Upstairs is the great room, which features large windows for viewing the natural beauty that Tahoe has to offer, vaulted ceilings, mountain-style furnishings, and a rock fireplace. A large modern kitchen features an island cooktop/eating area. The great room also includes a dining area for your family and guests.

The upper deck, where the hot tub is located, is a lovely place to unwind and barbecue on the easy-to-use gas Weber.

The beautifully decorated master bedroom is a luxurious place to relax, which includes a sofa, flat-screen TV, and master bath with jetted tub and large shower. You will also find an additional bedroom, full bath, and laundry room upstairs.

A custom log stairway, one of the focal points of the home, takes you down to the game room. Shoot a game of pool while watching your favorite sporting event on the TV. There are two bedrooms and a full bath with double sinks located downstairs.

The downstairs deck, located off the game room, helps bring the outdoors in. Relax on the deck while watching the kids run and play on the grass or in the snow in the fenced backyard.

We booked this property for 10 people and had a fun weekend but there were some issues. The house is VERY understocked. People ran out of toilet paper the first day with no extra provided beyond the one roll in the bathroom. This was also the case with paper towels. There were absolutely no extra towels or linens in the house. Needless to say we had to restock quite a bit and were surprised this was not thought of before. Additionally, one of the beds (the futon) was broken and we were not informed of this until the hour of check in. The host offered to have someone come by to fix it but by then we were headed out for dinner. People had to sleep on the living room couches. Ultimately, it was a nice house but did not seem prepared to host the number of people indicated on the listing. The numerous notes about sound ordinances and police fees (posted in approx 4 different spots throughout the house) were also concerning considering the 10 person count for sleeping arrangements. The porch doors also had trouble locking at night - sometimes the locks seemed to work where folks from outside couldn't come in, other times they were able to enter despite being locked.

The home was very well appointed, roomy etc. However, it was further away from lake than I anticipated. Bathroom floors were dirty but, other than that, it was a very nice home.

Wish we were still there, we all had an amazing time in this home. Kids enjoyed the backyard and fun bunkbeds, the location was perfectly close to everything. We loved it so much we are renting it next year.

The stay was wonderful. It exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Super easy check in and check out. I would definitely book again for the winter time.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this home. It was cozy and inviting. The best part was having our own backyard full of snow for the kids to play in. The kitchen was fully equipped, and had plenty of dishes for all of our family. The furniture in the bedroom downstairs is a little outdated, but other than that it was a great stay.

Very spacious, comfortable and convenient home. Everything worked well in the house to include the hot tub, garage for car, grill, pool table, and layout. Close enough to South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly, but also a little more than an hour to Kirkwood, NorthStar and Reno airport. Owner was very communicative.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and well-maintained the house was. It was evident that the owners took great care in ensuring their guests had a comfortable stay. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we could need, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedrooms. But the highlight of our stay was the hot tub. After a long day of skiing and playing in the snow, it was incredibly comforting to soak in the warm water and relax our tired muscles. Overall, our family trip was made even more amazing thanks to our stay in the VRBO rental. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option for their next vacation.

We spent five nights here and it was clean and as described. Plenty to do at the house, but close to Lake Tahoe, the casinos and anything else you might enjoy. Patty was quick to respond and accomodating. We had a fantastic time!

We came in after a major storm, and thought the worst. Instead, the driveway was plowed, the garage was wide open for us, the house was clean and the hot tub was hot and working really well. It was a wonderful stay, and I would recommend this house to anyone! Great location for skiing at Heavenly and Kirkwood! Incredible views everywhere. Patty couldn’t have been more responsive - excellent house mgt. We will be coming back, for sure!

I would like to commend the property was very homie to all of us. It is very spacious and accesible to all our needs. We dont have any issues because all the basic needs in the kitchen are available with lots of condiments to be use. The details that we need to know was understandable and clear from the key passcode to wifi code, garbage disposal.. plus the laundry supplies are available as well. Kids are having fun and adults as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me.

The cabin was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook meals for our family. The kids enjoyed the back yard, hot tub and pool table down stairs. The layout was perfect - so that the adults could be upstairs while the kids played downstairs. The garage was large and clean and we were able to park our truck inside - which was perfect for the winter. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and had everything that we needed. It was a great experience and we would definitely come again!

We loved the house! The layout was great for our 2 families with 3 adults and 6 kids, ages 4-10. One family slept in the 2 rooms downstairs and the other family slept in the 2 rooms upstairs. My only complaint is that the beds weren’t very big for families with 2 parents that usually end up with a kid in bed with them. But it worked fine for us! The master upstairs has a good sized couch that my littlest kid slept on. The room downstairs with a bunk bed also had a futon. So sleeping surfaces were fairly generous for the number of bedrooms. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessary cooking and eating utensils. Location was a little drive but pretty close to town - so you’re in the woods but just a short drive from shops and restaurants. Things to bring with you: streaming device for living room tv (to watch Netflix, etc.), extra towels for the jacuzzi (or you’ll just have to wash your bath towels more), maybe some extra blankets. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would go back! Our kids really liked the house and it was comfortable and convenient for the adults.

This is our second time Renting this house, it become our favorite rental place and it is super clean . It is relaxing and the neighborhood is Very quiet. Coming back from all day events this house is so relaxing to come back to . It has a TV in every room so it makes it great for our family, specially with kids . Patty is efficient host, always gets back to you and she is extremely nice. Definitely coming back
