!

We had a really great stay. It was the perfect long weekend escape from the city. So relaxing, loved lounging in the big open fields, boating and kayaking on the lake, and dipping into the swimming hole. The cabin itself is comfortable, well-stocked, clean, and filled with interesting decorative touches. Highly recommend this spot for a getaway with friends and/or family!

Exactly as advertised. It's a wonderful place to unwind and connect with family and friends. We loved the kayaking, star-gazing, and bonfires, and it was great when the chickens joined our game of bocce ball. We highly recommend!

8 of us traveled here for our annual friendscation. The property was gorgeous. The house exceeded our expectations. It was so big you could get lost in it. Every single room had a comfy bed and a bathroom on every every corner you turn. We really had such a great time. This was the first property i booked where the owner lived next door and i was a little weary booking it everything was great. Tony was so cool, a great host. I'd definitely come back again in the future. Thanks for everything!

As soon as you pull in the driveway, you see the beautiful yard overlooking the pond; just like the pictures! You can feel all the stress leave & calmness take over. Our 2 dogs jumped out of the truck & starting running, playing & sniffing! We enjoyed coffee in the morning & wine at nite out on the back patio, while the dogs investigated. The are chickens, Guinea hens, deer & various other wildlife. We took several walks on the property itself, but their are other places near by to walk & hike if you want. Restaurants & shopping are also near by. Tony, the owner was very accommodating, friendly & full of information. He has a little slice of heaven & he doesn’t mind sharing. Thanks Tony!

Very impressed with the house, beauty of the property and location of the house. House was very clean and comfortable. Appliances were modern and in good working condition. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Fire pit was awesome. Property had beautiful scenic beauty. Lake was so serene. Kayaking on the lake was so relaxing. Also all the wildlife birds, deers, beavers made you feel far away from home. House is 5-10 minutes from Lake Wallenpaupak activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking and hiking. Also same distance to many restaurants, supermarket, and the best ice cream at Twist. Finally Antoni was a pleasure to deal with. Great host and so friendly. Recommend his property highly and without reservation.

This home was beautiful inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend, breakfasts and dinners in the beautiful dining/living room, campfires, kayaking, fishing, beautiful views of the lake and woods. Tony was a wonderful, friendly host. Loved the chickens and Guinea's running around. Entire family enjoyed kayaking and the beautiful lily pads and flowers. If you are looking for a place to rest and relax this is it! Thank you Tony!

A little heaven on earth in Paupack, PA. We felt relaxed as soon as we found our way down the long drive to this cozy, comfortable and well appointed cabin. The property was inviting and had everything from hand towels and hand soaps, to sheets and towels and a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the wood stacked and ready to light. The property was breathtaking including the chickens , guinea hens, deer, of course the lake . . . and I spotted an otter! We enjoyed meals and games at the beautiful table and also took advantage of the smart tv. We were not able to get the oven to work, although the stove, electric kettle, microwave and full size fridge were all put to use. Wish we could have stayed for another week!

Host was Gracious and Kind
Remote and quiet yet 15 minutes from grocery store, CVS and other amenities. Plenty of space and seating for 8 adults. Eclectic interior. Clean and ready when we checked in. Tony, the host, was gracious, kind and very responsive to questions. Tall, century old trees provide wonderful shade on hot summer days; grounds well kept. Hens, ducks and guinea fowl freely roam the area creating a fun farmyard environment.
The only disappointment was the lake – one third of it was covered with a thick, encroaching layer of water lilies which restricted full use of the water but there was still enough clear water to enjoy kayaks and rowboat. Recommend it without reservation.

My husband and I were with our three adult children and had plenty of room to spread out.
Loved the fire pit!

A group of 6 of us stayed at the house for a week and what a delight it was. Super clean and very well equipped. The sunsets were absolutely amazing and just the fresh in itself was great. We didn’t go into the lake as it was in the low 60s during the time there but even so we had a great time. The fire pit was one of our favorite parts of the cabin - so much so that we drove to Walmart about 25 mins away to gather items to make s’mores for the week. The location of the house is so serene we even saw deer on the lawns in the mornings and at night you can see a sky full of stars. 10/10 would highly recommend
